I put in a mobile order and it said it would be ready in about 7 minutes. I arrive to the store 5 minutes after putting in my order, so I expected to wait a few minutes. No biggie. I informed the barista I was there for my order so they were aware. She said she was still working on it and I sat down to wait. The line for normal walk in orders was getting longer and everyone kept getting their drinks before me despite walking in after me. I waited about 12 minutes after I arrived until my drink was finally ready, so about 10 minutes longer than my given quote time. I get it was busy I just didn't get why everyone else's orders were prioritized before mine, even though I mobile ordered beforehand. Such a cute but quiet coffee place. Great option to study or work remotely. Everyone has always been extremely nice and helpful at this location. Their flavors are powder based which makes the coffee more creamy. They also have some really exciting tea options, even as someone who generally doesn't like tea. I tell her I spoke to the GM yesterday and asked him what would be best. I did as he requested! I tell her that and I get the eye role. I then ask for a manager and Avery comes out and is not any help. I ask for her boss, and I am told she doesn't have one. I ask for her business card and I am told she doesn't have one. I ask how to I file a complaint and she laughs at me and tells me do it online. So I have submitted my concerns to corporate. Regardless of their response which has yet to happen. Great Location! I was in town for a week for work and we had two cars each morning going to get coffee. One to Dutch and one to Coffee Bean. Most people hadn't heard of Coffee Bean since they were from the east. Once they tried it, we had daily converts! I had the freeze's a couple times, the cold brew iced tea and the iced espresso. I watched a completely unacceptable situation unfold this morning. A customer maybe a Doctor or something I don't know, was trying to explain that he came in the day prior and spoke to the GM regarding how do to a large order. The cashier seemed to have no understanding of the menu, or the customers concerns. After he explains they start taking his order. I sat here for 30 min over this. Then some woman comes over and berates the customer in front of everyone about how he is creating a line and needs to do this online in the future. The Doctor tried to explain himself again and they were so nasty to him. He left without his order. I also walked out after he left after I over heard the staff laughing about the interaction. I will never do business with them again since they think their customers are a joke! read more

I enjoy the matcha strawberry. The matcha mango is good too. They have boba you can add. The strawberry, mango and matcha flavors taste accurate and have good flavor. They also have other drink options, but I didn't usually get those and I have not tried them yet. They have an app so you can buy ahead of time by ordering in advance. I like that I can modify my drink as needed. Their referral and free tea or coffee doesn't work. I tried it and it only errored out. I contacted customer support and they did not help. read more

They also had a mobile trailer that only served Mocha and Vanilla Ice Blended drinks. Our company hired it a couple times for anniversary celebrations. Then accused me of stealing one while I was waiting for another. It was a regular and I paid for a large, ordered an XL so why would I steal a regular? Why would I steal at all, sitting directly in front of her the entire time. She continuously fails to upcharge .90 cents for oatmilk - good for me, not their bottom line. My receipt also showed 10% off of .56 cents so when I started to point out all the incorrect things after she rubbed me the wrong way and refused to remake, I informed her 10% off $10 (no tax) is a buck. She canceled the entire order, no drinks were provided and she kept my money. read more
