OK I am a little bit embarrassed to admit this but here goes nothing...I have had Jamba Juice before, but it had been years ago, I hadn't really thought too much about it, however my son watches "The Fresh Beat Band" on Nick Jr. and they have a store called "The Groovy Smoothie" on this show. After repeated ..and I do mean REPEATED exposure to this show and their smoothies...I NEEEEEDED to go get a darn smoothie!!!! So I went to Jamba Juice and ordered a 16 ounce Razzmatazz and a 16 ounce Peanut Butter Moo'd (so sue me I like to drink double fisted). Needless to say I was foiled by my son realizing what I had and saying MAMA SMOOTHIE?! (Did I mention he is 2?) So we shared and it was absolutely fantastic, just what I had been wanting. The PB Moo'd is if you are looking for a sweet treat and the Razzmatazz is just a great fruit smoothie all the way around. I was really pleased. All in all? Quick Service, very polite, fantastic smoothies....this is going to be a normal stop from now on, Im sure my son will be pleased too. read more

Ok, so I can't say I HATE this place, I mean come on... it's Jamba Juice! I actually love Jamba Juice, but this location is just not the best at all. When my boyfriend and I go in, maybe once a week or so, we get the same thing every time. I get a Med. Tropical Greens and he gets a Lg. Mega Mango. Usually it comes to about 13 bucks, 10 if we have the $3 reward. No biggie. Kinda much for juice, and a smoothie, but hey I don't have to clean my juicer after, so I'll pay for the convenience. What I won't pay for is for you to have a drink Mr. Dude Behind the Counter. No. You do not get to half poor my drink and then put the container aside only to pour it in a cup for yourself when you think I can't see you. Usually with the Medium drink I end up with a large cup because I ask for a few scoops of ice to make sure it's nice and chilled, and thus the volume of the drink won't fit in the medium cup. Duh. But that does not mean you get to just pour it till it would be the volume of a medium cup, and then drink it while I am still in the store. Nope. I will just save my money and juice at home, sure I'll have to clean my juicer when I'm done, but at least I know I'm getting it all, unless I feel like sharing with my boyfriend. And I would say 6/10 times we go in we get mostly decent service. But this last time was not good at all. It was super slow service, for just our drinks it took over 10 min with no one else in the store. Yet when a couple came in with similar drinks (a juice and a smoothie) they were greeted, served and out the door before we even got our drinks. I think it will be a while before we come back to this location, especially if those three boys are working again (Blair, and two guys I didn't catch their names). read more

The service is alright. Our cups weren't filled all the way and some of the juice spilled on the side and the lady serving us just handed us the cups without bothering to clean it. The juice wasn't blended all the way and you could taste the ice and banana chunks. read more

I am actually really disappointed in the service I got today. I went in and was deciding what I wanted to get. I saw that there was a chocolate moo'd and a peanut butter moo'd. I asked if I could mix the two so I could share the drink with my girlfriend. The girl answered: "Yeah, they're both made of the same thing, with different things in them." I'm still not sure what that means. She then snapped at my girlfriend and didn't even ask us if we wanted a free boost. I visit Jamba Juice too often. Based on the friendly staff, convenience and great taste of the smoothies alone, I'd say this is one of my favorite chain establishments. I wish the one I frequent opened just a half hour earlier, but that's just me. They're worth the wait. Still, the amount of sugar and calories in each smoothy is pretty astonishing. My current favorites are the Apples and Greens and the Banana Berry. That'll likely change in a couple weeks' time. I really haven't had a bad drink here. I purchased two smoothies: a mango and a peach one. Both of them were watery and sour. I dumped both of them, we just could not drink them. I have been to other Jumbo Juices, but now I am wondering if they have changed their menu, ingredients or is it only this particular place. Customer service sucks. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and was completely ignored. They were busy however, having worked in a retail environment myself, you need to acknowledge the customer and let them know you will be with them shortly. I had to ask if they were taking orders and I got a "we're very busy. We'll get to you when we can". It took them 20 minutes to say that and after I asked. It's like I was invisible. This Jamba Juice is SO all over the place. There's one guy who knows what he's doing, I think he's a manager. The rest just seem a little clueless. They always need two people working one register because whoever is on register is really confused. They're always out of certain items, and making drinks wrong and getting drinks confused. They don't know how to use gift cards because they haven't been taught so they preface with "you can't use gift cards here" until the truth came out. Sorry but the point of gift cards is that it's a form of tender specific for that buisness. That's like saying we don't take credit cards here . You know what it is--average service, average speed of service, and overpriced smoothies. Okay, maybe not as overpriced as these up-and-coming smoothie shops like Nekter and SunLife...but still overpriced in my opinion. I always come in when I have a Jamba craving, but as soon as I get my drink I have big regrets... I could have just stopped into the store to buy some ingredients for cheaper but instead I wanted to be lazy and have someone else make my drink for me. Sigh. So my husband and I just got to Jamba Juice and it was 7:55 doors were unlocked, people sitting inside enjoying there juice, and we went up to order and they told us no because it's to close to there closing time and they already cleaned everything! Went in to get juice at a, you guessed it, Jamba Juice. Wanted said juice at 8:30PM, because, hey I'm the consumer, I can have what I want when I want it. They were in the process of cleaning up prior to closing at 9PM and the less than pleased to see us (my wife and I) staff asked what we would like. My wife goes to order an orange supreme juice. "Oh well, we can't do that because we already cleaned our juicers". I'm not a rocket scientist by trade but I'm also not an idiot... But doesn't having Juice in the companies name indicate, that having Juice or the ability to juice at any given moment while you are open for business become a requirement? This location was one of my favorite locations where they greeted me by name and always had good customer service lately under the new management the apple pay doesn't work the smoothies are poor quality and the customer service is seriously lacking. I have tried to give them some time to get back on there feet and change, but nothing has happened. I am very disappointed in this location and will not be going back again. read more

My boys and I went here for the first time. The workers gave my 6 year old a strawberry for free while we waited. Then as we sat waiting, which wasn't long at all a different worker brought us our smoothies instead of yelling our names out. It was great service. It would be one thing if it was a one time poor service but every time I come in here the employees are cranky and rude. So like many people this time of year, I'm trying to eat healthier, so I decided to replace my lunch with a healthier Jamba Juice Smoothie. So I asked about the carrot cayenne drink. It's probably my fault for not asking the right questions, because when I asked how it was, the clerk said it was popular today. So I paid my $6, left an extra for a tip and waited for my medium smoothie. Apparently I ordered a $7, room-temperature spicy carrot juice. They did however, with attitude, offer to upsize my room-temperature carrot juice lunch, for $9!! My spicy carrot juice would have tasted better had I been given more information about it than "It's popular today," and had it been served with a bit less attitude, but even then, I still wouldn't say it's worth $7. read more
