It doesn't feel like they've been trained on basic customer communication, and there's rarely an apology or effort to offer alternatives, which makes the whole experience feel dismissive rather than welcoming. Even the small extras feel neglected, all the games in the seating area look crispy and worn, and some of the card games even appear moldy, which doesn't give a good impression about cleanliness or upkeep. This could be an easy fix, update the menus to remove items you no longer sell, clearly mark a late‑night menu with specific hours, refresh or clean the games, and train the front‑of‑house staff on how to communicate those limits respectfully. The concept and late hours are great, but after four tries, the lack of clear communication, poor upkeep, and the attitude at the counter mean we won't be back. It feels like the Am/Pm of Boba.
