OK I am a little bit embarrassed to admit this but here goes nothing...I have had Jamba Juice before, but it had been years ago, I hadn't really thought too much about it, however my son watches "The Fresh Beat Band" on Nick Jr. and they have a store called "The Groovy Smoothie" on this show. After repeated ..and I do mean REPEATED exposure to this show and their smoothies...I NEEEEEDED to go get a darn smoothie!!!! So I went to Jamba Juice and ordered a 16 ounce Razzmatazz and a 16 ounce Peanut Butter Moo'd (so sue me I like to drink double fisted). Needless to say I was foiled by my son realizing what I had and saying MAMA SMOOTHIE?! (Did I mention he is 2?) So we shared and it was absolutely fantastic, just what I had been wanting. The PB Moo'd is if you are looking for a sweet treat and the Razzmatazz is just a great fruit smoothie all the way around. I was really pleased. All in all? Quick Service, very polite, fantastic smoothies....this is going to be a normal stop from now on, Im sure my son will be pleased too. read more

I had a few groupons for this place, and as I had never tried it before was able to try it 3 times. Had the vegetable juice and it's something I would never attempt to do at home, and it was very good. Nice clean place and worth a visit to. read more

Ok, so I can't say I HATE this place, I mean come on... it's Jamba Juice! I actually love Jamba Juice, but this location is just not the best at all. When my boyfriend and I go in, maybe once a week or so, we get the same thing every time. I get a Med. Tropical Greens and he gets a Lg. Mega Mango. Usually it comes to about 13 bucks, 10 if we have the $3 reward. No biggie. Kinda much for juice, and a smoothie, but hey I don't have to clean my juicer after, so I'll pay for the convenience. What I won't pay for is for you to have a drink Mr. Dude Behind the Counter. No. You do not get to half poor my drink and then put the container aside only to pour it in a cup for yourself when you think I can't see you. Usually with the Medium drink I end up with a large cup because I ask for a few scoops of ice to make sure it's nice and chilled, and thus the volume of the drink won't fit in the medium cup. Duh. But that does not mean you get to just pour it till it would be the volume of a medium cup, and then drink it while I am still in the store. Nope. I will just save my money and juice at home, sure I'll have to clean my juicer when I'm done, but at least I know I'm getting it all, unless I feel like sharing with my boyfriend. And I would say 6/10 times we go in we get mostly decent service. But this last time was not good at all. It was super slow service, for just our drinks it took over 10 min with no one else in the store. Yet when a couple came in with similar drinks (a juice and a smoothie) they were greeted, served and out the door before we even got our drinks. I think it will be a while before we come back to this location, especially if those three boys are working again (Blair, and two guys I didn't catch their names). read more

my card was charged without my approval and they added a tip one week later after transaction for more than the amount of purchase be careful going to this location read more

Its a jamba juice, what else can i say?? its a little slower here. I do prefer a Robeks over a jamba any day of the week. Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about... Standard run of the mill Jamba...i know a franchise that is uniform...weird... read more

The service is alright. Our cups weren't filled all the way and some of the juice spilled on the side and the lady serving us just handed us the cups without bothering to clean it. The juice wasn't blended all the way and you could taste the ice and banana chunks. read more

I am actually really disappointed in the service I got today. I went in and was deciding what I wanted to get. I saw that there was a chocolate moo'd and a peanut butter moo'd. I asked if I could mix the two so I could share the drink with my girlfriend. The girl answered: "Yeah, they're both made of the same thing, with different things in them." I'm still not sure what that means. She then snapped at my girlfriend and didn't even ask us if we wanted a free boost. It's a shame because I don't think we have ever had bad service at this establishment. It's one reason we've returned consistently. read more

I visit Jamba Juice too often. Based on the friendly staff, convenience and great taste of the smoothies alone, I'd say this is one of my favorite chain establishments. I wish the one I frequent opened just a half hour earlier, but that's just me. They're worth the wait. Still, the amount of sugar and calories in each smoothy is pretty astonishing. My current favorites are the Apples and Greens and the Banana Berry. That'll likely change in a couple weeks' time. I really haven't had a bad drink here. Still, even though they use whole fruits and vegetables, I have to remind myself I can have to much of a good thing! read more

I purchased two smoothies: a mango and a peach one. Both of them were watery and sour. I dumped both of them, we just could not drink them. I have been to other Jumbo Juices, but now I am wondering if they have changed their menu, ingredients or is it only this particular place. I can't continue experimenting and throw away $6 per smoothie just to find out. read more

The JJ team on 16th street is awesome!

Today at noon, I experienced the fastest and most efficient visit to Jamba Juice EVER. The guy took my order. He was nice. I paid. Two seconds later, my smoothie was done. I took a sip and it was the perfect consistency. Not runny, not frozen, but perfect. GOOD JOB JAMBA! GO TEAM! read more

This location on 3 ST & Bell Rd is the most unfriendly one I've been to. All the other locations are nice & friendly. These employees here need training on how to smile & treat people kindly. I come to this one every so often & when I do , I leave disgusted with their attitudes. read more

Customer service sucks. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and was completely ignored. They were busy however, having worked in a retail environment myself, you need to acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be with them shortly. I had to ask if they were taking orders and I got a "we're very busy. We'll get to you when we can". It took them 20 minutes to say that and after I asked. It's like I was invisible. Horrible service. I walked out. read more

Bought 4 large drinks and they tasted terrible!! Not to mention the girl who took my order was very rude. Would rather go down to thunderbird and Tatum, never had an issue there!! read more

Unsanitary location. Handles your drink and chemicals with same gloves! Also felt like they were very rude. After each drink they acted as if it was a big deal to order another drink. Fine I can take my business elsewhere. read more

Tried them out again . Even asked my wife to go in one time ro make sure its not personal over my service animal. Apparently they just suck...even tho this location is only minutes away and I get a juice almost every day, i wont let my laziness make me go in this location again. The "manager" was plain rude to her. Never again read more

This Jamba Juice is SO all over the place. There's one guy who knows what he's doing, I think he's a manager. The rest just seem a little clueless. They always need two people working one register because whoever is on register is really confused. They're always out of certain items, and making drinks wrong and getting drinks confused. It also always takes about 20 mins to get my drink, even when they aren't busy. They have four people working. Despite the wait, everything tastes really good though! read more

They don't know how to use gift cards because they haven't been taught so they preface with "you can't use gift cards here" until the truth came out. Sorry but the point of gift cards is that it's a form of tender specific for that buisness. That's like saying we don't take credit cards here . So don't buy any gift cards here because of their own inability to train their staff they won't take them later. Terrible customer service. read more

Came in for my free birthday smoothie and the people are somewhat friendly but I was standing in the wrong place when I asked for what I wanted and was corrected to go over to the register and when I asked to put in my number they were just kind of short and rude just have a i would find a different one... read more

You know what it is--average service, average speed of service, and overpriced smoothies. Okay, maybe not as overpriced as these up-and-coming smoothie shops like Nekter and SunLife...but still overpriced in my opinion. I always come in when I have a Jamba craving, but as soon as I get my drink I have big regrets... I could have just stopped into the store to buy some ingredients for cheaper but instead I wanted to be lazy and have someone else make my drink for me. Sigh. Three stars because the drinks are always satisfactory but the better service could make customers' experiences a lot more positive and worth-while. read more

So my husband and I just got to Jamba Juice and it was 7:55 doors were unlocked, people sitting inside enjoying there juice, and we went up to order and they told us no because it's to close to there closing time and they already cleaned everything! From a business stand point that's horrible! They just lost 20 bucks from us and they turned away another lady that came in!!!! I understand that you want to go home but your doors were OPEN and there were people in there still! NEVER going to this location again! read more

Always great service and very clean and upbeat. Me and my fiancé come here every Sunday and have always had a good experience.

Went in to get juice at a, you guessed it, Jamba Juice. Wanted said juice at 8:30PM, because, hey I'm the consumer, I can have what I want when I want it. They were in the process of cleaning up prior to closing at 9PM and the less than pleased to see us (my wife and I) staff asked what we would like. My wife goes to order an orange supreme juice. "Oh well, we can't do that because we already cleaned our juicers". I'm not a rocket scientist by trade but I'm also not an idiot... But doesn't having Juice in the companies name indicate, that having Juice or the ability to juice at any given moment while you are open for business become a requirement? Sadly there are similar reviews about this particular location that are reminiscent of our own. I will say this, the place was clean.... too clean. read more

One of the most worst customer service cashier was rude!! I won't come to this location again.

This location was one of my favorite locations where they greeted me by name and always had good customer service lately under the new management the apple pay doesn't work the smoothies are poor quality and the customer service is seriously lacking. I have tried to give them some time to get back on there feet and change, but nothing has happened. I am very disappointed in this location and will not be going back again. read more

Inexplicably, they have stopped using styrofoam cups for the "original" size smoothies, and now everybody's original size smoothie MELTS. What a shame. read more

Perfect place to get a supplemental meal and drink to beat the sun.

This is where I go when I think i'm getting a cold. They have a smoothie called the cold buster (cold killer would be a better name) it seems to always do the trick for me. Staff is rad. Pretzel thingys are great too. read more

My boys and I went here for the first time. The workers gave my 6 year old a strawberry for free while we waited. Then as we sat waiting, which wasn't long at all a different worker brought us our smoothies instead of yelling our names out. It was great service. And they did more than they were suppose to. read more

Not sure why we've never left a review... been coming here for years! Besides the wheat grass shots, I'm impressed with the freshly squeezed juice " Great Greens". And the staff here is a lot friendlier and full of smiles and constantly at work and keeping busy...compared to other properties (up tight and miserable sad and fake faces) yup, I took it there. Also the store manager is sociable and always available for questions. Keep at it guys, hold it down read more

clean, friendly, they were nice enough to give my son a balloon with his smoothie! My smoothie was not extremely cold-I believe it was the tropical breeze (not sure of the name, at was green & on the specials board). Husband loved his, his was green as well & much colder. read more

I love Jamba Juice. The only reason they don't get 5 stars in my book is this location's awful customer service. It would be one thing if it was a one time poor service but every time I come in here the employees are cranky and rude. Today I stood there for a good 3 minutes while the people in the back chatted and the girl at the register avoided eye contact with me. I finally had to walk up to the register to ASK IF I COULD ORDER. Really? Then to top it off when I asked for a substitution due to an allergy she scoffed at that too. Ugh. I love Jamba... Just not the employees that work here. read more

Friendly staff. Always love me some PB Chocolate Love. Love coming here after a great hike with my daughter.

The drinks are great! They're all very delicious, I've tried almost everything on the menu. However, is it just me or does it seem like everyone is always in a bad mood there? I tried to make small talk with the staff and tried to be very friendly but it always seems like they're in a sour mood. Not so great customer service can always ruin a very good experience. read more

So like many people this time of year, I'm trying to eat healthier, so I decided to replace my lunch with a healthier Jamba Juice Smoothie. So I asked about the carrot cayenne drink. It's probably my fault for not asking the right questions, because when I asked how it was, the clerk said it was popular today. So I paid my $6, left an extra for a tip and waited for my medium smoothie. Apparently I ordered a $7, room-temperature spicy carrot juice. They did however, with attitude, offer to upsize my room-temperature carrot juice lunch, for $9!! My spicy carrot juice would have tasted better had I been given more information about it than "It's popular today," and had it been served with a bit less attitude, but even then, I still wouldn't say it's worth $7. read more

I live close to here and I've been going here for 5 + years. Staff is okay but the manager has been the same guy since I can remember. Remembers my name and starts getting my drink prepared before I even order (I get the same thing every time). Get the Orange Dream Machine its very good. read more

Seem to always be having problems with their juicer & unable to make a lot of the menu items.

Great service! Fast and tasty. Alittle pricy though
