They do not know my name however i purchase cigarettes (by the carton or pack) incense etc., I spend a lot of money in this shop. Now they are hiring the rudest most disrespectful people to represent them. I am a customer and when I make a purchase do not assume anything about me. I have earned an associate degree at 66 yrs old - with that being said my mind is clearly intact and I can count up to ten (lol) I will be going elsewhere for my smoking needs. Both times I've visited here, the employees were super attentive and greeted me right away. They asked me if I need any help and assured me they were there to assist me, whenever. The customer service is stellar here. I feel very welcomed here, which is always a nice feeling. I don't visit smoke shops often, but I think it's safe to say this is one of my faves.
