It took a bit longer than expected for my mocha to come out, 10+ minutes or so, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a huge deal for me then. It didn't really have a strong chocolate flavor but it was hot and got the job done while I took some calls and responded to emails. It started to fill up around 1pm but it never got super loud or busy. I was able to get most of my work done without any issues. While the sandwiches aren't aesthetically beautiful, the flavor packs a punch!
