Ok so about 2 weeks ago I called and spoke with Craig and robin and I can't tell you enough how awesome they are I told them what I needed and they didn't have it in store but they went out of there way and got it for me! Amazing customer service when I get there a gentleman named roc helped super clean cut and well dressed amazing and friendly staff and I gotta say gotta be the cheapest place in Goodyear forsure! I bought a Lokee vape pen less than a year ago from here. It died. I bought another one 2 weeks ago. I was out of town and had to buy a new battery because this one died. I went into the shop and the owner wouldn't even replace it!! He wanted to keep it and see if he could get it replaced. Really....its your shop. Be accountable. I emailed Lokee twice. No response. DO NOT BUY KANGVAPES HERE. I have bought five different kangvapes (two 5000 and three 1900 hitters) at this location and they all gave me problems. Long story short they are selling fake labeled vapes at an overpriced value. Not only that, but every time l have gone in the staff is consistently talk down about customers that were previously in there. I would save your money or go somewhere else. read more

It was nice to find a store that sells CBD oil in Goodyear. They have several brands and delivery methods - vape, oil, capsules. I prefer potent unfiltered tincture. They have multiple choices of the basic full spectrum unflavored CBD oils. The unfiltered unflavored version is darker and has a slight bitter aftertaste. Whatever. I just want the best results. Staff were helpful and answered newbie questions. I never thought of a smoke shop stocking CBD oil. Now I know. read more

This place is the worst. I went to go buy $222.99 worth of bongs and accessories On 1/8/21. The guy at the counter is a complete moron and charged my card $2222.99. A complete idiot and then tried to tell me that the charge didn't go through and then tried to tell me that the refund would be there immediately. No sir 3 to 5 business days you took an extra $2000 out of my account you should not be helping customers in any way shape or form. Your incompetence have now lost a customer and now has caused many complaints online. Stay away go somewhere else for you products. It's not worth the aggravation trust me. read more

The selection was ok but the prices were high! Customer service was terrible. I'm not sure if he was the owner but Dan was an unhelpful and unpleasant person to communicate with. The interior design is nicer than Happy Cat's but given my experience here I would pass on Goodyear. read more

Dont by CBD oil here 29$ and it was cloudy and tasted absolutely terrible. I am not sure it was actually CBD oil. Super yucky

Let me start off by saying... NOT ONCE have I ever had a problem here. The staff members here (including the owners) have always been amazing and way helpful. Even if they don't "really" know the product. Or have never tried it. They do their best to help find the best fitting "whatever" you're looking for. My fiancée and I come in at least once/twice every two weeks. The prices are not high at all. Trust me. I've been to other smoke shops getting the same product and I couldn't believe their price. Coming here and hearing how much less I would be spending blew my mind lol. I will never have anything negative to say about this place and especially the staff. If you're someone that does. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I would advise anyone that goes there to check their receipt. They are illegally charging a credit fee of 50 cents on "debit card purchases". This is illegal. After purchase the next day I checked my receipt. Of course, you are not advised about this prior to the sale. I went back to the store and they said the cashier should have told me. I had them leave a note for the owner to call me. That was a waste of time. He never called. When I had pulled up there we 2 very young guys coming out. Definitely not of age.
