I always have a good experience whenever the mail managers there but every time the female manager there Christina is completely bad manager and she should be fired she took my phone without asking me if she could look through the review she went through the review and then at the end didn't hand the phone back to me she's dropped it onto the counter and then she started saying stuff out loud that embarrassed me and make me feel really self-conscious about myself in a whole dispensary filled with people completely full and now today I went and about an eighth and they had a thing where you buy one of their eggs for $10 and they give you a everyday pre-roll and I had a review to get another pre-roll and when I came home there was only one pre-roll in my 8th and the lady didn't put both of them in there so now I have to go back tomorrow with the receipt so they can check the cameras and I bet you they're only going to give me that pre-roll back and nothing else extra for me having to go through my time and waste gas for something I should have gotten already it's just ridiculous every time I go there is always some type of issue always either it's not a full gram and it's a half a gram or something and I always have to deal with the people at that dispensary that are really mean there's only a very few nice people at that dispensary The male manager and a few other of the budtenders I don't get why every time I go there I have to feel like scared that something's going to happen or nothing's going to go my way because it happens every time read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I ordered online what I thought was flower because it was in the flower category. They sold me shake in a non-see thru bag and would not exchange or refund even though I hadn't left the dispensary. I made my case, but they weren't having it. Then got strong on their position on the issue. And so that left me felling robbed. And I got angry and called them thieves. The way this locations management handled the whole situation was horrible. They never looked at my purchase history or tried any to correct the situation. Instead, they had security throw me out and called 911 to try issue a trespassing charge. law enforcement wasn't having it and told me to contact the Arizona Inspector General Office to file a complaint. I seemed they really wanted to charge the manager for assault, but I was dealing with three people at the time and couldn't focus on remembering what the manager was saying. it wasn't the seller/employee that was a problem it was management and the lack of ability to manage. I don't think this dispensary and the management that works in it understand what retail is and the main goal to even opening a brick-and-mortar store. It's all about customer service and how you treat your customers. It seems they don't care about the customers at all, don't be fooled. There's always an issue when I come to this store , one of the reasons why I never go here anyMore. I ordered online so it would be an easier and smoother transaction but I was wrong iguess. As soon as I got there told them I had a pick up order then went to the back and the budtender had no idea I was there for a pickup order until I told her. Then she went to get my order that was missing an item from the bad which I noticed as soon she pulled out my items from the bag. Then the price from online was $17 less than the price they actually charged me for.
