I enjoy the matcha strawberry. The matcha mango is good too. They have boba you can add. The strawberry, mango and matcha flavors taste accurate and have good flavor. They also have other drink options, but I didn't usually get those and I have not tried them yet. They have an app so you can buy ahead of time by ordering in advance. I like that I can modify my drink as needed. Their referral and free tea or coffee doesn't work. I tried it and it only errored out. I contacted customer support and they did not help. read more

Not sure why food and service are highlighted here. The manager is a loose cannon and extremely hostile. She cannot remain calm in a stressful situation. My drinks were incorrect so she remade them from the order on the computer which was wrong from what I had ordered so she continued to keep making the wrong drink. Then accused me of stealing one while I was waiting for another. It was a regular and I paid for a large, ordered an XL so why would I steal a regular? Why would I steal at all, sitting directly in front of her the entire time. She continuously fails to upcharge .90 cents for oatmilk - good for me, not their bottom line. My receipt also showed 10% off of .56 cents so when I started to point out all the incorrect things after she rubbed me the wrong way and refused to remake, I informed her 10% off $10 (no tax) is a buck. This location specifically has a very friendly staff and though it's always so busy, I have never waited longer that ten minutes for my drink.
