The place seems nice and quaint. My only complaint is about the quality of the drinks. I ordered a long island ice tea, top shelf, of course. I'm almost done with it and don't even feel a buzz. I paid more for the drink thinking I would get a smooth clean buzz. So much for that. I will stick to Applebee's, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Ponchos. Update: I did get a buzz later. read more

A bartender/server with 24 years of experience in this game might not understand why another bartender won't walk away from a jukebox to serve a patron who just walked in the door. Sat there at the bar for 5 minutes just to walk out with no drink in my system. It's been my experience that fellow service industry soldiers are amazing tippers. What can be improved is the bartending. The not so slim, not so fit bartender was MIA most of the time. You can literally reach across the bar and steal your own drinks. People waiting around 30 minutes plus for a drink, then bartender getting mad when they wanted to cash out and leave.. The female, "Fiona", bartender that was working snapped at three different patrons before 9 PM. One customer literally told her that he's not staying around for her to berate him while he was trying to get the check and cash out. He left after only being there approximately 30 minutes. Another patron told her he tip her 100% to cash him out after she returned from the back after MIA for a long amount of time. She flipped out on the music completely stopped and she started yelling at him because he told her she was slow. It was a little amusing, watching the shit show bartender, but I also had to leave as I was not getting good service as well. Longbranch is losing money with the bad customer service and long wait times while she flirts and talks to people that are not there for drinks and food. She literally gave out free beer to patrons because she was taking too long. Could not imagine what the service was like when it got busy. Very unprofessional as the bartender was trying to get money from patrons for sexual acts. She was telling them certain things like how much to pay her and she would flash certain body parts for certain amount of money. Woman, this is a bar, not onlyfans. I consider this a dive bar which is a good thing for me...usually dive bars are the best. Cheap drinks and older clientel. They have DJ on certain days and plays pretty good music. But make sure to bring cash, it's a cash only bar. read more

This is a hole in the wall bar... located near 107th ave and Buckeye Rd.... too close to home , and not much surrounding it. Its super chill during the week and great prices .. $2 tuesdays !! On fridays n saturdays they have a dj playing random music (top 40s, 90's, according to crowd) , and they have 2 pool tables... this is gona be my go to bar when i jus need a drink!! If you're single girls looking for a night of good fun DO NOT COME HERE. Me and my friends came outside for a some beers and we're met by some regulars that frequent the bar, little did we know there intention was to roofie us. It was an awful experience, and we were incredibly sick for several days. We called the bar several times to speak to the manager and see if we could review the security tapes but the manager never called us back. It's unfortunate that as young girls that we even have to worry about being roofied or sexually assaulted when we're just out having a good time and minding our own business. What's even more unprofessional is that we were never reached back out to, no attempt was made and frankly I'm just too afraid to go back. read more

This is the best. Very clean, great prices,drink specials every day.there's a DJ Thursday,Friday and Saturday nights.A really laid back bar.the outside smoking patio is huge with a pool table and tv's. This no frills cash only bar fits the bill out on the Westside. It's a good mix of locals & Harley riding rogues. There is a full outdoor patio for smoking whcih we don't but it's there for others to enjoy. My only complaint is the only music played on a Saturday night by the dj is country. We enjoyed 2 cold beers & a $1 jello shot on a Saturday night for under $20 including tip which is REALLY nice on the wallet. I look forward to going back & making a night of it. read more

I used to love this bar when they had karoke!! we went on a sat night and it looked as if it were a week day it was so dead.I hear there's a new owner which kinda explains the drastic changes. Thats not the bar i remember at all!! A bar should be full of people & have some good ol" loud music. I hope they give karoke another shot or at least a D.j.
