It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working. I didn't see any sweet or cheese foam options on the menu or as an option on the kiosk, which was disappointing, as I love paying extra for this topping to complement my drink. This option was available at the Tempe location, so I was looking forward to it. Overall, I enjoyed my drink, though! It was a little bit less sweet than I wanted it to be, but that's OK! I sipped off of my friend's wintermelon milk tea with Boba at 70% sugar, which was sweeter than my drink. Next time I'll order that, as it was sweet and refreshing and light!
