This is the worst flower that I have ever had from a dispensary or on the street , except it's price higher and taxed.. It smells like wet hay and smokes like tobacco. It's called hibuddy, which is humorous since it neither got me high not would I consider it anyone's friend. I don't need a full refund and after asking for a discount on a another strain/product, management wasn't willing to exemplify fair customer service, so it's a shame that they are so quick to justify low grade cannabis, which was obviously compromised, pre harvest. read more

Telling me to put my mask on my nose... which it was!!!! just not far enough up my nose for their liking. When I complained the cashier sales I cussed and he told me I wasn't aloud to cuss I asked if it was a no cuss zone and he said he "prefers it".... like come on Let's be adults..I said Eff this and left. Product is good, service is not! Don't try online orders, it took 5 1/2 hours to deliver my first order. I tried ordering again 2 days later and it never came. I called to ask about my order and I was told the driver left for the day. No notification whatsoever. I tried online order again today for the 3rd time at 1 pm, it is now 5:30 pm. I called and asked to talk to a manager, then he placed me on hold for 15 minutes before I finally hung up. I definitely would NOT recommend this dispensary. read more

My parents are getting older and having issues with arthritis and back pain. They've never been to a dispensary, but we're interested in a more natural approach to pain relief. They were nervous to go to a Territory by themselves so I went with them. Staff was extremely accommodating and let all of us go inside as a group. Travis helped us. Some guy tried to tell me some of the best herb they've been putting out is at the 10%thc range and not to get to caught up in the tjc %. Wow. What a great experience at Territory. I normally stay in the Arcadia area but I heard this was the closest place to get clean rosin carts (gs). I drove about 25 minutes, parked, and was pleasantly greeted. New patient paperwork was quick, the shop was extremely clean, and the service was awesome. Than on one of our trips there, this long haired young man was helping me. He had no idea what he was doing, he argued with me and then nearly forced me to buy what I DID NOT WANT. I decided F#@^k this and walked out. Spent no money I did send a message to management who has never bothered to reply to me and address my concerns. This was my first visit ever to a dispensary. My son lives In Oregon where recreational usage has been legal for quite awhile. I have severe osteoarthritis that causes chronic pain & inflammation. He suggested I visit a dispensary here in Arizona and he was sure they would have products that could help me. I chose Territorial Dispensary. After I moved through the maze of people/lines, some had medical marijuana cards (priority) and some didn't (me) it took about 45 minutes to reach the counter where I could be helped. Alec was my customer service person. He did a fantastic job! I let him know that I knew nothing, but I explained my issues to him and quickly had recommendations for me. I went to this location for the first time yesterday looking to get a gram of grow science concentrate , I showed the bud-tender the picture of the exact stain I wanted and the product picture it's self. When I got home and opened the bag there was no live resin concentrate but instead I paid $60 for a cartridge which I do not smoke . As a bud tenderer myself you should be making sure that you are clarifying with your patient on what they are purchasing especially when it is a higher quality product and price. read more

You tell people sign up for the rewards and you can save them up for a rainy day, well I have been saving for years and im sure there will be some rainy days around this holiday season when funds are tight.... Anyways they switched apps without telling us until it was to late and you lost all your points. So today I was presented with this trash information after I made another purchase and my last, from this company. This company purposely didn't tell me the last couple of times I came in that they are changing apps and keeping your saved money/points if you don't claim it. Its a shame that Zen could have prevented more customers from leaving if they would have just told their customers face to face, but im sure they where probably told not to say anything or they where just worried about their tip.
