As I was waiting in line to be checked out, the gentleman in front of me was patient and helpful, adding to his order and changing it. She greeted him by name and thanked him for his patronage. First time visiting this location of Lee Lee's since I was on this side of town. I had no problem…read morefinding parking. I came in for my usual purchases: rice crackers and mochi. I found both of them and I also picked up some regular sesame oil since all we had at home is spicy sesame oil. I perused some other aisles but these were the only items I bought. It's a fairly large store with lots of items but a lot of them were not labeled with their price, which is frustrating to me. However, at the register I checked the prices and they were reasonable. It was busy on a Saturday but not too bad that I had to wait to be checked out. Prices were similar to the Chandler location but the ramen seemed expensive, I'll have to shop around for that. They were also making some dessert in the front of the store and it smelled good. I'd stop by again if I'm in the area.

Not good service. I walked in at 5:54 when they closed at 6 and was refused service while the guy…read moreworking there--"Thomas"-- made someone else their shake when we walked in at the same time. He then continued to purposely take his time in making the other shake to say that he was closed since he finished right at 6. He also told the person in front of me that he was going to tell us that he couldn't make my shake since he was about to close. When asked repeatedly to just make the shake and to let me talk to his manager, he said no and walked to the back room claiming he was on the phone with his manager and wouldn't let me talk to her. He tried to get my information to later give to his manager rather than to just let me speak myself. He has no good or proper customer service at all, as well as ethic and respect. Up until I told him that I was recording him did he want to change his tone and energy towards me, saying that the cash register turned itself off and was closed.
