The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are some of the most reasonable. They have a massive selection of products.

Best smoke shop ever huge variety great customer service ! Also great prices can't beat it

Great selection, good deals (lots of BOGOs on vapes) and super friendly staff! Also plenty of random impulse buys, from candles to tumblers to ganja accessories. read more

Amazing customer service, cat & Matt helped me out and we're very knowledgeable. They have a very big selection of everything you need.

Largest smoke shop I've ever visited. You definitely leave with more than what you wanted. They have the cutest hookahs too!

Best smoke shop around come shop they have helped me everytime very good prices my go to shop

Great people. They always have what I need also making sure they have what I need. Best Smokeshop in town

DONT GO HERE IF YOURE THIC OR CHUNKY. I've been coming to AZ smokers for a while and last night I brought my friends into the shop and we were about to go out and have fun and we made a stop all decked out in our outfits, but my friend is a bigger girl and they didn't notice, but I noticed as she walked out the door they went"thunk thunk thunk" to mock her weight. She's tall and bigger. It's crazy to me that they are fat shaming with faces like those and especially this being a place where you get marijuana and they sell munchies but yet they fat shame. I've been here for years, but I'll make it not to go there. read more

Love coming to this place they are always so nice. Best prices around. Beat service from Chris as always! Place is super clean and friendly ! read more

My new fave smoke shop! I was immediately acknowledged when I entered and the staff was able to help me, and provided great info as to why some product options are better than others. I did not feel like anyone attempted to oversell me. The prices are the best! I felt very comfortable asking questions and was given thorough answers. I highly recommend Arizona Smokers! read more

Dude in there is wack he took to many steroids everything in that store is tax af selling off brand clothes like there the real deal vapes tax af rigs tax af definitely not the place to shop stores big but I stood in the back for a cool min before dude came to help and was a weirdo about prices there's better smoke shops in the valley with better deals then this place is give it negative starts if I could read more

Arizona smokers is my go to shop when I want a new piece or if I have a friend looking for something new. They're always keeping their inventory up and switching things so you don't go back to the same stuff every time. They have modern music playing which always sets a comfortable vibe. They sell shirts and jackets also which are pretty good quality. Usually when I go in there, everyone greets me but I used to be slightly annoyed by the amount of times everyone would greet me and ask if I needed help. It seemed like they were working on commission because of it. THIS time however, the system was better. We had one person helping us the whole time. His name was Stephen. He was really cool and actually helpful. I've gone in there before and had someone try to help me and they just weren't actually helpful. Stephen was. And he was fun to joke with which was good because my friend took forever to decide. He stayed patient with us, answered our questions honestly and accurately, and joked around with me (which is exactly what I want in a salesman). Highly recommend this shop! Check it out (: read more

Went there to buy a battery pen and asked the guy to let me try it first and he didn't let me. After I left it ended up not working and I charged it for 2 hours and nothing !! read more

I only gave it one star because it was required. I went to this place to buy my mom a carton of cigarettes from this location and they raised their prices $15 per carton. They wanted to charge me $106. I asked why the big jump in prices and they said their price went up. So I went to another place down the street and they charged me $88 including tax. I asked about the increase in their prices and they said there was one but only 15 cents. Appears they were trying to take advantage of me or scammers. Won't be back. Go spend your money elsewhere. read more

This place has improved tremendously ever since it got new ownership. Everyone goes above & beyond for you even if it's for the simplest thing. All of the workers know what they're talking about and really take the time to help you get what you're looking for. This is my absolute go to! read more

My 1 year update- I've actually been going to this shop for nearing 2 years. It's been amazing to watch them expand from a very small space to literally the LARGEST SMOKE SHOP IN PHX!!! Congratulations guys. & the SAME staff still works there, which is awesome! Everyone is great. The shop is beautiful and as always you seriously won't find what you're looking for cheaper else where. This shop hands down has the lowest prices in the valley. I live 45 min away and I choose this shop every time. Even though I'm running in 5-10 min till midnight they still serve me and don't make me feel rushed lol. You guys are awesome keep up the great work!!! read more

We live right behind this place and are regulars, the service is always outstanding and the products are fantastic, I felt the need to leave a review after this specific visit just because the nice young lady who is the manager went above and beyond today and that deserves some recognition. You're not going to find a better smoke shop, and I am also a small business owner, so I recognize a fantastic manager when I see one. She is wonderful and I would make sure I keep her around! read more

I've been to a lot a lot of smoke shops in my life and this is by far the best one I've ever been to. Not only are their prices unbeatable but the customer service is impeccable. Was in AZ this past weekend for thanksgiving and heard about this head shop from my cousin, I figured I'd check it out but wasn't expecting much cuz all smoke shops are the same these days, but I was actually really surprised at the service I got from these guys and the quality of the glass they sell for the price! Been looking for a new bong for my place in Sac and found the perfect one all the way over here in AZ! Great price, great service all around! I just wish I came on Black Friday cuz I heard the owner gave away Oscar style goodie bags with vapes and cartridges! Will definitely have to stop by next Black Friday! read more

Omar is amazing!! I love this smoke shop! It is definitely one of my favorite smoke shops!! Their customer service is amazing from all of the staff, but Omar really stood out! He is always trying to find you exactly what you need, the best quality at the best price. I haven't had a bad experience here yet and my friends love this shop too. All staff are very educated in all of their products and brands. I somehow always end up purchasing more than I thought I would originally, but they have so many amazing choices to choose from! This place is a 10/10! read more

Man, normally have a great time in here. Wanted to get a birthday bong and maybe some wraps but JESUS lord I was approached by two different male workers 10 times within 5 minutes. The younger girl who works in there is phenomenal though. I wish I would've had a good experience like I normally do. read more

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. I used to love this shop until the last few years the management has went to shit. After waiting outside for three hours I was advised that you have to spend $30 on glass after the discount in order to receive a goodie bag. That should of been advertised but whatever. I bought two $22 pipes and a $9 flag which equals out to $53. I was charged $53 on my bank account. After going back in and asking what happened to the discount I was made fun of in regards to the $10. I was downgraded and talk down to. The rude cashier took the product back told me that he would give me a refund and then told me know that there's no refunds excepted. He took my phone out of my hand and demanded me to do math. He insulted my daughter for recording the incident. The cashier advised me to return the $100 goodie bag and got but hurt when I told them there goodie bags are shitty and not worth the time or money I just waisted. Highly disappointed in my 420 morning. Spreading the word that this staff has issues and talk to you however they please. read more

Yazan helped me today & he's always taken good care of me, as has the staff. Absolutely love this place. Kind, honest, & primo service. It's always clean, well organized, & clearly presented. I'm a terminal cancer patient & they've always given me excellent advice as to what might help with treatment side effects. Currently I've been using different Kratom strains along with a Cbd infused Kratom which has just been outstanding! I've purchased a variety of other items there as well. They have it all, & if they don't Yazan is open to consideration to order it for you. You won't beat the prices including online, & if you pay with cash they will reduce the price a few dollars. This is one of my favorite stores to go into I've ever been. The atmosphere is always pleasant & I always leave there with a smile. This is a local business that benefits our community so much, please visit to support. read more

Bought an expensive hookah from these guys ($200+) and they promised that the hookah would be amazing and had the best reviews. The hookah doesn't work properly, and they wouldn't give me an exchange or ANYTHING AT ALL I DIDN'T EVEN WANT MY MONEY BACK, just a different hookah. The owner Omar ONLY cares about making money off of you. He will pretend to care about customers just to get you coming in. They sell old vape juice as well! Be careful!! Bought a few bottles that I had to trash because they wouldn't help me out with that as well. Terrible customer service. Like WOW read more

FAKE FLEA MARKET. Bought a "RAW" torch from them only to find out they placed a genuine RAW sticker over a China made torch. Torch burnt out in a few days and actually caught on fire due to poor construction. Swap meet quality for designer prices. Recently spent $17 on an IGNITE 1300 puff vape and within 31 puffs the battery died. No refund, no replacement, nothing. This store is a SCAM ran by thieves. STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

Great shop they just expanded and doubled their space and inventory and product line. The staff is very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. I even got my $2.00 ATM withdrawal fee back from the manager. I withdrew some cash from their ATM as the price was less expensive if I used cash. I recommend this place as they if not already beat any competitors prices and it's worth the drive if you are trekking from a nearby city or even county over the prices are that good. read more

I found great Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers even for non smokers. Tons of glass, and everything else for that matter. If they have an item, there's a good chance you'll have a dozen options to choose from. I went in the first time because it was close to my place. I moved 20 minutes away and this is still my only smoke shop. read more

Best smoke shop in the valley hands down! Great prices and great staff. Entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The only smoke shop I go to!! read more

I have shopped here multiple times for coils, replacement glass, rubber bands for my Freemax M2 tank. Figured I'd buy a new mod from them to replace my working but clunky Humvee. I purchased a Kaos Spectrum on 7/20/21. Right out of gate was having trouble randomly getting it to turn on. No problem at all shutting it down. I gave up put it back in box with reciept to exchange or even upgrade to a different one. I was met with "the coil has been used" REALLY?? I had NO reason to use that small, cheap tank, my freemax fit fine on it. Wouldn't exchange or make more money off me with a higher priced upgrade! I drive city bus, work early mornings. Was told to come in at night to talk to owner. This store is not close to where I live, i saw it while driving route 67. So button doesn't work properly, other sales guy said it might be manufacturer prob and I would have to talk to them.....its been A WEEK!! Between button and supposed used coil sounds like I got a used POS. I'm stuck with it, out $71.47! I see people all day on my bus, not only will I not recommend place but will spread word that they don't back their sales or merchandise up!! read more

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They will waste ur time over the phone & in the store as well. MARK told me over the phone that he had the original carta glass piece in stock & that he couldn't disclose the price over the phone but he'd sell it for a "GREAT" price. Get to the store for him to pull out a $130 glass piece that's not the original & online its sold for $40. Please do not believe these people. They will waste your time. ESPECIALLY MARK read more

Sold us defective torches. They are Mavens so not cheap. I had to go in 3 times before someone could help me, just to be told they wouldn't let us return or exchange and told us to mail it in and go through the company. They did not give me a receipt so I can't even do that. It's disappointing that they did nothing to solve this whatsoever even though they sold us bad product. Waste of time and money. read more

This used to be an awesome shop. They got way to big and buy knock off product now. If you buy a bottle of grundge off (bong cleaner) the real brand has a seal. This smoke shops "grundge off" doesn't come with a seal. And cleans your bongs like crap compared to the real deal grundge off. Same with there nic sticks all there disposals are knock offs of the real brands. read more

Horrible smoke shop. They sell fake stuff. Stay clear of it. You will get ripped off. Not worth your time.
