I recently paid a visit to this place ! Let me tell you ....they have a great variety of cigars in stock!!!! Really nice choices and really great prices too!!!! Very nice lounge area for people that just want to sit and chat with the owners or anyone that may be there and enjoy your preferred cigars! Very nicely laid out store , and they have pretty much anything that you may need !!!! Customer service was great and you had that comfortable feeling like you had been going there for years !!!! I would actually say this is a 4.5 star. The only reason I didn't mark as a 5 star is it has limited seating inside the shop if you like to sit a cigar shops and enjoy a cigar (which I do). Other than that the selection was awesome, they carry whatever is your flavor for sticks. The gentleman working that day was super friendly and knowledgable. I got to sit with a couple regulars and could tell right away that it was a cool group of people in the place with good vibes. This is a very nice, open, large place with a good cigar selection. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The humidor is well stocked, and there are plenty of accessories to choose from. Pricing is pretty typical for cigar stores, about average. Much more than online, but, you're also getting a really nice lounge space and great service. read more

Defected cigar cutter. Brought 3 cigars along with this cigar cutter- didn't work, the blade would get stuck and not close all the way - shredding one of the purchases cigars. I returned it and was able to get a new cutter and replacement cigar. But the second one was even worse off and ruined another cigar. read more

Most importantly you can smoke here and the local crowd is welcoming. Newbies: Everyone starts somewhere, this is a good shop to try your first cigar. Don't hesitate to ask for help. Weird vibes here. We walked in and were greeted right away which was nice, however we said we were just looking and didn't need any help. While we were looking the employee that was working at the time was lingering behind us and staring while we were looking for what we wanted. This is where it got weird. He asked my buddy about 4 times if we all had ID'a before we went to buy what we were getting. We picked a couple cigars up to look at them and he asked us not to because he keeps them straight for customers, which was weird because we were customers and that's not something appropriate to tell people trying to buy. He also mentioned twice that he had cameras in the back corner where we were looking as if he thought we were going to steal something. Then he became impatient saying "your buddy can't be looking for a cigar all night" (we were in there less than 10 minutes total). Overall it was an uncomfortable situation and we won't be returning to this shop. Don't remember the employees name but he was working Easter Sunday I'm the evening. read more

I have always had good experiences at this cigar shop. On one occasion, I was buying a Fuente and didn't notice that the cigar I picked had wrapper damage. Instantly when checking out the cashier noticed that I picked out a bad stick and switched it out for a better one. The gesture may sound small but it means a lot that they wouldn't let me leave with a damaged product. read more
