I ordered a little smoothie for my daughter and that was great but everything just took a long time and there was only one staff. I was planning to pick up a bag of juice cleanse but I guess they don't do that anymore. Just sucks. It used to smell like fresh Ingredients and it's kind of gross in there now. Looks like they haven't mopped in weeks. Someone please go help this store. I sure hope all the locations aren't like this.

I figured it wouldn't have been a big deal since the parking lot was empty and only one car in line. I got to the ordering box and was greeted kindly until I told them I placed a mobile order. Which then I was told that I wasn't able to do so and pick it up right after I had placed the order and he just keep sighing as if I messed up his day! I then proceeded to tell them I could wait and come back through. I truly understand the food industry I've been working in it for years and I get that customers can be rude and expect unnecessary requests and the way I was approached wasn't kindly and could've been said much nicer. I did proceed to apologize and was trying to show my appreciation to the worker on the speaker box but he signed and said "we will just see you at the window" I apologized again because I did feel bad and it was on me for not placing my order sooner! The guy at the window was super kind and they had my drink right away! I was just a little upset on how it was handled at the speaker box! I was in the wrong but also I tried to be apologetic because I'd obviously upset the employee! But I felt like I was treated like a child..

I can order without mentally preparing a dramatic goodbye speech, and that's a level of peace I don't take lightly. And if açaí bowls aren't your thing, don't stress -- they've got options. Protein waffles (sweet or savory, choose your vibe), smoothies, juices, and one‑ to five‑day cleanses. I've done the cleanse and genuinely loved it. I can't try the waffles thanks to my ongoing feud with gluten, but the steady stream of waffle‑ordering customers tells me they're worth it. It's located next to Cafe Zupas and Harkins, so that made it easy to find and park. There were a few people eating inside and only one family ahead of me. I like that the cups are right at the entrance, it makes sense logically to have it flow that way. They have a wide variety of froyo flavors, including sorbets and low/sugar free. I decide to get the chocolate fudge sorbet as my main base, and also tried some of the milk chocolate, pomegranate raspberry tart, and orange. The chocolate sorbet is my favorite, tastes so good. The pomegranate was a pleasant surprise; delicious and tart. Will def get more in a future visit. For toppings, there is a lot to choose from and everything is kept clean and stocked. I got marshmallow sauce (bottle was low so I asked for another one), hot fudge, chopped peanuts and almonds, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, mochi, strawberries and raspberries (gotta be somewhat healthy). My total weight was 15 oz and with the birthday reward, I only had to pay a few dollars so it was a great deal. The employee who helped me and rang me up was polite and friendly. This was a refreshing treat on a hot summer day and I am a fan! Would recommend signing up for their rewards program to receive deals and discounts.

I had an all-around positive experience and would consider going back for another smoothie and perhaps other food or drink items in the future. I arrived mid-morning on a Saturday where several people were enjoying smoothies or juices outside. When I went inside, there was only one other family inside getting their orders. I went right up front and spoke to the employee about their recommendations and how everything worked. I signed up for their loyalty club and placed an order for a fruit smooth (Tropical Strawberry consisting of strawberry, pineapple, orange, and banana though I left out the banana). It was ready quite quickly and was very tasty and fruity.
