And only one employee doing the drinks & taking orders. I ordered Rosy Cheeks drinks. We were asked if we wanted boba or Jelly. We asked for Boba. The boba they have is popping boba. I went in tuesday July 29th at about 4:40 pm into a completly empty store. No employees, no signs but doors unlocked. I figured they were watching from the back and waited about 10 minktes with still no service, all while I heard people in the back so I left. My baby sister threw a fit so we went back about 20 minutes later to 2 employees talking by the register. I then ordered and asked if anyone was there earlier, the employee admitted to being in the back but not always noticing when people come in due to the door bell anf being on her phone. The other employee just giggles and went to the back. Regardless I order and wait absurdly long for 1 small drink being the only customer, only for it not to be the right one. Not only was it wrong it was not mixed well and kept separating. Overall horrible customer service and attitude. Should at least get drinks right if employees are gonna be like that. read more

This place had a lot of people going in and out with yummy drinks. They offer an extensive list which includes different top recommendations. They had blended drinks, regular drinks, hot and cold drinks, and even offered desserts. I got a Matcha with vanilla (recommended by the cashier) and boba. It was really tasty! I am glad that the vanilla was recommended. I wanted to try the unicorn blended but didn't really want the blended aspect of the drink. They have a few seats inside, but it is a small space and many people were taking their drinks to go. This was a good drink shop to go cool down on a hot day. read more

Okay,so- firstly, honestly, my drink, itself, tasted really great- until I found a piece of plastic in my drink. I got a brown sugar milk tea with boba, half sweet. It had good flavor and the boba had nice texture. The staff greeted me warmly and prepared my drink fast. However, when biting down on a piece of boba, my teeth hit something hard. I took it out to find that it was a little piece of plastic in my drink. I called to inform the business, but the girl on the phone sounded like she could almost not care less. It was just gross to find and really put me off. I have never found plastic in a drink before, so this was ridiculous. If you add on to that the really poor customer service that I received over the phone, this comes down from a 4.5 star review from me to a one. The least they could have done was tried to offer me a refund, but, again, the employee showed no regret. read more

This place has been around quite awhile and it still looks fresh and new. Usually too busy to visit or we forget they are there. Service was great. We picked up a couple brown sugar Boba drinks. Apparently their Boba's were down or they were making new ones. There was no way we got our drinks within minutes. I ended up getting the cookie monster and it was actually really good. Their menu is extensive and their customer service is wonderful. However, their Vietnamese coffee was very much lacking, also they spelled Vietnamese incorrectly. Their elote was okayyyy. I wish they didn't mix their mayonnaise and and hot sauce together because some cannot handle the little bit of spice and also the ratio is off. However, other than that, they're great. read more

Roll me in fairydust and call me a unicorn! Gorgeous location, immaculately decorated, Instagram worthy drinks and food, but oh my gawd the wait! It took 35 mins to get our drinks and we saw the kitchen staff taking a picture of our drink before they gave us our order. Yes, let me wait even longer for my drink because that's exactly what I want to do: Wait forever. We got a Unicorn Kiss, a Churro Chata with the $2 Churro Twist upgrade, and a mermaid cakepop for $20 and some change (kinda pricey!). The Unicorn Kiss was good. It's much better than the sour and tart abomination that Starbucks released. The Churro Chata had a great coffee taste, no horchata flavoring though, and the churro twist was a warm cinnamon sugar doughnut. They also have Cinnamon Toast Crunch on it so that was fun. I do think they need work on the boba as they were mushy. I would skip on the mermaid cake pop as well. I'll give this place three stars. The drinks are pretty decent and are extremely cute but the wait time desperately needs work. Also, Blendz Boba, you might want to take pictures on your own time because that was not cool. At least take the picture while it's in the kitchen and not the pick up window where the customers can see you doing it! I'll probably be back but I'm in no rush. read more

Super disappointed in service and quality after today's visit. Purchased a taro drink with boba , mango mochi's and strawberry breeze. First off, the place was clearly understaffed , only one employee for numerous clients on a Sunday evening. My husband and I waited for over 30 minutes and she still forgot to give us the mango mochi's. The drinks were not mixed well , very powdery and minimally iced. My drink had a sand like consistency and was luke warm after I had asked for it to be very iced. The mango mochi's tasted old and dry. All together I had to throw away what I purchased which was a waste of about $18.00. If your looking for good boba don't go here. I recommend just going to bomb boba. read more

Was craving for an avocado boba drink. This was the closest place from the restaurant that we just ate at. The place is adorable and decorated nicely like from an Ikea catalogue. A lot of Instagram photo opportunities. Jenga games are available. Although they had a nice set up, I didn't like my drink. I was expecting an avocado drink but it tasted nothing like it. It was very tropical like a pina colada and sugary like pop rocks. The ice cream my brother in law ordered didn't even seem like an ice cream consistency. It was thick and harder as if it was like a batter. They had macaroons, potato chips and elotes. I asked to have lemonade and black tea as my base and added passion fruit flavoring, lychee jelly, and passion fruit boba. It was waaaaay too sweet, even for people that normally have sweets. Not sure if that was because I got lemonade and tea? That was the only thing different from my order and my friend's. I really wish they had asked about the sweetness level because I would've preferred mine to be 75% less sweet.
