Came across this boba cafe through Yelp reviews praising their service and drink quality. We came in for a classic Thai tea boba, and the tea itself was incredibly flavorful, even better paired with their honey boba, which added the perfect subtle sweetness. We loved it so much that we order extra boba as the consistency stands out every time. The size, texture, and chewiness of the boba are perfect, which is something a lot of boba spots struggle to achieve. They have an immense menu allowing you to treat your cravings. Despite being busy on a Friday night, service was accurate and timely. The ambiance also makes this place feel extra welcoming. There are several seating options including regular tables, high-top tables, even a couch area for lounging, and seating outside. I also really like how close this cafe is to Glendale Community College. Inside, they also have board games available and a claw machine, which gives the cafe a fun and cozy atmosphere whether you're studying, hanging out with friends, or just stopping by for a drink. Another huge plus was their macaron ice cream sandwiches, which I haven't been able to find at other competitors. They're located in the back and come pre-packaged in a cooler, but the texture is amazing! It is soft, chewy, and structured all at once. Our favorite flavors were vanilla, coffee, and strawberry. I can see why my daughter loves Ti-Li Boba! Last weekend, she brought me a matcha green milk tea boba from there, and it was simply delicious, truly one of the best matcha milk tea I've had! Immediately, it's such a cute aesthetic as you walk in. When I came in on a Saturday afternoon (around 2pm) I there was a steady stream of customers coming in. I was greeted right away and waited in line one person ahead of me. I ordered four items, a peach blended drink with boba (recommended by the lovely woman working), two Thai teas with boba (one iced one blended) and a lychee with boba. Since she was the only one working at that time, it did take a moment to get our drinks but was in no rush so wasn't worried about it. Sat down to enjoy the K-pop playing on the tv and watch the fish bowl in the center of the location. They have a cozy couch and a few tables and chairs, it's cute in there and I have enjoyed having a few boba dates with my daughter. There always seems to be enough space to enjoy with one or a small group. The drinks when finished were provided in a recyclable container / holder which was convenient since I was driving them back. Came here with my fiance wanted to get some boba drink and this place closes @10 and its nice to have a place that close this late so we can grab some boba because some place they close around 9. We ordered a dirty banana and 5 layers dessert drink and it was really good. Its alittle different what my usual but I wanted something different to try. Service was awesome the guy at register went over what it has in the drink and was very nice. Ambience is ok some tables and chairs to hang out and a sofa to relax. The interior was a contemporary style and was well lit. In addition, the couches and abundant amount of seating options are a unique touch and separate this place from other boba shops. The worker who took my order was polite and quick to take my order. I ordered their brown sugar milk tea with boba and light ice. The drink was very good, probably one of the best I've ever had. The warm brown sugar mix mixed really well with the coldness of the milk creating a warm/cool feeling. Furthermore, the flavors came together brilliantly pushing the drink to outstanding levels. The boba was also amazing, you could tell it was fresh because of how soft and warm it was. Lastly the cup it came in was super cute and gave it a nice aesthetic. Ti Li Boba located Glendale in a shopping center so parking is no problem. They offer a variety of drinks to choose from, from milk teas, fresh fruit tea, blended drinks and more. They offer some food items as well but, we only ordered drinks on our visit. Customer service was great from the young gentleman who served us. It was our first time and he gave us some good recommendations! We ordered: Original Golden milk tea w/boba - good but very strong in tea flavor which I wasn't expecting Taro milk tea w/boba - AMAZING, just the right amount of flavor of taro and boba was so fresh! Brown sugar milk tea w/boba- a bit too light in tea flavor but, the brown sugar flavor did stand out. Again boba was super fresh! Super great spot near the house. Made the drink exactly as it was asked by my middle daughter. We had been wanting to try this spot for awhile and date night before school starts was a perfect time. They were super helpful and patient as she ordered, explaining any questions she had and guiding when needed. Don't let the location make you think that this place isn't worth coming to as it is well worth the hype. I was recommended this boba location initially by a friend saying it was the best place in Arizona. I'm not sure if I'd agree with that but maybe I needed to try a different boba drink! The ambiance in this place is very fun, I enjoyed all of the unique decor filling up the room. This would be a great location to bring friends and family! The woman working here at the front was very helpful and kind, and that is always appreciated! Now to the boba‼ I wasn't super impressed by the flavor of both the milk teas and the boba, I found the tapioca pearls to be unappetizing as I ate and chewed more. Relaxed vibes. It was slow when we went, probably bc it was raining outside. The couches inside looked a little dirty. But the rest of the seating area looked fine. I wasn't a huge fan of the decor but that's not going to make me avoid a place if I like their products. The parking situation is fine. Lots of parking in the strip mall. I had a peach kiwi tea. The fruit flavor was more of a background player, but it wasn't overly sweet and it wasn't brewed too strongly. For me, I'd prefer a little bit stronger tea, but it was still very good. I do like that the lids are the boba lids that are heat sealed on. It allows for easy traveling. I wasn't worried that they were going to dump over in my car. Excellent. I also ordered strawberry tea. The strawberry tea is made with strawberry purée. Yumm. The worker advised that they have a lot of "dessert drinks" so it's like an actual cup of a dessert. I bet the worker just looked at me like, she def has a sweet tooth, bc I do. I was intrigued so I'll probably come back to try those when I want dessert. All in all, we'll probably be back. I haven't tried out a new boba place in a while so I'm happy to have found this spot nearby! I came in one afternoon and checked out their menu before deciding on one of their special drinks: T19 Wake Up in Vietnam - Vietnamese iced coffee and coconut cream. I love a good Vietnamese coffee and I got it with light ice and less sugar, adding honey boba of course. A family had ordered ahead of me but I was impressed with how quickly their drinks were made, and how mine was ready shortly after. The employees were friendly and this place is cute. My only hesitation is the price point; my large drink was $6.25 plus $0.85 for boba and then adding tax and tip totaling about $9, so more expensive than I was expecting. But quality was good; I enjoyed my drink and I liked the addition of coconut cream. read more

I used to frequent this place when they first opened, but honestly, I wasn't impressed with their drinks. That's why I took a break from coming here for a while. However, I decided to give it another try last week, and to my surprise, their drinks were absolutely delicious and satisfying. My usual orders are the Lychee Dance, Smashed Avocado with Durian, and Tra Thao Moc, and all of them were incredibly tasty. I gave them four stars because of an unfortunate experience I had on Saturday (6/17/23). They were understaffed and couldn't prepare my drink after I had already ordered and waited for 30 minutes. I had to request a refund and leave. Even today, when it wasn't busy, it still took them 15 minutes to make my drink. Apart from the waiting time for the drinks, I genuinely enjoy their beverages and food, and since it's conveniently close to my house, I will definitely be back. I just hope they can work on improving the drink-making time, so I won't have to wait so long next time. read more

My opinions were either ice or smoothie and black tea or green tea...She recommended iced and I went with green tea. I enjoyed my drink but a little more chamoy and tajin would totally kick it up a notch. Service was terrible but maybe they were having a bad day? Since the other reviews were mostly positive, we decided to try it out. They ask for a tip before making your drink which is a weird new "norm" at a lot of food establishments and of course, we tipped. Im not a fan of this process because of situations like this. They messed up the order and asked me to pay for another drink instead of just taking accountability and correcting the mistake they made. She offered to charge me again for the drink I originally ordered instead of just giving me what I asked and paid for originally lol I ended up with a medium Golden tea + boba. It is 6/10. They use a premade mix that tasted like chocolate milk with boba. Not what I wanted but it was better than the service for sure. I've been to tons of boba places around the world and this is by far in my top 3. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the establishment was exquisite. I got the large taro milk tea with honey boba. It had the perfect amount of ice in it but not too much to drown out the tea. It took about 20 seconds for the boba to be ready and they brought it out to me. Amazing service and boba, 5 stars. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
