I've been using XV products since August of last year. I happened to luck out by finding him first as I've heard bad things about various e-cigs in the past. When we arrived, he went through his spiel about how his vape juice was different and better than competitors (which is what you expect everyone to say). The difference is it's true with him, since becoming a customer vaping has turned in to a full on passion of mine. He constantly has the latest and best merchandise available on the market, his flavors are head and shoulders above the competition and Tom is a friendly and knowledgeable individual. After a visit or two, it becomes readily apparent that this is a man and a company that truly care about their customers and won't sell them something that they aren't comfortable with or they won't like. I've spent countless hours conversing with Tom and have witnessed countless customer transactions and can say he is a "zero-pressure" salesmen. Both my wife and I quit smoking in large part thanks to Tom! After having a 3/4 pack a day habit for about 15 years I have been exclusively vaping since September of '13 and couldn't be happier. I made it a point to try each shop and their juice here in the valley so as to remain objective. I have to admit, its getting harder and harder to keep up as new shops are cropping up every day. No matter how many I try, I keep going back to Extreme. Their juice is by far the most consistent, cleanest, and purest available in the greater phoenix area. Although there are others that may have more flavor the viscosity is either too thick or too thin and varies per batch or are loaded with junk that gunks up your coil in a week. Nobody, and I mean nobody, has nailed the true tobacco flavors better! Its one of the most difficult flavors to master and they have done it in numeros varieties. As to the equipment, they have all the "latest and greatest" at competitive prices and I have not once seen a clone in the shop. 100% authentic every time. I'm a total tech head so I have run the gamut on gear and always trying new technology. Their employees do know their stuff and have even hipped me to some new products they don't even sell. That demonstrates a commitment to vaping that you will not find anywhere else. As to the staff attitude, all I can say is you get what you give... As a final note, I live near South Mountain and will gladly take the trek to Extreme to get my fill. That's how adamant I am about the quality products they offer. The place was fairly busy when I walked in this past Saturday but someone was assisting me within minutes. I had just bought my first Vape and had a lot of questions. The staff was quick to help and had a great attitude. One girl in particular - I wish I could remember her name but she was younger (well younger than me lol) and fairly slim - was extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and was extremely patient with me while I tried many flavors. I had ordered my vape online and the juice was to harsh for me. She was able to steer me in the right direction and I settled on honey dew for one of my flavors and vanilla for the other. Their stuff was slightly more expensive than online but based on quality it was worth the extra couple of dollars. I will most definitely be back here! read more

Went back to store only to find that It had fallen out of my pocket as I opened door. They found it and had it waiting safe and sound. Tried looking for me through various social media outlets. New to this activity. I was impressed with staff knowledge about both equipment and juices. I appreciated their patience in helping me navigate the quagmire of paraphernalia available. Discussed my needs and goals and offered several options. Didn't push or oversell and allowed ample time to try various equipment as well as sampling flavors. Overall I'm thinking a good resource for both supplies and information. Gear is pretty much up to date with paraphernalia I have researched online and flavors and variety seems pretty broad. Horrible customer service! I walked in on a Sunday to ask some questions and spend some money. There were two other customers there but they had a total of three employees behind the counter. Lucky me, I must have gotten the worst employee there to help me. A heavy-set brown haired lady did the best she could to ignore me and when I finally piped up and asked for assistance I got several short, snorty answers. The staff are so incredibly friendly, especially Sam, she goes the extra mile every single time I come there!!! if something is wrong they fix it, while most vape shops honestly act like they could care less if you are a continuous repeat customer or not, Xtreme Vapor is SO not like that!!! this is THE shop that actually cares about the customers and customer service that they have. this review is in regards to their online department and shipping. i ordered some liquids on 4/29/2014 and it was supposedly shipped 5/1/2014. It is now 5/3/2014 and nothing has come in the mail even though it says the USPS has delivered the item somewhere in glendale.. i live in buckeye. i contacted them in regards to this issue and the kind lady informed me that this has happened many times in the past and that she will look into the issue, and that once they send it out to USPS then there is nothing they can do about it. my only gripe now, is if this is happening often why not switch to a shipping company that will keep better track of the items you send out for customers and not have to deal with disgruntled people.. read more

If you want to pay top dollar for mediocre product, then this is the place for you. I'd say about 1/4 of the tanks that I've bought have been defective and don't work after 24 hours (Should last a week for heavy vapers). The owner has been nothing but rude all three times I've gone in there and I had to inform him his product and what works best for my needs. a select few staff members know what they are talking about and the store is very clean. I would recommend buying online and saving yourself from being made to feel stupid by a manager who knows less about his product then his customers do. VERY misleading. Was sold an expensive e-cig battery and kit in which I was told I had a 30 day warranty to bring it back if I didn't like it. Upon trying to return it as I did not like it whatsoever - I was told the warranty is only for exchanges and not money back. They lie to you to suck you into a sale. NOT recommended. I have been a customer of this business since I was introduced to the electronic cigs by my daughter in approximately May 2013. I had been experimenting with the disposable e cigs prior to purchasing "the real thing" at "Xtreme Vapour". I was pleased with my initial purchases and have referred many customers to this business. Now for the bad new!! After purchasing $46 of supplies for my e cig I find that one of the items are defective. I thought, no problem, and i was sure that I would be able to take the item back and that they would replace it!!! WRONG WRONG WRONG!! When i started to tell the first sales assistant my first reason for being there he stopped me and called an older gentleman from the back, (evidently an owner or supervisor that handles such matters). All I was allowed to say before he interrupted me was that I had previously purchased an item and had the receipt with me. He interrupted me and RUDELY BARKED they do not warranty items sold in their store, with the exception of their battery packs!! Defective or not and that was final!! Not Only would they not replace the defective item, but i was insulted for even suggesting a replacement. ( Now i want you to understand that I DID NOT go into the store screaming or hollering, nor did I scream and holler after I was repeatedly berated for even suggesting that they should replace a defective product! ). I was further chastised by this man with his comment that the battery that I had required different tanks then the ones i purchased from his store!! I explained that I had tanks that I previously bought there, (of the exact model), that worked just fine! I also questioned him as to why his sales staff would sell me items for my battery that were not compatible, because I specifically asked if the tanks would work on my battery and had it with me at the time! He totally ignored my question and walked away from me. He obviously was dismissing me!! I had come to the store in hopes of getting the defective item replaced and to purchase additional supplies but he walked away from me.. I waited for him to return and when he finally did a few minutes later his expression suggested that a second round of insults were coming. His manner and tone were very very unprofessional as he asked what I wanted now?? As an added note I want you to understand that at the time of your original investment for your e cig/vapour system, you will be spending in the neighborhood of $100 or more!! Regardless of how much is spent at a business, the customer has a right to speak and be heard!! A customer has the right to receive a fully functioning product and if it turns out that its defective, it should be replaced regardless if they want to protect themselves from losses by such unacceptable statements on their receipts or not!! About 2 weeks ago after being totally against vaping, my co-worker decided to go into the store and purchase a new pen along with 2 bottles of vap juice, and she was given a great deal by getting one of the two bottles for free along with a free upgrade on her evo pen top. Because of the deal that she had gotten, I chose to go in immediately after her to purchase my own. I wanted the exact same thing that she had gotten however Tom which is apparently one of the owners told me that the less expensive pen top would work just fine, and while I did not get the same deal as my co-worker, Tom did discount the juice bottles slightly. I was so satisfied with what I thought was good service, that when there was an issue getting my receipt printed, I said I would be fine without my receipt. My intention was to go back into the store the next day to purchase a set for myself and my boyfriend until I got back to work and realized that my co-worker had a better working pen top than I had. Not only that, THE OWNER didn't even bother mentioning their loyalty card. That caused me to feel as if I didn't get the good service I had bragged about and it made me not want to do business their again feeling as if I had just been discriminated against. After all, my coworker happened to be Caucasian, and so was the other guests who were in the store along with me who had also gotten a better deal on their purchase while I am African American, but I chose to turn the other cheek and continue on with my purchase anyway. Well, after using my pen for over a week, most of my vap juice was being wasted because of continued leaking. I took my purchase back into the store simply wanting to exchange my pen top for a better quality one and PAY THE FULL DIFFERENCE along with purchasing another bottle of vap juice. Well, after spending almost an hour with the gentleman in the store who had to call another co-worker for assistance pulling up the receipt and then actually over hearing the conversation he was having with the owner Tom who seemed to not care about providing respect to his customer. I didn't go in the store asking for a handout. After feeling discriminated against, I chose to go back into the store to see if they would handle my situation in a way that would allow me to walk away feeling like this business actually cares about providing good customer service to every single on of their guests regardless of the amount of their purchase. had the service been up to par, I would have followed through with what I originally wanted to purchase. Im all for supporting local businesses but at the exact same time, I am also all for receiving quality service and for receiving respectful service when needing a issue resolved. Not once did the OWNER so much as even apologize for NOT mentioning the loyalty card, or for not ensuring that I actually received my receipt. For there to be so many good reviews, Im sure that my one complaint will be over looked. What I do hope is that this complaint will reach the OWNER in a way to cause him to be more mindful of how he handles each one of his customers... and another suggestion would be for him to make sure the guest cant hear him badmouthing them to his employee. Oh, and furthermore, I ended up exchanging my faulty pen top and paying the difference only to receive ANOTHER FAULTY pen AND HALF OF MY VAP JUICE completely wasted. I immediately took it back to the store with my receipt and Mitch, simply wiped it off, and replaced the filter and did nothing for my wasted Vap Juice. I don't shop here too much but the times I get the bigger gal with the brown hair and glasses it is not a very good experience. My first experience with her she was too busy being obnoxious and singing to fill my tank correctly and ended up flooding it. My next experience with her she was so busy talking with another employee she forgot a bottle of juice and she said something to the other customer she said "what do you expect, I tell people to suck and blow all day." And every time I would ask her a question she seemed to always go around it or have to ask someone else. The rest of the place and people there that have helped me were great thank god. I just am going to avoid her. And their flavors are always really good. I recommend the blue bun flavor. read more
