terrible service . one thing you should know is if you don't try your geek bar in the store even if you come back 3 mins later . it can't be returned . I was given a defected one that doesn't even work and when I came back to find a solution. I was told to speak to the owner but couldn't be given a number and when I asked what time he would be here tomorrow and what his name joe the person "assisting me " was a smartass and had plenty of remarks . not to mention his buddy aaron .who I don't know if he works there or not . tag along in basically mocking me the angry customer because I'm frustrated with the situation then ban me from the store before I leave . Ollie I definitely have some questions about how you run your store and who you let run your store . Bought a puff, they sell fakes, and the didnt inform me on the policy about "checking". What store sells counterfeits and expects the customer to check to see if it isnt. Thats the responsibility of the store. For proof, the code on the back didnt not come back as a valid product read more

This place sucks. Sells defective products at overpriced rates, while refusing to work with customers :/ any place I've gone to that sells vapes has a policy of allowing customers to test that the products work before leaving the store, and if it does not, will allow you a new replacement. That was not the case here. All I wanted was to exchange it for one that functions, considering that i just bought it for $22, and I was not allowed to do so. I definitely do not recommend this smoke shop just based on the quality of the products and service. Dozens of other smoke shops fo us out there! Lol read more

This is a real head shop. It's not just a room with a shelf of crap and pointless t shirts. Everywhere you look there is something to be had. They have some beautiful glass pieces, a plethora of vapes, and whatever else you could possibly need. Best part is, everything is priced LOW. I saw viles of spice for $2.99. I finally went in here after living here in Buckeye for a couple years to get a sort of wedding present for my friend. I was looking to get a hookah for her, and I walked in and saw countless beautiful bongs and hookahs lining the walls. Every piece looked like they had work put in to them, each one being unique. I found a cute pink dual hose with a black chrome neck. I asked for the price and the lady said that it was $25.99, a downright steal at that price. On top of that though, she went on to say that they match any competitors price. Oh yeah, and pretty much every hookay comes with a hard box carrying case, which was pink in this case to match the piece! I have found my new local head shop. Hell I can honestly say that this is one of the best I've ever been to, let alone in Arizona. This place reminds me of back home in California. The experience was phenomenal, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and the prices are right... on EVERYTHING! Even if you just need a pack of smokes, go here if you're in town. You can't find 'em cheaper unless you go out of state, get to a res, or plain make your own cigarettes (if you do, go west toward miller and the shop across from the post office has you covered). After living in Los Angeles for 36 years there are certain things that u take for granted. One thing I took for granted was cigarette stores on every corner, until I moved to Buckeye Arizona . As far as I can tell there are only 2 That physically serve the Buckeye area and One is Dana's. The owner was very cordial to me and what a great inventory he has. Everything for smoking and things for non smokers. I'm glad I found this place and he has earned my business . Luckily it's only 8 minutes from portal to portal, and all back roads to get there . The customer service was atrocious, as soon as I walked in I couldn't see anyone in the building because the cashier was sitting behind the counter texting. Upon me looking for her and finding her she finally stood up to help me as I saw her and asked for help. Mind you I was the only customer in the building, and she was in a constant hurry to stop helping me and wrap things up. I needed multiple items and couldn't answer any of my questions, she lied about what multiple items actually had inside the packaging such as screens and wraps of different variations and sizes. I have been going to Dana's since they opened and they've been a staple to smokers in the area. But if they continue to hire and tolerate this from employees I have to urge my fellow smokers to take their business to super cigar two buildings away. I will not be going back to Dana's with my business ever again because of this careless effort of employment. read more

This is one of the worst shops I have been to in a long time. The owner Mansour Alzinat is extremely rude and does not allow you to walk around the store. There is merchandise that is exactly the same with different prices so the over price on something that might be ten bucks cheaper in another case. The owner also is extremely sexist with an all female staff that he smacks in the bu** and in other areas he shouldn't in front of his customers. It is clear the employees are unhappy. The whole experience was awkward. The owner is the only one who can check you out and is incredibly unfriendly. The world could do without a man and shop like this one. I recommend he go back and try again because the owner has no idea how to run the business he is in. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE read more
