I only go to red star because of him. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The guy is truly unbelievable at how well he is with customers. He is patient and explains things in a way that makes sense. I have never seen someone so good with customers before he is kind to everyone every time I've been there. Who ever is his employer is extremely lucky to have a guy like him. I imagine most people go to this location because of him. Despite me moving I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go to this location because of how great his service is.

I had called and asked the guy that answered if they sold the batteries for my THC cartridge and he…read moresaid yes so I went and bought it for $8.99 but with tax it was $9.25 and he wanted me to buy a more expensive one but I opted for the cheaper one and I'm so glad I did because I came home and charged it and tried to use it and it did not work so I called him right away and he said that I could come back in there and he could show me how to do it. I got there about 20 minutes later and they were already closed! He could've told me to come right away because they were closing but he did not. After work I went there today and it was a different kid working and I explain to him the situation and he said that it probably doesn't work for THC cartridges and I explained to him that that is exactly what I told the guy last night that I needed it for and he sold it to me anyway! Plus they won't give you your money back. I believe that's shady. Beware when you buy things here!
