It fell apart each time I took a bite and it was like eating a bunch of "fluff." I eat gluten-free bread all the time at home, and while it certainly doesn't have the consistency of whole-grain bread, it's edible and doesn't fall apart when I eat it. Regarding toppings, they were very limited compared with Subway. There was no red onion (only white), no green pepper, no black olives, and only mayo and vinegar and oil. At Subway you get a whole bunch of sauces to choose from. I will not be eating at a Jersey Mike's again. Go to Subway instead.
