My go to after workout place! Best smoothies/shakes in Arizona! Post workout with dreamsicle is unmatched

Stopped by this OSN recently to pick up protein shakes for my husband, my daughter and myself! We went with variations of the meal replacement... all with the yogurt base and a variety of fruit flavors. My personal favorite and the one I went with for myself was the mango and pineapple. My daughter is a fan of strawberry and pineapple. Service was friendly and although we didn't purchase any other products, there are tons of protein, supplement, bar, snack and other options to choose from. read more

Horrible Customer Service. One of my first times so I didn't quite know or understand how to order and the employee taking my order was very condescending to me. After proceeded to talk to their other co-worker about personal stuff that probably should be talked about with customer present. read more

Not a fan of their smoothies. Low quality ingredients- not as healthy as one might think. I paid cash for my $10 plus smoothie without any real Whole Foods or organic ingredients . Worker behind the counter then changed the price to make it a little less expensive- should you tell the consumer about a surcharge prior to service. Pass! read more

Whoever took over operations of one stop nutrition has done a great job revamping these stores and pushing good customer experiences. The products on the shelf are convenience buying. Not really the best prices. I personally use their smoothie bar to get a high protein shake. $6.25 plus tax for a meal replacement with 50 G protein. It's high prices but for the amount of protein and supplement options, the price is still reasonable. I admittedly pay a $1 more for the cotton candy flavor. It's quite good. I hope this time around these shops are able to continue the good service and prices. We get shakes at least 3X a week. Especially in this hot weather. A cold icy protein smoothie is awesome. read more

Due to the time of the review, this establishment is no where near COVID compliment. I've been coming here the last month and every time notice that none of the employees enforce 6 ft social distancing or the requirement of a mask (even though there are signs entering the business). Service wise, it's fine, however for they're employees to not respect the business and enforcements of the establishment, with health risks in mind, this doesn't seem to be a well managed business in my personal opinion. So we will not be returning to this specific One Stop. read more

Two stars because I love one stop, all the locations recipes are consistent and I absolutely love the vegan options. I've been going to these stores after my workouts for a couple years, saw the managers at the gym a lot. Came in tonight after my hot yoga class and....geez...I'm trying to be really nice here. Not sure who the little girl with black hair thinks she is.. not the first time I had cr*p service from her... Came to the register WITH HER CELL PHONE, to take my order without making eye contact the entire time...I actually chuckled that she was scrolling through her device while taking care of a customer. That's a first for me to be honest. During the order...she basically ordered the young blonde male coworker to make everything and also take out the trash. (I only say that because 1. I know it's their job(duh) but 2. It was with attitude, to be honest snappy and rude. She needs work on her customer service. Will be back but next time I might reflect that attitude back to her and see if she likes how it feels to be disrespected in public... Hope to see some customer service training take place, will be back tho. Love the vegan protein and PB& J flavor the most. read more

Aside from that the girl working there was very knowledgeable about the supplements/protein mix and was able to help me figure out what was best for me. Don't do it!!! Warn your friends. Absolutely worst customer service and smoothies laced with Cane SUGAR!!!! Beware! We had a horrible experience with the store employees on 08/6/2019 mid morning. Got a couple smoothies and could taste the artificial and sugar. Went back to inquire and had to press to find out what ingredients were in it. I can not have sugar for health reasons so was told to go to this place because they have a reputation of being healthy. When I told them I can not have sugar to please remake me a smoothie that has no sugar in it, which they couldn't , or give me my money back. The girl with long hair and chunky black glasses said she could not. She said they have to account for their inventory which is why I told her the other smoothie which my daughter hated, I would repay for another one but for mine which for again my health reason to remake or give my money back, she still refused with her air of pomp and bad attitude. I asked to talk to a manager- I could not. Asked for the name and number where or when to reach a manager, she said it was against their policy to give it out but she could take my name and number down. Hmmmm... asked for the owners information. Again said she could not give out that information. Asked for a store number so I can take it up with corporate and she said they don't have one. Seriously in principle a company should stand behind their product and the customers health needs. I wonder how many other people come from the gym thinking they are getting a healthy smoothie and try their best to eat healthy and stay away from sugar only just to crave it all day long and their cancer and waistlines are still growing. Nutrition facts should be accessed easily or signs saying " If you have an allergy or health condition, please inquire". Most health food places will do that so they are not held liable. I love this spot for smoothies. Every time I've been here the staff has been friendly and they make the smoothie pretty quickly. Decided to let it happen a few times before leaving a review about it. But long story short, this owner is a cheap skate who puts one employee in the store to avoid paying two wages. The traffic is way too much for one person and there is no reason that I should have to wait 25 minutes to get a single shake. Not to mention the people behind me in line waiting even longer. The store is right next to an EoS Fitness and it's literally full of customers because one kid is trying to handle that traffic all by himself. The owner is greedy and can definitely afford to have two people in the store to ensure his customers have a good experience. But instead, I'm standing there waiting for a half an hour. This is unacceptable and pathetic. Get your shit together. I am blown away by the lack of regard for customer service. The kid working did a phenomenal job and still couldn't get caught up. There is no excuse to treat your customers and employees like this. Stop being a greedy scumbag. You should be embarrassed as an owner. This is the third time I've experienced this personally. I'm sure several other customers feel the same way. You're right next to a gym. People that use the gym tend to get protein shakes. Do the math. You're right off of the freeway in a highly populated area. Again, do the math. This is absolutely pathetic and you should be ashamed of yourself for your incompetence as an owner. read more

Poor customer service this evening. Sign was flashing "OPEN" but when I walk in... sorry we are closed at 8:30pm. It was freaking 8:33pm. Really, how hard is it to grind ice and mix in yogurt, etc... They were already assisting 2 other customers. If you close at 8:30pm, turn your sign off and lock the door. Don't leave the sign flashing "OPEN" and leave the door unlocked while you are waiting on 2 other customers. When it's dark outside, you cannot see the hours of service on the door so... "OPEN" means OPEN. Not to mention that you did not start cleaning yet because you were waiting on 2 other customers! EOS still had an aerobics class going on when I walked out of the gym. You are losing business by closing at 8:30pm. I wish someone would open a Jamba Juice close by, they would make alot of money! read more

I visit numerous locations the best is 83rd & Union Hills..... but today happened to be at 59th and 101, next to EOS fitness. The service was pathetic and no personality. I absolutely love everyone at this location. I always feel SO guilty that I don't tip them because I never carry cash on me. They deserve all the tips.
