We stopped in to check out their newest addition - The Melt Lounge (also called Herb 'N Grinds). This lounge area has a coffee shop, art work on display, couches to relax on, and live events. On the night we came here, Eric Wilson of Sublime was playing music with his band Spray Allen. In addition to checking out the show, I enjoyed watching the glassblower guys create some glass products while sipping on my coffee drink.

I only go to red star because of him. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The guy is truly unbelievable at how well he is with customers. He is patient and explains things in a way that makes sense. I have never seen someone so good with customers before he is kind to everyone every time I've been there. Who ever is his employer is extremely lucky to have a guy like him. I imagine most people go to this location because of him. Despite me moving I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this location because of how great his service is.
