Super convenient location off 83rd x Thunderbird. Not a whole lot for ample parking as typical with most Starbucks. The drive-thru, of course, is the most popular and I typically avoid it at this particular location. It's a cluster because unfortunately, you can enter the drive-thru from two different locations. You can sneak around the back by the dumpster and enter from the adjacent car wash parking OR you can enter from the parking lot entrance off Thunderbird. As such, there are now two different lines forming into the drive-thru resulting in a lot of butthurt from those who think they've been cut off and general confusion. The parking lot and entrance way are both clean. I've been greeted when I enter the location and at no point in time as my order even been screwed up. I always get the various drinks that I prefer and don't typically get any food or snacks so I cannot comment on the food. Employees have always been friendly and courteous to me. Not quite sure why there's so much hate for this particular location. It's a Starbucks. Not really sure what it is you're expecting. I'd knock off 1-star simply due to the fact that the drive-thru engineer really needs to be terminated from their job. You need ONE way into the drive-thru with a single-file line of vehicles to alleviate the middle fingers from all the entitled brats who think their morning is more important than everyone else's.

There are several trees and umbrellas that keep the area fairly shaded. A bike rack is available on the side facing Thunderbird. This location is a little further away from the freeway. They've significantly gotten better with their drinks but only downside is that the parking lot is pure chaos. People can't seem to follow the arrow that says you're supposed to line up starting from the back and not in the parking lot. I got caught trying to get through the parking lot just now. A car lined up in the middle of the parking lot and I was trying to get around them and at the same time, another car was trying to get out of their parking spot. And because this is a 24/7 Starbucks, good luck finding a spot to sit inside and parking can sometimes be hard to get.

Just went through the line and had such a pleasant experience with the window worker Summer. She was so joyful and shared a great conversation with us, she also offered to remake a drink without us even asking because she noticed it was not up to standard. Thankful for her this morning!

I asked for the caramel "drizzle" to be at the bottom of the cup instead of around the cup. I don't know if they were being extra sweet (no pun intended) or they are unsure how much is a "drizzle" the caramel they put is out of control I can barely taste my cold brew. At least they were nice today

Super good service! I was ordering from the drive thru, and the guy named Christian was super nice! He found an alternative drink that was exactly like my order, but cheaper! He talked with me the entire time, had a positive attitude, and had a friendly attitude I almost forgot I was waiting for a drink! Give him a raise!!! read more

I usually make negative comments about Starbucks because normally their service leaves much to be desired especially when you get a refill. However, in this location I have always had service with a smile and a real intent to make one feel special. I have even had the manager and other employees take my coffee to my table!!! Nice work in this location Starbucks!!! You should use them as an example for your training sessions!!! read more

First coming here the last three times no matter the time , they are out of the popular donuts . They have 5 people back there and one working !!!! I understand trying to save some money on not making to many donuts but this place is rediculous. Don't stay open all day of your not going to offer a full menu!!! It does nothing to complain but I will post on here every time this happens. Call it Dunkin Donuts Not Have Donuts instead. read more

This store is just the one from 75th ave and thunderbird relocated to 83 ave and thunderbird. The new store is very nice. Much more room and a drive through. Many of the old people are there along with many new and nice people. I have always been treated well by this group. Many know my name and I know many of their names but with the new people it will take some time. Go see them you will get a warm welcome. read more

I Ordered 3 drinks at 7:51 this morning and walked out at 8:20. It took them 30 minuets to make three drinks, THREE! The store was so unorganized this morning and a 30 minute wait Even for Starbucks is ridiculous. It was super chaotic and it felt like no one knew what do to. Non-to mention that someone walks in in orders 12 drinks and gets them within 10 minutes and I saw at least three people come back in after getting their orders Having been messed up My order was also rung up wrong, but I didn't have time to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to fix it. Let alone pay to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get the item that was missed when I originally ordered. I usually never have a problem at this Starbucks, but This morning was not one of those cases. read more

Nice people work here. But for 6.00 plus for a venti cup of Cinnamon Dolce Latte is way to much and they cant even fill it to the top. But I guess that is why itis called StarBucks. Over priced read more

One of my favorite locations! The employees are always super friendly and kind. Will have enjoyable small talk and they are fast and efficient. Drinks are always correct and have not been served a gross drink. Only irritating part of this location is the drive thru. Oh my gosh it's so busy all the time. It's a 24/7 Starbucks to compete with the Dutch in the same plaza but the drive thru is always packed and it's very hard to get in. I usually just stick to going in read more

Finally a Starbucks kinda near the highway on thunderbird! This one has a drive thru. Also there's a patio to sit outside. Nice place and location. They are constructing some other places, near by so this place will definitely be busy! Can't go wrong with a caramel frappacino or white chocolate mocha. Also get the app to order ahead and have your drink ready by the time you get here. read more

This location is busy busy! We pulled up a little after 11 and the parking lot was packed and the drive through long. This is a busy area next to the freeway, shops, restaurants and Dr offices. For the amount of cars we were helped pretty quickly. Our drinks were made great and we were on our way. Service was ok, but nothing that stands out for me. I'd be back if in the area. read more

Needed to get some studying done, and this Starbucks has a good amount of seating and convientent outlets to charge my computer. However, I went to get a refill on my iced coffee before I left and removed the lid, handed the barista the cup and scanned my card. After I walked away I saw her throw the cup AWAY and take the next guests order. I was shocked, I thought the whole point about the Starbucks same visit refill was to reuse your cup. I think it's sad that our society-especially Phoenix is so ignorant to plastic waste. I guess forgetting my reusable cups are no longer an option. Good think I saved the lid and straw though. Wow -just wow! I ordered a venti hot americano ....like I do almost every day from this location!! I'm wearing my mask, I'm following all of the rules but my americano tastes like just water with a hint of coffee! So I go into the store, because I was at the drive thru and I ask them if they can remake my American because it tastes "mostly like water with just a splash of coffee" and Jesus, behind the counter says to me, "but that's what an American is-water and coffee"! How incredibly rude -what poor customer service! So then I have to further explain that it just tastes bad! He begrudgingly places my redo order and then proceeds to whisper to his teammates how upset I am because my coffee tastes like water instead of coffee! Totally inappropriate! I just moved into the area and was happy to see a Starbucks that was located in the perfect spot. Problem is I would be better off walking into a grocery store to get my coffee in the morning. I think the management team here needs to pick up the pace. I wait 10-15 I'm a line with 4 cars in it every morning. The service here is sub par at best. They need at least 5-6 more employees. I had enough time in line this morning to get upset enough with this service that I had time to write this review. Very disappointed in the performance of the employees here. read more

More than a couple employees seem to be in a bad mood. I stood at the counter like an idiot for a while till someone finally took my order. She asked my name, "Sarah Beth", then asked "what's your birth name?" . WTH? Lol, it's "Sarah Beth!" . She put "Sarah" on the cup you know how many white girls named "Sarah" order iced coffee.... also, these chairs are stupid uncomfortable. read more

Went to the drive thru at Starbucks this morning, if you know me you know I live for caffeine in the morning like a crack addict, it's quite pathetic really anyway, it was a LONG line..I got to order and the girl interrupted me saying they couldn't take cards, only cash or the app, I didn't have cash and I haven't set up the app so I told her "that sucks" in a totally joking way but told her it wasn't her fault and we laughed and that I'd just wait in line.. with jack and Owen in the back..being tHeM we finally got closer to the window and the last person drove off, as I pulled up the guy stuck his hand out the window and said "wait!" I stopped and he said you ordered (my drink) and I said "oh yeah but I don't.." he said "here you go! Shelby got you!" .. one of the employees bought me a drink it seems like such a small gesture to some maybe but it seriously made me cry not kidding. This is the slowest Starbucks in the history of time. Today in the drive through, they averaged 3-4 minutes per car. 8 cars in line meant we waited almost 30 minutes to get served. We would have left but could not get out of the drive through line. At least a dozen cars behind us, who were not yet trapped in the line, drove away. A man who parked and went in said he waited even longer. The explanation? It's "holiday season" (it's November 12), and "we are, like, understaffed." read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, very turn-key oriented, so really the only thing you can rate and grade is their correctness and customer service. My girlfriend and I stopped by as we were running errands, while I was in Arizona. There was no one in line and two people already sitting with their beverages. The staff was polite and courteous, not big on chit-chat or polite conversation. I decided to pay half with my Starbucks App and half cash, and the cashier looked like she was bothered. However, you may want to double check your drink order on their ordering system as they got my drink wrong. Don't get me wrong, but the place was empty so it's not like they were rushing. read more

This establishment was clean and well-stocked. I think part of the reason is because they don't have a drive-thru window here. They didn't have a young crowd like some Starbucks, either. Direct Descrimination against an autistic child. I was enjoying my coffee at the Starbucks lobby in Peoria AZ. with my family while my 5 year old daughter was playing Roblox on the phone and my one year old son was just being a toddler. Manny restaurants were close due to the 4th of July Events. She was reacting to the game showing her emotions laughing and scared while on the game. (Her tone of voice is already loud) The manager came to my seat asked me to keep my children low voice due to disturbing the costumers and disturbance of the environment of the coffee lounge. Then asked me to seat outside in the patio area at 105 degrees. When she asked me for bacon Guada I proceeded to purchase her food. I was again asked to seat or step outside after the purchase them I was asked to leave the lobby again due to disturbing and treating to call the emergency services to scort me and my kids out, Pointing out policy 3 of the establishment. The video is only showing my reaction to such behavior. Employees needs to educate themselves about autism spectrum/disability and awareness. as well have solidarity/empathy with moms who have children with disability's. I went through the drive through today and ordered the same drink I've ordered for 5 years. Total is always $5.07. When I got to the window, the young man came to the window to tell me that they have to charge me as if I was getting a latte which I was not. So it would be $6.16. He couldn't really explain why. Other than his manager, Jill, said to charge this way which apparently she told him to say this moments before she walked out the door and left for the day. At least that is what I was told when I asked if she was available. He then proceeded to tell me he was the barista trainer and master. I asked why this has changed I get the same drink everyday he then proceeded to tell me that's not accurate because he's there everyday and never seen me before. I explained to him who is usually working the wi Dow in the mornings Jenni come through. I explained she was a lady older than him because he told me they only hire college kids at this location. Not sure that's legal but ok still not relevant to why after 5 years they tell me I cannot order my drink the way I want and they charge me more. This is why Starbucks is losing so many customers. Very disappointed. Waited for 10 minutes to be told there is absolutely no Frappuccino's of any kind.. That's the whole point of me coming here. So I got the peppermint mocha in the hot form instead of the frappe I said whip cream and the chocolate sprinkles just like the frappe but no that didn't happen. Instead I got to pay $7 for a coffee I could have stopped at circle K for and saved 20 minutes and $5. Save your $$. No Frappuccino's today. OMG this is so gross. Do not get the hot peppermint mocha. Only thing decent about this location is that employees are always usually very nice but mobile orders are NEVER ready on time you'll be waiting at least 5-10 minutes after it says it will be prepared and since it's always so busy it seems my orders are never correctly done. The parking lot is always a zoo, the drive thru line is always long preventing customer from parking in spots OR being able to back out because it's one way in one way out. I love the cups that they use at the Starbucks location. I know most Starbucks locations use pretty much the same cups but the cups at this location are not off limbsy and cheap like many other Starbucks locations I have visited I love the fact that they give two different options for straw sizes as well. They give you like a short straw for the kids. Or a big long straw for the adults which is definitely something that I appreciate read more

Just left....asked the drive thru barista to load our Starbucks card. She didn't and charged my debit card for the purchase. When a customer hands you a debit card and a Starbucks card. Just assume they want to load the Starbucks card. Ask how much. We just bought 4 drinks and would have loved to get our points. Just a little bit of training and you would be amazing. read more

Very slow took forever to get my drink, wasn't even crowed!!!! One of the girls took out trash didn't was her hands and continued to serve drinks. Older lady who looked to be shift manager put the whip cream bottle on side of garage can to help someone at cashier. What where these people thinking!?!? I love that it's open 24/7 and still offers sit-in service, but I'm not a fan of the redesign. It seems to have lost the cozy, coffee shop vibe. The new layout doesn't feel customer-friendly...it almost feels like it was intentionally designed to discourage people from staying too long. read more
