FINAL UPDATE (9/8/2026): I want to share the complete turnaround of how this situation was handled…read moreby upper management. After my major complaint, the General Manager of the store, Bryan, reached out to me personally on September 3rd to address the issue immediately. We had a direct phone conversation on September 4th where he sincerely apologized for the packaging errors and the customer service breakdown. He took complete accountability, assured me he would have his team go back through training to fix these problems permanently, and offered a store credit to make things right. I didn't trust it at first because of the past services, but I went back to the store today at 9:30 AM to test his word. The transaction didn't go through automatically--the register system required an override for the credit, and the budtender had to call a supervisor over. In a great twist of fate, the supervisor who stepped up to process it was Jerrica--the exact same manager who had helped me swap out the original mislabeled pack. Jerrica pushed the override through perfectly, ensuring General Manager Bryan's promised credit was fully honored. The morning shift vibe today was completely different from the night shift workers. The service was fast, respectful, and excellent. I still felt an eerie, anxious feeling walking into the building because of how badly the original staff manipulated me, but GM Bryan is a man of his word and Jerrica is an absolute asset to this company for stepping up a second time to protect a patient. They finally have this storefront under control. If you are a medical patient, go during the morning shift if possible.

Sunday Goods definitely has the goods…read more First thing I noticed walking in was how clean and put together this place is. Bright, open and organized with everything displayed nicely. Even the flower gets its own little showcase like it's competing at the Cannabis Cup . You can actually check out the different strains instead of blindly picking something and hoping for the best. The staff was friendly and really knew their cannabis. Whether you know exactly what you want or you're standing there trying to remember the difference between indica, sativa and "whatever isn't gonna have me staring at my refrigerator for 20 minutes," they'll help you out. They've also got a nice selection of flower, pre-rolls, extracts, edibles and beverages. Plenty of good deals too, especially for this side of town. And definitely join their membership program. You rack up points that can be used toward future deals and savings. It's basically rewards for getting baked. Finally, a loyalty program I can fully support. I also like the whole Sunday's Deli setup. Freshly picked flower by the gram? Say less. This might be the only deli where nobody is asking if you want mustard on it. They even sent me home with "the goods." Literally. The bag says it right on it, so who am I to argue? Good staff. Good selection. Good deals. Good vibes. Sunday Goods is definitely worth checking out. Just remember... they may be called Sunday Goods, but thankfully they're bringing the good stuff more than one day a week.

It was a little bit loud there but, it's ok (I also need to learn to speak a little louder). We ordered some flower and some sugar wax and wow, that hit the spot. Today I was very disappointed and concerned. It's 1-25-2026…read more The harvest date on the flower is 12/27/2023. AI: Cannabis flower's shelf life is typically 6 months to 1 year for optimal freshness and potency when stored properly (cool, dark, airtight), but it can last longer, potentially up to 18 months or 2 years, with significant degradation in flavor and effects. After a year, expect a notable loss of THC, with around 16% lost in the first year and more thereafter, alongside fading aromas and tastes. Signs it's gone bad include mold, a harsh smell/taste, or a dry, crumbly texture, requiring careful inspection for safety. It was packaged in a plastic jar with a plastic lid. Nothing airtight about it. I think it should be a requirement for the budtender to tell you the harvest dates. I called the store to see about getting an exchange. They told me that it was safe to use the flower. And that I should make a note of asking the bartender the harvest date. The manager told me also once you leave the dispensary there is nothing they can do. I called the cura leaf main number and got there customer help center lol. She put me on hold and checked with the other employees before transferring me to the store. And told me they shouldn't be selling something that old. She wasn't even going to transfer me to the store she said I would have to go back down there to talk to the manager and it would be up to his discretion. I'll be sure to ask the bud tender next time what the harvest date is especially on sale items. Trying to make money anyway they can by selling flower that's not even sealed airtight in a plastic jar with a plastic lid. Smh I tried to upload photos but it's not letting me. I will return the Cannabis the next time I go to the store. I don't really feel comfortable using it. Let me rephrase that I will take back the flower cannabis and give it to the store. And I've lost out on $21 because I will not use it.
