I travelled from Tempe and I got there like 30 minutes after they had opened, so there was virtually no wait, despite me being a new patient and registering. I liked Kelly, my budtender a lot. I can be a pain in the ass at times, and Kelly was very patient, and, in my professional opinion, provided stellar customer service. With the Venom deal and my 30% off F.T.P. deal, I basically walked out of there with like $300 retail value of medicine for $200. All 9 products I purchased were 3rd party, the Khalifa Kush Batter by Tryke, being the terpy stand out, that medicine was tasty. This dispensary, from what I have noticed, carries products I have not found elsewhere, and there were meds I wanted to grab and didn't grab, so I will definitely be back to see Kelly and get those meds. read more

5-Star Review--for Summer at JARS on 2412 E University Dr, Phoenix, AZ I had an awesome experience thanks to Summer! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly vibe and made the whole process super smooth. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, but she really knew her stuff--asked the right questions, made great recommendations, and didn't pressure me at all. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and chill she was. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants to help people find the right product for them. The one she recommended ended up being exactly what I needed--top shelf all around. If you're heading to the dispensary and want top-tier service, ask for Summer. She's the real deal. read more

Needed some fireworks for Fourth of July. Needless to say, JARS cannabis came through and got me right. Was my first visit, got a BOGO for house rolls and eighths. They have a great selection with budtenders to point you in the right direction if this is new to you. I was in and out pretty quickly for the most part. The dude helping me was vibin' too. Definitely will come back Agua Frescas - first let me tell you the prerolls were rolled very well. Raw papers, burned smoothly. Their joints are packed very well. This strain tasted very sweet, nutty with some kush notes. Very smooth smoking experience, left me relaxed yet energized. This would be a good one to do some activities. read more

Amazing customer service!! Literally every time I go in I get treated very well, almost like family! Everyone here is so friendly and nice and if there is a promo going on they let me know, or if I am going to purchase something and there is a better option for a lower price they always offer that as well or they always talk about options as well! I highly recommend this dispensary, 10/10 Service for sure! They always make me want to come back by just having an amazing attitude. Even the security guards treat you very good, if you're out in the sun for too long they'll come out and check if you're okay! read more

I have started coming to this dispensary after I moved to the area and I must say they have earned my loyalty. I used to live closer to metro center and I've always had a good experience there too. 24th has been on fire with the deals and super quick with the online orders but most of all everyone is super friendly. I usually don't tip at the dispo since I'm already getting taxed but these guys and gals here at Jars on 24TH have earned my loyalty and a little cash tip each time I stop. Thanks for being cool! P.s the reward system is top notch!? read more

The literal best dispensary in all of AZ. The best deals in any dispensary in AZ. The freshest flower. Not some dry stuff thats been sitting on a shelf for seven months. Fresh flower. Like harvested 2 weeks ago fresh. They legit run out of flower every single week because the deals are so good. I mean seriously, 80$ ounces on the freshest flower in the market. When they have bogo days for venom you can get venom distillate syringes for carts for $11 a gram. Jars is legit bro, the black market cant even compete with this dispensary. read more

I've never been in but I ordered delivery once and it went very well. Andrew was super sweet and texted when he was on the way and 10 minutes out. Very friendly upon arrival and awesome flower. Today I noticed there was a discrepancy in how much I purchased vs what showed on my remaining allotment so I called in this morning and was greeted by a friendly employee, Kelly. She explained the process of fixing this issue and was very patient and kind. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. read more

Called to see if they exchange this catnip they gave me the guy answered joking around like he could then told me couldn't and later told me if I had a different approach maybe they would've like I'm gonna be happy about being lied to about exchanging a product didn't even want a refund just a exchange the first dispensary that doesn't do exchanges and the product was listed at %25+ THC I didn't even get a buzz from the weed I wouldn't step back in there if they gave away weed for free read more

I cannot say enough about this place!!! I have been to many other dispensaries in the valley and have yet to find a place that has the deals and specials this place has...... I literally drive past the flower shop in Mesa to drive all the way (25 min) to Jars and still get a better deal, that's with gas included!!! I did slow down on my frequency when they started slacking on the deals... but they are picking it back up again and that's awesome... read more

Visiting from SC (where we have no dispensaries), so this was my first time every going to one. It was the first thing we did once we landed in PHX. Nick was very eager to help us out; he answered all my various first-timer questions. I'm a smoker, but they have stuff that I never could've imagined in there! Totally legal, safe place to go. Very friendly staff. The do online pick-up orders! If I lived here, this would be my go-to spot! read more

JARS 24th ST. is my favorite dispensary for many reasons. Mainly is the customer service from the security to the management it top notch. I enjoy shopping as early as possible here because the deals are so good that they can go fast. Alaura was fantastic today and always friendly. Location is very good for me even though I live in Chandler the business is easy to access. And the handicapped parking is appreciated! read more

Stopped by today and it was a great experience- especially for early on a Saturday morning. Everyone was super friendly, store was clean, bright and large selection. Lots of tenders ready to help. Hayden was our bud tender and he was helpful & very friendly, looking forward to seeing him again. He got us some good deals, and explained different options for what we were shopping for. All in all, a "10" experience. read more

I love jars! I love the deals and the budtenders are always amazing!!! I picked up a half ounce of Fluer Flower for $38 and was able to use 400 points to get a free jars Kingman eighth. I also got a free pre-roll for writing this review. My total out the door was $38 for all of that I mentioned above left me stoked. However, this location can get a little overwhelming as many people come thru. read more

I started ordering delivery because the delivery people are so awesome. They not only are super friendly, but always make sure I'm getting the best possible deal. I get better customer service from the Jars delivery drivers than any "budtender" in any other dispensary. Mike is especially rad, he always goes above and beyond. Pay the few extra bucks and have some nice people bring it to you. read more

I didn't get the woman's name who scanned my ID outside but she was very polite and let me know about first time discount. Sebastian was my budtender and though our encounter was short, he took that time to make sure he pronounced my name correctly. That means a lot!! My transaction was quick and easy and I'm happy with the selection provided. I will be back soon. read more
