Absolutely love Sacks. My go to is the egg salad sandwhich (Sacks Dali). The best hands down in my opinion. Service is always friendly. I believe they are the only location that has the brand of cream soda. It so good. The bonus is you get a sweet treat as well in the form of a cookie. Check them out. Definitely a town favorite.

Was looking for a quick bite before hitting the road and had heard great things about Sack's Sandwiches. Overall was really impressed with the service, flavor and overall options! The team was so friendly and helped answer questions as we worked through the menu. My husband and I opted for the Sacks Symphony, a turkey base sandwich with all the fixings, and the Sacks Dali which is an elevated egg salad sandwich. Both sandos were stacked, made to order and overall delicious. We also got their lemon bar, a large cookie and then two small cookies came with our sandwich (I am not sure if this is normal or they threw them in for us, but they were warm and delicious!) Everything was tasty and it was a perfect pre-road trip meal on a hot day. The overall value was awesome and we left happy and full. I will definitely be returning next time a sandwich craving arises or I am nearby.

I've been a fan of Sack's for years, although I've only been to the Tempe location before now. This location has a nice big dining room with a beamed ceiling and string lights. There is also a covered patio with additional tables. I like it a lot! The gentleman at the register was very helpful, especially when I asked about the feta dressing, which had been recommended to me. I am a creature of habit and ordered my usual, the "Overture" without horseradish sauce. I always add my own touch--i stuff my jalapeno potato chips inside my sandwich. . Don't knock it . . . I visited this location because it is across the street from St. Joe's, so when hubby is released, I'm not likely to return to this location. BUT, you can bet I will keep going back to the Sacks in Tempe often.

Tasty place to get a sandwich! I tried the grilled chicken and I was not disappointed. I'm weird about chicken and this was really good. I made the sandwich where I created my own and I really liked the toppings I chose. The potato salad was potato salad. I had a cookie and a coconut chocolate chip bar of some sort both were so good I'm looking forward to trying the chicken salad sandwich next time

I have been there many times. Close to work and they are quick too! For lunch I got the Grilled Roasted Beef Sandwich, Sun Chips, and a drink. Yum, thank you! If they don't list the sandwich you want, then make your own! I was so sad, I dropped my cookie.

My team from work was volunteering nearby and we called in an order for six people...the order was ready to go when we arrived. The staff was very nice and the place seems to be very popular and crowded! All of our orders were separately bagged, which was great. All of the sandwiches (and one salad) were fresh and delicious! How have I not tried this place before?!?!

Everything we ordered was so pretty and delicious. The Sunday supper special is a great deal- three courses, with lots of veg-friendly tasty options to choose from. Love the rainbow carrots and grilled asparagus. The focaccia is huge, good for sharing, delivered to the table warm with a big chunk of flavored butter. Both pastas we tried- the pesto and mushroom carbonara- were perfectly cooked. The seasonal vanilla custard looks simple, but with the rhubarb compote on top, it's lovely. Highly recommend.

The food, service, and ambiance is impeccable! Sat at the bar because we came in through the back entrance accidentally, and it was first come first serve like anywhere else. Didn't get the name of the servers/bartenders but they made sure I was well taken care of with quick water refills. Started off with the burrata salad that came with strawberries and focaccia bread. Pro tip is to cut the bread in half and pile in the salad to make a small sandwich. Next, I had the brick chicken Marsala, which comes with a breast and thigh on a bed of mash potatoes and Marsala mushroom sauce. Dish was divine, the thigh was a little under, but service was top notch and replaced the dish entirely with a brand new one cooked to perfection. Ended the meal with the seasonal creme; a vanilla custard with rhubarb and tarragon, absolutely delish! Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Cheba Hut is a cannabis-themed sub shop eatery, and parking ended up being manageable. The place was very busy when I arrived, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was clearly juggling a lot but stayed friendly and personable. The place was super clean, and I immediately loved the laid-back neighborhood vibe near Roosevelt Row. I ordered the French dip sub along with a munchie- pretzel nugs. Cheba offers three sandwich sizes (Nug, Pinner, and Blunt), which makes ordering easy depending on your appetite. Everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the pretzel mugs were especially good, soft and salty, Parking here is a little more limited than some other locations, but overall I really enjoyed my first visit and was happy to learn there are multiple Cheba Hut locations around town. I'll definitely be back.

Thank you unofficial yelpees for the later raid since I am so clueless lately. I needed this getaway from being a plain Jane. Even though I got the regular burger my life was so complete when they told me you could get these things as a salad too and I was late to the game so I had to go back and ask them to change it and they STILL gave it to me!!! And then they ended up giving me a sandwich with no charge because I guess they forgot and I had wanted to try the Kona bun so badly but I never got the chance to since they were out. Honestly that makes me sad but it gives me another reason to go back. Also...must get the Fresno sauce. Never going back to just hot hon or simple. I need both Fresno and the original on the regular. My yelpies can attest that I sounded like I won the lottery when they called my name for the second order as well with my cake but honestly I had to eat the whole burger cus it's been so so long since I've had a burger and I had to recreate the Kate Hudson scene from How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
