Jars: update your website, hours of operation, and delivery time windows. After patiently waiting three hours for a delivery tonight, I called and was connected to a person entitled the dispatcher and was informed this location was not even open today after 11 AM. Not satisfied with that response, I called the store and was informed they do not accept outgoing deliveries past 3 PM, but they are open seven days a week until 10 PM every night. I wasted three hours of my personal work time waiting for a delivery that was never gonna show up. Will not be a returning customer. read more

If the gas station you bought your gas at, only actually pumped out ¾ of regular fuel instead of each full gallon of super you paid for, would you continue to buy fuel there? Probably not. Same deceptive practice at JARS dispensary in New River. Really disappointed with JARS as our local dispensary. Out of 5 eighths purchased the closest to actually weighing 3.5 grams was .2 grams light. The worst was .75 grams short. Of the 5, 3 were .5 grams short, one as stated was .2 grams short and the the fifth was .75 grams short. So totalled up, of 5 eighths, I was shorted 2.25 grams. This is absolutley horrible and completely unacceptable. Second big issue, I bought a strain that they showed me was a beautiful bright lime green with notable hints of purple beneath the chrystally trichomes, when I got home, I opened my black sealed bag, my flower was a dark green, no hints of purple and hardly a noticable frost. A different strain than I paid for. Really bad and obvious bait and switch tactic. Do they really think their customers are too stupid or stoned to notice? There is no regulation to their weights and measures to assure you are getting what you paid for. Your flower is weighed and thrown into a bag without any confirmation that you are getting the strain or the weight that you paid for. I for one do not like being ripped off, lied to, and misled by a business. I have visited this dispensary for my flower for the last time. My advice to you, if you want what you pay for, both weight and product, avoid the con artists at JARS and go elsewhere. read more

I did make sure to say I hate half's due to how close the burning is, I also ask for a lighter, I pay I tip I ask if everything is in the bag and get a yes! Back. I head to my room to open the bag and I see 2 - 3 packs of half pres with no lighter.. I paid $50 after 40 percent off. What has jars become? When and what happend to the image I used to know.. they have completely got it twisted. read more

I thought I misread the price so I checked when I got home. I had kept my receipt and a screenshot of the price on line so I called them and they said their site was wrong and she changed it. I came here for 420. Was one of the first 35 people, knew everything I wanted and had a list ready. Come time to check out I had 1 dollar and some change over my account in what I needed to pull out the atm. Set my pin and request the money, gives me a receipt saying I requested the amount but dispensed 0$. I was really confused and asked the budtended and manager. I was told it was most likely the Wi-Fi and I should just try again. Well i tried 6 more times. I told them I would be right back and if they could please save my bag since I was one of the first customers for 420. They did and when I went to check my bank account I was -6$ and some change. I asked if there was anything they could do and they told me no and to just call my bank because it's suddenly not their fault no money was dispensed. Well I left extremely anxious, because not only did I waste all that time trying to be first, but I didn't didn't get my money, I had to go home and get emergency money and move some money from my saving into my checking so I wansnt in the negatives. I called the bank and they told me that the atm registered it as a faulty charge, and that that's it, I should see my money in the next few days. Well long story short. I never saw that money again, I looked and looked for the money to be back into my account, but I promise you I never got it back. All I got for being one of the first for 4/20 was legit a couple pre rolls, there was an advertised like half gram cart and stiiizy cart or something and they never put on in my bag, and I bought over 100$ worth of stuff that day. I've avoided this place unless I see and extremely good deal. I'm genuinely scared to go here in fear of losing my money. read more

Will never go back! After waiting over 45 mins last visit the guy who checked me out said I could always order online for pickup to avoid the wait. So this time we placed an online order only to be called an hour later to be told only medical can place online orders. I asked if it said that online and the girl rudely said yes. 4 people looked at the site on phones and computer and no where does it say that. I waited 30 mins this time, already knew exactly what was wanted and the guy gave me a total that was $40 higher than the online order and then switched out one of the products saying it wasn't the right one even tho the label said it was. He gave me some generic package with no label and said the total would now be $28 more than the online price showed. Feel like they screwed us over and the product he switched out looks and smell not right. Bad customer service and seem like a scam.
