I went in 8/16/24, after my ID was scanned the middle aged guy that wears the white polo everyday said "Here you go Aaron". I responded with "Has it occurred to you that not everyone wants their name shouted." He acted apologetic in the moment and I went to the line. Then on 8/17/24, he checked me in again and did the same dumb shit. All the while I had an online order that is now held behind the check in counter, directly behind him. Instead of letting me know this information he chose a petty act. I walked to the normal line, the cashier said "oh you have an online order" then walked to the check in counter I had just left. I watched her ask the same man for my order, he fumbled through some and she ended up getting my item from the shelf. She came back and said "sorry about the wait it says it's filled but they couldn't find your order." How convenient for Manager Petty. There are medical patients that come in your business correct? Wouldn't it be a HIPAA violation to announce patients as they walk in? I've never been somewhere where one person is so keen on being weird. read more

Every time I go in there it's typically early morning before work. Love the fact that they're 24 hours because of how early I'm out to start my day. The hours are just a bonus though with the staff I see everytime I go in. It's always an easy and quick transaction. If I'm not sure what to go for they typically have a recommendation or two and they never disappoint. The selection they've got on everything is pretty big as well, though I typically always go for the Dime disposables. Pricing on everything seems about average maybe a little cheaper compared to my previous places but the last few times I've went in over been able to get 4g's of disposables for less than 100$. I usually go to White Mountain because of their selection and deals. I recently noticed JARS which was right down the street from my home so I decided to check them out. They open early which was a positive for me. I was greeted by two men, they were laid back and nice. No paperwork required. The lady I worked with was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! Wait time of 45 minutes , A Major waste of time ! I made an online order to avoid the line and still waited over 35 minutes and watched the walk ins go in and out 3 times faster then I did this shift on 03/01 at 6:30pm, terrible experience and terribly ran the woman doing pick ups was taking over 18 minutes an order on average, guess they're able to consume the products they're selling everyone floating around happy and slow while the line is down the block and wait times are 50 minutes read more
