So big boy tonight tries to charge me $3.58 for 2 items that cost .99, when I asked why so high, he said tax. I said that's too high, he said "fine, then leave" I asked him how many other people he over charges, was rude, walked away from me. If I can get this customer is zero I would but I can't I am not usually one to write reviews on companies but I feel obligated because this company sucks so bad. These guys are a joke! Hands-down! Everything they sell is overpriced and the products are cheap quality! They have no motivation or integrity to help you make the product correct to help you what you're truly finding. The customer service I have experienced on numerous occasions is nonexistent. I only went to this location because it's a block away from my house. I will no longer (EVER) , no matter what it takes , to never walk into the store to buy a product ever again ) I'm bringing my business to red star at McDowell and Litchfield. First off, The guy argued with me about coils!! 2nd time he sold me salt instead of the liquid , which gave me a headache after smoking it for a day! He is clueless and don't listen to his customers. He is more busy talking to is Arabian girlfriends overseas instead of helping a customer. And I know this location has another location somewhere around 99th Ave. and McDowell and since it's the same place I'm not gonna be going there either !!!!! I will do everything in my power to avoid this place..... Only 3 stars?? This shop has 10 in my book. The owner of the shop always goes above and beyond and takes good care of his customers. For example, I brought a mod here two weeks ago that started giving me problems an malfunctioning. I went back and showed the owner what was happening to see if he could help expecting to be shot down like every other vape shop but instead he replaced it with an even better one and then some. I've only been going to this shop for about two weeks but he treated me like I've been going there for years. There's a always a great selection of mods, juices and different coils unlike most vape shops in the area. This will be the only vape shop I go to from now on. Used to enjoy shopping here for supplies. I only bought stuff here since I was always treated so kindly. Today was horrible tried to go in with my service dog and girl at the counter told me no pets allowed. When I responded that he wasn't a pet he was a service dog she said they weren't allowed either. Felt completely discriminated and will take my business elsewhere. read more

I called to find out if something is in stock he said yes. I told him I would be there in a few minutes and use my lunch hour to walk over there only for nobody to be there and nobody answers the phone. Such amazing customer service is frankly unheard of. Good stock, knowledgeable staff unlike other shops nearby. Other shops sell limited vape goods (in a smoke shop) and have no idea what they sell; I ask for parts/advice and they have no clue. But not here. This place is dedicated to vape goods only and I was looking for replacement parts. I was recommended to overhaul my atomizer configuration. I took the plunge and I am impressed. I highly recommend passing the smoke shops nearby and coming here. read more
