I placed an order online as that's what their website states is the preferred way during COVID. Approximately 10 minutes after I placed my order I received a confirmation text saying my order was successfully placed and to await a message to pickup. It is now one day later and after multiple attempts to contact the store they sent me one text saying " It was crazy busy yesterday so people who came in got priority". I never received any notifications, emails, calls or anything stating that my order was canceled but looking online the sale is cancelled out. Not even offering to replace it, but a store credit AND then i asked what happens to my legally recorded AZ state information on the allotment allowed and got the sorry we cannot change the purchase from your AZ state record but WILL record the amount again with using the "store credit". So, they have the product back (probably to re-sell) and i get recorded for the amount twice? Hmm that sure does NOT SOUND LEGAL TO ME? No thanks Giving Tree, you lost a customer. Had an unfortunate experience here today. Submitted an online order through Leafly, and received a text within the half-hour that my order was ready for pick-up. Great! Got in the car for the not-so-short drive to Giving Tree. When I arrived and they called my name, the salesperson said, "We sold out of what you ordered HOURS ago. I hope you got our text that we don't have what you ordered ." I showed her my phone -- that I got no text from Giving Tree, only from Leafly, indicating my order was ready for pick-up. Then she lookup my customer record in their system and said, "Oh, we don't have your cell number on file." So, they couldn't have texted me. She also could not explain why the Leafly system let me order something that was out of stock, let alone why I got a text that said my order was complete and ready for pickup. I suggest not patronizing this place unless you live very close and can afford to be out of medication if the same thing happens to you. read more

This dispensary on the outside looks like a gas station, which lures customers to check out the place. Parking is ample so there's no need for squabbles with the other customers. You can tell that the owner spent a lot of money with the aesthetics of the facility creating a more comfortable environment where customers are not intimidated. My only gripe with this place is the lack of variety in the edibles. Everything was with a gummy or candy. Where are the crumpets?'! Normally I love this place I place my orders online walk in and pick up with little to no wait time!But I have had a couple of issues with them advertising deals and them not being available when I order so I point it out when I go in and show them proof of the deal and they honor it no problem,that was until today!i placed an order for Vapen chocolate bars as I often do when they are on special and right away I noticed they did not give me the discount on the order so no worries I order and figured it would be corrected when I picked up but no it was not and I asked the cashier and she said oh we took that deal down because this was the last two bars we had I said well ok but the deal is still currently up on the website and I showed her proof of that ! She still insisted that it was taken down so I asked to speak to a manager she said I am a manager but I will ask my boss! She then comes back and says ok I will honor the deal this time but we have helped you before so I am going to note that on the account so in the future you know !!! I said excuse me! So because I'm going to ask you to honor a sale/deal that you are currently advertising which I showed you proof by pulling up your website in front of you and showing you that it's still currently on there you're going to put a basic black mark on my account saying that I was getting a deal that wasn't valid?at that point I was so upset you are basically calling me dishonest or a liar for asking you to honor a deal which you currently have posted on your website (and currently still is 2 hours later) I have never asked for a discount or a freebie!! I have yes ordered items that were supposed to be on sale/deals via your website and when I went in to pick up they were not priced correctly and asked you guys to do the right thing by honoring them so for that reason I basically got blacklisted I had a note put on my files so whenever I go into your store the cashier is going to see that and I don't think that's fair I did nothing wrong and I was made to feel like I was lying or being dishonest and were trying to cheat your store in someway! Paperwork was a snap and after getting a copy of my card and driver's license, I was taken into the shopping room. After picking up, I saw that what they gave me was 10% lower THC that what I ordered online. I never had this problem here. When I went back, they told me they ran out at 26% so subbed me at 16%. But they didn't say anything before I checked out and handed over my $90. They didn't even apologize or acknowledge. The hubris was breathtaking. They finally said they'd give store credit minus the $17 taxes. I don't understand. They told me straight to my face they switched it out for something different that I didn't choose and then didn't tell me and now I'm helpless. They have my money, shame on me for being fooled. So if I can't trust the store, I'm not coming back. They'll probably delete or hide this review anyway. But if they don't, the lesson is ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. Don't trust them. It was my first time visiting his dispensary. I ordered online and got a text almost immediately that my order was ready. There was a short line on the medical and recreational side but it moved very quickly! The security guard manning the door was very friendly! Once inside I was greeted by Dominic, who gave me my total so I was able to get money from their in house ATM. Dominic was super kind and helpful! Sold me what must have been about 10 year old flower, so it's time to find a new dispensary.

Just moved right next to this dispo so I was super excited to try it. I came in and bought two of the house carts, they were nice and cool and very helpful. Fast forward next day comes around hitting one of my carts and it had leaked all through my battery and when I went to hit it all came out of the top. (It also gave my throat a very weird soar feeling) I came in and they said I could exchange the one that leaked for something but that I had to have the receipt for the other one even tho the purchase was on my account history. I exchanged the one leaked cart for weed and decided to also buy some cones and an edible. Although they wouldn't take back the other cart with out a receipt even though it was on my account history and it was their house cart, I was still pleased with the exchange of at least the one although I was annoyed and could tell they were partially annoyed. I had gotten some flower and a 30- pack of cones. I go out to my car after the purchase look and the cones only had 14. Now usually not a big deal but seeing as I already had some issues and now had to go back in there AGAIN was quite embarrassing luckily a very lovely lady helped calm me but when I had come in the same guy annoyed before looked and told her I didn't even buy the 30 pack I bought a four pack all frustrated and I could tell. Not okay ,be frustrated but don't show at least in front of customers. Anyways I ended up asking for my money back and left very furious. Great flower, best I've had in the Valley. I would recommend getting better containers for your 1/2 ounce flower. The glass is thin and the top I had was hard to get on. Very attentive staff and quick service! I'm very conveniently located and great product. It just so happens that my first visit to GTD couldn't have gone any better. I happened to be there on a day they were giving away free pipes AND free shirts. Totally a coincidence but still. I walked away with a free pre-roll and purchased an eight of Kimbo Kush and White Widow. I've yet to smoke the WW but I couldn't have been happier with the Kush.
