So accidentally I came across this store and decided I had nothing to lose and decided to go in and try something out. We we're greeted by Jake. He was amazing. Love you Jake!!!! Thank you so much for your stories, suggestions and recommendations. You are awesome. I was skeptical on whether this was really going to work and take away my pain. Jake was super friendly and informative and he asked me some questions and recommended a soluble CBD powder. So I bought back in November and just went back this week for a refill. For two months, I have not had to take any other meds except for my CBD. Thank you so much Jake. I encourage everyone that is looking for an alternative method to opioids and other OTC meds to come here. Jake will take good care of you.

I can handle being out of things at times but then when I ask for the chocolate yogurt base that is advertised and get it maybe 1 out 5 shakes it gets old. The shakes are blended way too much and just end up being a slightly cold froth. I am very intentional in the way I order because I thought it might have been me not making it clear that I want the chocolate yogurt base but even after intentionally saying chocolate yogurt base and still not getting it just makes me not want to even go in and get a shake.

With this business owner, her actions expressed that she truly wanted and appreciated my patronage because she was about to lock up for the day, but let me in anyway. This came after I was disappointed to find out that I had arrived too late, but she really made it better by being gracious. And accommodating. In that way, I just really felt the uniqueness of her Customer Service experience, that is lacking nowadays and she certainly has it. Beyond just the exceptional customer service and friendly disposition, she made me an incredible chocolate shake with soy isolate protein. It was my first time trying it and it was phenomenal. It was nice and thick not runny and I will return for these two reasons. And you, you won't be disappointed. -Sara (No "H)

You cannot please all of the people all the time, but we sure do try, and obviously, so does Hansens. It is NOT easy to do!!! Don Hansen clearly really cares about his customers. I'm not even going to say what Don did for me because I don't want other people to expect him to do what he did for me for them as well...I'd just like to say that he went *far above and beyond* for me and he didn't have to do what he did. He's been away for a while so he didn't even recognize that I am a customer that is at his establishment nearly every day and and he had no way of knowing that I spend a few hundred dollars every month at his business...I have been a regular for at least the last couple months of extreme heat because we care for crippled wild birds, and they often die in the extreme heat of Arizona summers in their weakened state, so we count on Don and the unique specialty ice blocks that he offers that no one else offers to help them... but as far as he knows, this was my first time at his business and he treated me like a friend or family member. Thank you Don!!! Stanley thanks you!
