My wife and I stopped in after receiving a text for a discount. We love yogurt, and were excited to give it a try. I was very impressed with this location. Very clean when you walk in, tons of yogurt flavors and the biggest toppings bar I've seen. The prices were on par with other yogurt places we have been to. This location has a great selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. It's always super clean and the toppings look fresh and well tended, but the staff tends to be kind of rude. I've been here several times and I never witnessed the cashier saying "thank you" or anything pleasant. Tonight the cashier was talking with another employee, took my credit card from my hand and then handed it back to me without even looking at me while continuing the conversation. No "thanks", no offer of a receipt, nothing. She did crumple up my receipt and throw it under the counter so I took that to mean that we were done and I should move on. I'll probably go back because I like the product but the service leaves something to be desired. read more

I'm a big fro-yo fan... especially in this one hundred billion degree heat. Yogurtini fit the bill and provided for my daily craving. It was good, but there wasn't anything exceptional to get overly excited about. The service was just fine, but could be more outgoing. It would be great to have sample cups offered and not to have to request them. Things I really liked: good signage so customers know sugar-free and gluten-free options and a great assortment of sauces. All of the typical yummy toppings are offered as well. If you're in the neighborhood, this would be a good place to go and cool off before you have to melt while walking back to your car. read more

The yogurt is spectacular, and most toppings are great too (I would stay away from the fruit if you're looking for something fresh). But other than that, it beats everything on a hot Phoenix day. I like this location in particular because it's always kept clean, there's generally not a long line, and the kids working there always seem pleasant. read more

Best fro-yo I've had in a long time! Definitely the most organized frozen yogurt place I've seen--appreciated the wide variety of toppings and flavors. My husband was bummed they didn't have strawberries but maybe they were out of season? They had all the toppings I wanted (and more!) and they were presented well. You do not get this type of A++++++ service in 2021!! Nowadays, it is hard to find staff which means employers don't have a choice on who they hire. I notice how customer service is deteriorating in front of our eyes. It was a breath of fresh air to see a young man and young lady working so hard while being friendly and helpful! In addition, it warmed my heart to see the young lady make the door dash employee wait while she froze the yogurt for her customers. She could have taken the easy/lazy route and succumb to the delivery driver rushing her but instead made him wait. It's a good yogurt shop but I just went to go to it. There were like ten guys inside, half without masks and I saw them at the self service area serving themselves out of the area with raw food that they were breathing on and serving themselves unmasked. Super unsafe and I will never be visiting again after seeing that. Be wary of eating here. Unsanitary this is a huge deal they are letting people breathe on prepared food your about to eat. I really enjoyed the selection.. Most importantly it's a very clean and friendly environment. As a recent transplant to the area I was very pleased with the store! Not to mention pistachio yogurt!! Between this and Top That just on the other side of the 17-I think Top That is maybe a bit more organized (cleaner maybe, but not that Yogurtini is dirty or anything), I'd say you go here for a better selection of toppings and flavored. It's not great, but it's good. The edible brownie flavored cookie dough was the BEST topping. The worker helping was seemed confused and wasn't the best. It was $5 day, but we got half of a cup because we wanted something cheaper. But we got up there and said that if it came to $5, we would just finish filling the cup. However, the lady helping us said it was under $5, but it was over $5 when she rang us up. I was already frustrated because I had to tell her the rewards phone number over 10 times.
