After my first issue with store and the Padron cigars I have been happy until today. I bought…read morealmost the whole box of Padron #48 and asked them to get more. Price was 25.80 per cigar. The blonde girl Abby who has been very helpful said they ordered more. Went back today and they had a new box of Padron #48 except the new price was 27.99. I said holy crap that the highest in the valley. The counter girl was like we are a business and need to make money. I told here everywhere else sells around 25 or 26. Shen said I was not listening and I was like why would I keep my business here. I asked here to call the manager or owner as I am the only one buying from them as it is a block away. She got on phone and called someone and I heard her say that's what I told him. She was very un helpful. Anyway I said no thanks and said they just lost my business. I spent over 200 dollars on 8 cigars past few months and this is the thanks I get. So I drove 5 miles to Ambassador cigar and paid 25.90 for the same cigar and they always remember me and my name. They have an array of raw products as well as others like elements for all your rolling needs. I think that the hours might seasonally adjust because the ones listed on Yelp are not right, but I've added the photo of their currently open hours for your reference. They also have an array of pipes, bongs, NO2 (nitrous oxide, for all the bakers and chefs out there ;) and all the expected accessories for a good smoke shop.
