I've been a loyal customer of this dispensary for over 5 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. During the 7/10/26 event, instead of offering quality products, I was given flower that had been harvested on 9/30/2025--over 9 months old. The flower smelled stale, looked aged, and was nowhere near the quality I expect from a dispensary that I've supported for years. It honestly felt like the 7/10 event was being used to clear out old inventory rather than reward loyal customers with fresh, quality products. After spending my money here for five years, I feel completely let down. Customer loyalty should mean something. If you're going to promote a special event, don't use it to unload old flower while given customers products that are well past their prime. This is the first time I went to the jars on 24th St. and a little apprehensive, because I saw that it had 1.5 stars. However, I was quickly met with a smiling employee at the door. I went around 11:30 on a Saturday and there was no line. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I have to shout out the young lady, Elise who was behind the counter. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a slight difference in the label on one of my products. She explained that she had already spoken to her supervisor to ensure that the product was the same. I was really impressed by the whole trip. I will absolutely come back to this location due to not only the speed of my service, but the professionalism and kindness of the staff. 10/10 read more

Horrible customer service Arcadia location. Ordered on line, twice, both times cancelled with no explanation. Finally called and spoke with a rep. Promised a delivery time and date. Never showed up. called a second time and assured order would be delivered. Nothing. Called third time, again, assured all was good and they would add a "freebie". Delivery time 6-7 PM. Nothing. Called at 7:15 and it was then promised by 8PM. Mind you this is the second day after order. Finally 8:30 delivery and many phone calls it arrived. No wonder they have a 40% off sale. The only thing they do not have is chairs for handicapped people , you have to stand outside in line and wait to be called. The Jars at Metrocenter but the 24th street location wouldn't accept my valid MMJ card because it wasn't a plastic card and I reluctantly decided to do rec, but a corner of my drivers license had a slight crack at the corner that didn't obscure the picture or the info and they insisted I leave even tho my ride hadn't arrived yet, (I'm disabled.) they didn't even let me sit inside the waiting room while I stood and waited, without my medicine. They use to have really great deals every week but now it just seems like they're desperately trying to empty their inventory or something. So I had left my previous bad review, and received your somewhat robotic response that you seem to be responding to everybody with. But, I am told every time I go in to leave a review and get a free pre-roll. My fiancé and I did return to Jars and had a way better experience then last time. The guy who helped us actually seemed to enjoy his job and didn't make us feel like we were a bother to be in there. I was extremely happy and so thankful I didn't have to be helped by the last employee who helped us. However there was no comment about my free pre-roll under my account, so I asked if I could show the review and was told it doesn't work that way. Then I come back to yelp and I read that it looks like other customers have also never received their free pre-roll upon leaving their review either. I am just confused. Is it that I have to leave a good five star review to be able to get my free item and bad reviews just don't count?
