Being new to surprise I was looking for a vape shop that had a good selection of flavors and the ability to maintain my coils. After visiting a few and them not quite having what I was looking for. I stumbled upon Puffz driving home Presidents' Day. Benny was quick and pleasant to greet me as soon as I came in the door. After a nice conversation about how we were both new to the area, him from Sweden and me from Phoenix. Benny took the time to show me what flavor selections he had. Even though he didn't have my normal flavor he did offer a great replacement and even offered to bring in my flavor if I didn't like the one I purchased. He was also able to help me replace my tank as he did not carry my brand and I have to say I am not disappointed. It fires nice and quick. Definitely found my new shop. read more
