beer/seltzer flight
Giselle G.

I love this spot!! The flights are so cute and gets you the best buzz! They have 1/2 off flights on tuesdays as well!! I recently tried their lavender seltzer and it was so crisp and delicious! Giselle is always so nice and welcoming every time I go in! They also have really good nachos!

Honey Hefeweizen was really good

Husband and I recently tried this little hole in the wall. Service wasn't great and not much variety for Non IPA or sour beer drinkers, so we only had one beer then left. The honey Hefeweizen was what I had and it was really good. From overhearing the bartender talk to other patrons (sounded like they were regulars), it sounded like the bartenders the daughter of the owners. So definitely a place to try for local craft beers. They had a board with a small food menu but we didn't try any food.

Went here for a happy hour with a friend. Her recommendation. It's located in an Albertsons Shopping plaza. Overall space was smaller than I would've expected but the outside makes up for it. Plenty of bar seating and High top tables. They offer friendly games like Jenga,, connect four, chess/checkers,etc. beers are sold by ounces. Either 5 oz or 10oz. I'm not a beer connoisseur do none if the menu made sense to me. The bartender was helpful in explaining the different beers and made a suggestion based on what I'm used to. It was good but my friends was better. It was #12. I liked it. Great atmosphere for great conversation. I'd go again.

My husband and I were visiting Arizona and we love going to local breweries and pubs to sample local beers. We are so happy that we were able to make time and go to Tap Savvy. We went on an early Friday night and they place wasn't too crowded yet. The staff was super sweet and patient and even the people grabbing beers there were really nice too. Maybe its an Arizona thing, but everyone was so darn nice. We LOVED the beer selection! So many local options for us to choose from. We ended up getting a flight eat to sample a few things and then we ended up ordering some beers to take home with us. Everything was great, from the relaxing atmosphere to the fun music. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!

Small bar in a strip mall. With all the possibilities to go BIG. Their selection is just right of beer on tap. Yummy with plenty of options. Music in the background tonight was rock. It's Loud with the locals right in your ear having fun, so if you want a chill time it might be on a different night. They also have a good wine selection. And an assortment of bar food and bar snacks. We will come back on a more quiet night and have a chance to try more of the taps. So far, we're fans!!! CHEERS!! UPDATE: Stayed longer than we thought. HAVING SO MUCH FUN!! Adam the bar tender is so upbeat. So fun and keeps the party going. I love it here!!!

Great place to have a Local craft or Visiting brewery. Had great service and great beer.

We came to this bar for a night out. We LOVED this place as soon as we walked in! This is a family owned business and it shows in the best way possible! The owner spoke to us as soon as we walked in with a "What's up guys?!!" Phillip and Gabby are the owners and they were great. Today was their one year anniversary and I would definitely continue to support their business! You should check them out!

Flight of varying beers. The blood orange was nice.

I've posted the below review as somebody who is easy going, willing to spend money, and a beer connoisseur. Not only that I've worked in the service industry for years from Wendy's to high end dining, and I've worked for a craft beer bar in a mountain tourist town. I've been drinking craft beer for eight years and have traveled. I am shocked by the response i received from the owner. It's rude and the farthest thing from customer service I've experienced. Very condensing and highly unprofessional. That will be posted below as well so you can all see how this business operates. For the record we paid 75 dollars for two flights and two beers. That is insane. We went for trivia which was not a great experience. The trivia host you couldn't understand at all and she even didn't understand a lot of the questions and topics. She had zero personality. The service was poor, she was chatting to friends or colleagues at the end of the bar most the night and we waited half an hour at one point to be served a beer. If she was busy we get that but zero friendliness or customer service. (Which i now have been advised is their best employee-shocking) The beer selection was basic at best and over priced. If you are a craft beer drinker it's not great. I would not recommend this to anyone to be honest. Shocked that the rating was so high because I'm really easy going. No desire to go back here. Response from the owner: My review of your review. Your comments regarding Trivia not being a great experience - Valid feedback. We are winding down trivia night due to poor acoustics. Your comments regarding the service-The server that was working is our best employee and with the most outgoing and friendly personality. So this is a you problem. You should look internally. I wonder if you ordered food. Because that can take a while when its busy. Because we are a bar. Not a restaurant. Your comments about the beer selection - Completely false and uninformed. You should probably keep buying your beer at Total Wine. A craft beer connoisseur would know that out selection is THE BEST on the West Side, if your interested in quality and scarcity. Your comments about price. Again, false and uninformed. In this industry, we all use a similar markup. So pricing across the valley is going to be close. If you're concerned about a couple of dollars, then you should not be going to a place that sells specialized and premium products. Maybe a dive bar is more in your budget. Based on your comments, you're clearly not an experienced craft beer drinker so you have no credibility. Finally - the fact that you took time to do a bad online review for a small business makes you and ugly person on the inside. You should probably get some help with that. Thanks for not coming back with your whiny personality and attitude.

Heather P.

It is a bit confusing. I read a billboard that said they have wine and beer but they have no wine menu so I am unsure on that one. We aren't beer drinkers but we liked the atmosphere-would be fun if they added games. The owner looked super tired and got confused on some of things he served us. I love that it is close to my home. I would like to try some more drinks but perhaps wait until they have a wine menu?!?

Aaron immediately offered to check with the kitchen to see if they could make it for me since they do have an eggplant casserole on the menu. He came back in under a minute and said it was no problem to order it even though it's not on the menu! It was fantastic as always. Their sauce is really what makes this so delicious. It arrived hot with their amazing French fries and I enjoyed every bite. My husband had his favorite the chicken parm sandwich and he said it was perfect too. Two sandwiches, two iced teas. Lunch for under $40 before the tip. Hard to beat that these days. After lunch, the manager stopped by to see if everything was as we hoped it would be. I believe his name is Curtis (so sorry if I've got that wrong). He was friendly and genuinely interested in whether everything was satisfactory. Between Aaron's outstanding service and Curtis's genuine interest in customer satisfaction, the spotlessly clean and comfortable dining room and very clean bathrooms, we are more committed than ever to support this independently owned restaurant rather than the plethora of chain restaurants in the West Valley. Just an excellent experience every single time. Thank you.

It was very crowded, there was a waiting list, but we got right in. They even had the "party space" set up and it was full, as well. We sat in there, which was fun, since we'd always wanted to see what it looks like. They even had "fireplaces" set up on the TV's in the room...made it feel quite cozy. The bread was so warm and fresh, along with 2 butters...Champagne Brie and Tomato. I like to save some of the butter for my steak, which is so wonderful. For our starters, Hubby had the Fleming's Salad and I had the Caesar Salad, they're both quite good. I went with my lovely Filet Mignon, but Hubby actually wanted to try something different and went with the Double Breast of Chicken. We've noticed it before and had always wanted to try it. My Filet was perfect and Hubby's Chicken was delightful. For our sides, I got the Sweet Corn Brulee and Hubby got a Baked Potato with butter, sour cream and chives (not completely loaded, sorta semi-loaded). We were both pretty full, so skipped dessert this time. Plus, I have a feeling we'll be having lots of goodies on Christmas Day...LOL! Our server, Daniel, was so nice. He added to the lovely experience we had. All in all, it was a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner!!!

We showed up around 4:30 pm on a Monday without checking ahead, and the place didn't appear to be busy. The hostesses put us on the waitlist, and we ended up hanging out for about 20-25 minutes before getting seated. They have a decent bar area and some outdoor patio space, so it's not miserable, but it dragged on longer than expected for a casual pizza night. Once we finally sat down, though, the pizza made it worth it. We ordered 2 large sausage pizzas. The crust was thin, crispy, and perfectly charred from the coal oven, super authentic New York style vibes. The sauce had great flavor, cheese was fresh and stretchy, and the toppings weren't skimpy. Everything tasted super fresh, and the portions are generous. Service was friendly once we were in, and the atmosphere is cozy with that old-school pizzeria feel. Think NYC meets RatPack. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Would I go back? Yeah, the pizza is that good. But next time, I'll plan better to avoid the long wait or maybe do takeout. If you're in the area and don't mind a potential line, definitely worth it for real-deal pizza.
