HTeaO is so yummy! I love their teas and iced coffee, and the service is always friendly. I usually order ahead through the app, which makes everything super convenient. The sweetened teas are perfect not overly sweet, but just right, like Goldilocks! They also offer unsweetened versions. My only wish is that the iced coffees came in a larger size, since some options seem to only be available in one size. Also, the red velvet cupcake is SO good and incredibly moist! They even showcase a "secret menu" that customers can try to recreate. On my first visit, I attempted a cotton candy-inspired blend--didn't quite nail the proportions, but it still tasted great. It's such a fun concept that started in Texas, and I really hope they expand with more locations nearby. Yes please! Iced tea is a hugely popular beverage in Phoenix, I'm sure given how hot it is here year round. I was stoked to hear about this opening up in Glendale, and it did not disappoint. They have all kinds of tea and energy drink options, with lots of flavors to add including some that are sugar free which can be hard to find at other well-known spots. You can even go inside and sample each flavor. The staff were super friendly and helpful as I chose my drink concoction. Nice new location and was happy to see the same manager/ownership as the one by west gate :) Great tea always brewed right a the flavors so good whether it's on its own of a blend from the secret menu! I've been to the other location but this location is closer to me so I'm so glad they opened up this one. You get a bunch of different options to mix and match. My mom and I came in today to take advantage of the two for $12 tea gallons. It's a pretty tight squeeze in here to begin with, and there were quite a few people that walked in while we were walking around deciding what to get. After we checked out, we both turned around to walk out, and my mom tripped over the bottom of the stand that was holding merchandise. All of the patrons in the store rushed over to ask my mom if she was OK and asked if we needed help getting her up. The workers at the counter literally stood behind the counter and stared. They didn't try to help and they didn't say anything, I thought it was completely inappropriate and totally rude. Pretty sure when someone falls or is injured in an establishment someone should check on the patron. That's been my work experience at least but maybe they don't do that here These stands are tripping hazards for anybody, I've even tripped over it before just didn't fall. I first encountered HTeaO when it opened by Westgate and loved it immediately, so I was super excited to see that there was a location closer to me! I like walking in to taste the different teas since you can sample them. I've been here a couple times, but it's easier to forget what some of the flavors taste like since there's so many. They have sugar and sugar free options too. You can mix the teas you like and they even have already created mixes to try too. Love it here! I haven't tried their coffee yet, but I definitely want to soon. FYI - if you sign up on the app, you get a free gallon of tea on your birthday! read more

The shop was empty, I tried to ask the staff a few question regarding flavor mixes or recommendations. They were less than helpful and provided no recommendations. I ended up ordering an iced chai tea latte, they served me it hot. It took 10 mins to get the wrong drink, I just tossed it and left. Opening weekend, a dead store and poor employees. Not to mention you advertised a buy 1 get one special and I was not given that either. A new concept store should have employees excited to get people into the concept. The strawberry matcha is easily one of the best I've had in Arizona! It's perfectly balanced -- not overly sweet, which I really appreciate, and the strawberry flavor complements the matcha so well. This place is so cool! I heard of the one built by west-gate and then they built a new one so I had to check it out. They have so many tea sweet/unsweetened options. They also have matcha drinks and snacks. The wild raspberry is quite good. The employees that were working 4-11-26 were well mannered and were very patient with all my questions. I had made somewhat of a complicated order with a lot of inquiries, and the gentleman (I didn't catch their name) at the register answered all of them and was very nice!
