I arrived at around 3 PM, so plenty of time., but when I entered the store it was packed with people waiting. I would guess there were 20 people sitting and waiting and since I had just arrived I guessed I was behind those 20 people. So, from the waiting area you can see inside and it appeared as if the staff was doing a shift change, like all the morning staff were leaving and then night shift staff was arriving and they were doing some sort of mid day transition. but while the mid day transition was happening ZERO customers were being served. After waiting about fifteen minutes and seeing nobody being helped or served, I left and I was pretty annoyed. waited my time, energy, gas. You get zero stars for that.
