I've had decent service here in the past, which is why tonight stood out so much. It genuinely felt like I was blacklisted. I couldn't get acknowledged, let alone served, and after an extended stretch of being ignored, I literally had to yell at a bartender just to close out my one drink tab. I left a terrible tip, which was unfortunately consistent with the level of service received. I hope this was an off night--but it was bad enough to reconsider coming back. The bouncer tends to think he can push people for having a good time. Mind you I was having my drink and not talking to anyone at the time. I was kicked out and shoved when I was out the door. I don't recommend this place for the hot head bouncer thinks he runs the show. *I called the place to file a complaint and the woman did not know if she was a manager or if she had a manager. She hung up on me and wouldn't take my calls. This place is not BBB accredited, however I have filed a BBB review. Terrible service and establishment! read more

I previously had a review about how RUDE and mean one of the bartender was and we had to leave even though i never got a drink. The bartender calls her owner to tell us to DELETE our review because they don't like it. So I was THREATENED to take it down. Mind you we have ignore the same bartender so we wouldn't have any issues and we agreed due to our group being here. After we deleted it the bartender's ignored us on purpose. I promise i have been coming here for years and this is the first time i had any issues so that says a lot. We love coming to Adam's Lounge, and a huge part of that is Bre, our favorite bartender! She's fun, quick-witted, and has an incredible knack for making everyone, whether it's your hundredth visit or your first, feel like part of the crew. She's just got that perfect balance of personality and professionalism. If you're a whiskey fan, especially into bourbon, this place is a hidden gem. The selection is surprisingly deep, and the prices are way more affordable than you'd expect. It's easy to settle in for a few drinks without breaking the bank. Man I don't even know where to start. First of all I freaking loath writing a negative review, but sometimes it's just the experience you have. We drove over from a neighboring city to check this place out since we'd seen it many times before when we've eaten nearby. Parking is easy so that's a positive. The second we walked in it was downhill from there. The place was like walking in to a pitch black room. Couldn't tell you if it was clean because you practically need a flashlight to get by. We made our way to the bar with some light coming from the refrigerated liquor and to try and get eyes on what was on tap. The bartender must've walked past us 10 times before finally stopping or acknowledge us and she wasn't exactly friendly. We ordered a beer and angry orchard because they don't carry any sours or other ciders on tap. My husband beer came and was not what he asked for, but we decided to just drink the ones we got and leave. While sitting trying to make the most of it the guy next to us might of well been sucking on a bablt bottle the way he inhaled that vape every two seconds, then two drunk guys came up looking for a bag they thought they left. To be clear a backpack. They were told numerous times it wasn't there, but they were so intoxicated it wasn't getting through, we paid and left. If you haven't been to Adams, I suggest trying a Wednesday night! To busy on Wednesday? Lia and Breezy kill it on Tuesday nights providing some awesome Customer service, along with your drink order. Tuesdays not good enough? Join the crowd as the weekend creeps in and check into Adams lounge on a Thursday night and watch Greer have your drink ready (if a regular) before you can say hello; but don't forget Lia always making sure everything is in order and that the bar is in tip top shape. Send a song request to the DJ and get your drink on! Highly recommend this place. Super consistent service and awesome people all around. Not bad, i wouldn't mind returning. Came here with a coworker tonight because other places were closed and we both have never been here before. Sat at the bar and the bartender came over pretty quick and also ID'd us. She didn't give us a menu and I kinda wished she did just so I knew that to except but I kept it basic with a margarita. It was pretty average, nothing special. I liked the energy inside, everyone seemed like they knew each other and they were pretty welcoming. The bartender didn't bother us too much after we got a couple more drinks. Only really came back over once we wanted to close out our tabs. Which I'm ok with since I came to catchup with my coworker. Overall, seems friendly and homey. I get the vibe that they don't have food which sucks if I'm right but maybe next time I go, I'll ask to see a full menu of everything and update ! Haha read more

So I ordered 3 drinks, 1 3 Olives Grape & RB, and 2 Coors Banquet and my tab was $27...I was charged $15 for my mixed drink and $6 a beer for my Coors...I'm sorry but we are not in Scottsdale or Vegas!
