Extremely rude as we were waiting for that table. The hostess never got her manger or asked them to move, instead apologized to us and asked us to wait another 10 minutes for a table that was paying their bill. Not the way to handle that situation. We finally sit down and then order a bottle of champagne. Our server comes back a while later and tells us we're not allowed to order bottles of champagne unless it's during brunch, it does not say that anywhere on the menu! So we order glasses of champagne instead. Our server leaves and comes back a while later with only one half glass of champagne and said that's all we have left and we won't charge you for it, but we actually were charged for a full glass of champagne on our bill. We ordered the home made chips and salsa that took forever to arrive at our table. When they did it was basically a tray of chips. The chips were good, but where's the salsa? It came with two small 2 oz condiment cups of salsa. Normally you have to ask for more chips, here you don't get any salsa! When our server came back we asked her if we could put in an order for their flatbread pizza. She was honest and said it would be a very long time before it would come out if we're trying to make the concert on time, so she didn't recommend it. We appreciated her honestly, but how long does a cheese flatbread really take? Unfortunately we will not be returning to Carousel before or after any events we attend at Westgate.
