first impressions are everything for me I visited this shop because it was close to the EOS gym came in early morning had loud TVs on couldn't hear the person that was gonna make my shake ordered. My shake shake was clunky wasn't blended well and wasn't made correctly according to the person that made it because they didn't have the ingredients they didn't offer me a different drink they just made it and gave it to me was absolutely disgusting. Not only am I completely disgusted, but my daughter took a few tiny sips and could have CHOKED. I showed up at 5:20pm because online it says they close at 6pm on sundays and the doors say 5pm. I get there and the door isn't locked and the lights are off with 2 employees in the store. I ask them which one is open until 6pm they both answer Gilbert and warner. I drive ALL the way to Gilbert and Warner just to find out they close at 5pm like it says on the door. Your workers need to get it together and if some stores do close at 6pm then update the times on the door and if not then update the time online!!! Super frustrated I drove from west Mesa all the way to Gilbert for NO REASON. read more

On 09/28 I bought a post workout shake after leaving the gym. As I was driving home a chunk came through my straw. I thought it was coconut so I bit down only to pull a piece of earring from my mouth. Not only did I want to puke because of how disgusting this was, I was concerned because I let my 2 year old daughter share some of the drink. When I got home I dumped the remaining shake out into a bowl and found the rest of the earring at the bottom. When I called the Greenfield location and asked for a manager they told me he was not in store. I explained what happened and they replied with "oh that's weird." They acknowledged it was gross, but that was it. I never received an apology. The only thing I was offered was a replacement shake, which I declined. I ended up calling back and leaving my number for a manger. The manager called later that day and was about as useful as the employees working the store. I am so disgusted and will never go back to that location after this experience. They have video at the store above where the shakes are made. The manager refused to explain what was on it or let us watch it. We contacted the police and health department. This establishment is an embarrassment to our community and the owners should be ashamed. read more

9:45 AM Monday morning June 25. I walked in there to get a meal replacement and no one was there. I could've rob the place blind and no one would've noticed outside of your security cameras. I assume somebody was in the back but apparently they were too busy to see if anyone needed help. There wasn't a ring or anything that could have alerted someone in the back that they might have a customer. After kindly asking the guy behind the counter to enter my Plum points, as a frequent customer, he blatantly did not register them for me. He was too busy socializing with his "bro" co-worker. Lame. I went in this evening at 7:40 PM (they close at 8 PM) with the intention of buying more protein. I wasn't going to order a shake. I opened the door and the guy rudely yelled "We're Closed!" at 7:40 PM. I responded with "Oh, I thought you guys were open until 8?" which is when the young guy snapped back "We'll were closed so leave". The tone of voice was so rude and nasty I couldn't believe it. I've worked in the service industry and I 100% understand how absolutely annoying It can be when someone walks in so close to closing however this guy was an absolute prick. He easily could've responded saying "Hey guys I'm sorry but we've had a slow night so we're closing early". If he had said it in a nice way I would've been like absolutely no worries totally understand. I sat in my car and observed at least another 5 people within 5 minutes go in and they all came out saying and I quote "What a F***** A******". If your closing early, LOCK THE FRONT DOOR if you can't politely and respectfully say we're closed. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only one who turns to write a review on yelp tonight.
