I never leave a yelp review but this place is amazing! I have a brain condition, which causes extreme pain so I've been looking into CBD oil. My husband and I stopped in once and got information which the owner happily provided to us without any pressure months ago. Fast forward, to running errands, seeing another local shop and saying "Hey lets check it out." Since we were right next door. Couldn't leave fast enough with how rude they were, and acting like I was top robbery suspect #1 (I'm mid 30s, resembling a umpa lumpa who can waddle rather then run, blonde with her ex-navy husband). So after being offended my husband said we're going back to American Vape Cafe, it's on the way back home and we're getting you the oil. The owner remembered us and explained the oil is not for oral use and was for vaping. So he educated us on vaping, set us up with a kit, and another employee helped with testing out flavors. My condition acted up so I had a crying short break down because of pain and medication, they got me cold water and let me take a break. Then let me test out almost every flavor till I found one that worked since my condition makes flavors taste different so it made tasting extremely difficult. Finally got Strawberries and Cream. They made sure that my husband and I were fully set up and educated before we left the store. With my brain condition I forget easily so it was appreciated that they took the time to teach both of us so he could take care of it if I forgot. We both will be going back and recommending them to others. The CBD oil does help with the pain, so mission accomplished! read more

This shop was extremely clean and organized. A great selection of products, and not just vape stuff. The owner was very nice, patient, and helpful in making a good recommendation and selection. The location is easy to get to from the 101 and plenty of parking. Can't wait to try the juice and come back to this shop again. Keep up the awesome work and great customer service. Pretty expensive for the product that doesn't last. Been here twice and the service is okay, not friendly not rude. What's super frustrating is the product price and doesn't last very long comparable to other places. Won't be going here anymore. Most of the guys are super friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and they sell a lot of cool things, and have a good beer selection. However.. I buy the same vapes all the time, same flavor. I like to buy 2-3 at a time so I don't have to go back as often. A couple weeks ago I stopped in and grabbed one- by the time I got to work (10 minute drive) it was dead. So I called- the guy that answered pretty much made me feel like a criminal for asking them to exchange it. Which I get people will swap them out for the used ones or whatever, but I've been buying them there for a while and never had an issue. I bought one two days ago for a backup for when mine died. I didn't open it at the store because i still had a good one. I opened it this morning around 10.. took prolly 10-15 puffs off of it, and it died. So there goes $22. Unfortunately I'll be buying elsewhere. If you don't get the Xtra vapes- I recommend them. read more

If you've ever tried Myst juices this is the home base of where they make it. Excellent selection of house juices as well as other premium and mid level brands like you would expect. Good selection of supplies and accessories, typical smoke shop fare, a nice selection of quality cigars in a climate controlled room, and they recently started selling craft beers with 250 different choices to choose from!!! Everything about my experience here has been outstanding. The service is better than I've ever received, the juices are pure and organic tasting and the prices are spot on. My first experience here, one of the gentleman behind the counter made a special juice for me because I had a specific taste in mind. He took the time to figure out exactly what I liked and put together a juice just for me and it was delicious. My 2nd experience here (actually my boyfriends experience, but I'm sharing it for him) was out of this world. We were having an issue with a burnt tasting juice/coil that we had purchased from an entirely DIFFERENT VAPE SHOP, so we brought it Oz and asked him what we thinks the issue is. He took the time to empty out the tank, clean it out, investigate the current coil and replace it with the CORRECT size (apparently the last shop we went to gave us one that was way too small), and primed it for us. He went out of his way to fix another vape shop's mistake - I could not believe it. Then he created a brand new juice for us. He mixed the juice, tasted it himself, decided it wasn't good enough and then remade it to make it perfect. I'm blown away. I have never experienced such great customer service and care from a business. If you don't vape, come here for your glass pieces or any kind of smoking accessories, because I want everyone to experience this gem. Very friendly customer service with a huge variety of juices, they have atomizers with all the flavors so you can try them and they have bottles to drip on a rda if you want to test the juice that way, i also like that they have couches and tables that you and your friends can sit at and hang out and vape, i was really amazed when i was looking at the bongs and bubblers because at most smoke shops the glass is super low quality but at American Vape Cafe there bongs were super thick glass and high quality. read more

I went into this shop today to get some juice. I asked if they had a flavor I requested, he said yes and without looking, he grabbed a bottle and started filling. I thought, wow, this guys good. But after he filled he asked what flavor I wanted so he can write it on the bottle. Then I looked at vapes. I asked about one I paid at another smoke shops for $30. They said they charged $80. Decent shop, there juice is really good. However, I bought three separate Vapes/batteries and they all broke very quickly. Each time the owner refused to give me any type of refund or replacement. I recently bought a battery for my Jomo tank and the charger port fell completely off within a week. I took it back this morning and he refused to swap it out with a new battery. He also accused me of plugging in the charger to hard and said I tried to take it apart, none of which are true. The bottom line is don't buy any equipment their (because when it breaks and they always do at some point) he will not work with you whatsoever. I'm out $40 so needless to say I won't be returning to this establishment. read more

You know that place that has all the little things that makes your downtime more enjoyable, this is that place. I started vaping 4 years ago to quit smoking. I started vaping up in Denver where the juice was inexpensive and had a large variety of great flavors. Coming back to Az, I was met with self entitled A-holes that are overpriced and to cool to answer simple questions. Oz and his employees are not that at all!! Helpful and friendly, they have always given great service. I buy juice every 4 days or so, I have also bought accessories for my vape and other things. They have cigars for the golf course and good inexpensive sunglasses in case you get stuck on the 101going east or west at the wrong time. They have lots of smoking paraphernalia and other cool things to shop for, I always find something I need while coming in for a fill up on juice.
