Reserving one lane for mobile orders and one for in person orders, was the worst idea ever. I go to three different Dutch Brothers on a regular basis and never have I once seen the mobile order line have any cars in it. In the meantime, I pass by and I see how backed up the in person ordering line is, and have to leave, because it's so backed up. In addition, it's not fair to have these kids outside in the summer heat taking orders. Open both lanes and have customers order in their car, at the window. Drink is great, employees are great, but horrible set up. Hoping I can leave a bad review to get your attention. read more

The basic chai latte was pretty weak. It did not have much flavor. I added the cookie butter chai and it had a stronger flavor. I would probably not get the basic chai again unless I mixed it with another chai like the caramel pumpkin brulee chai. Service was quick. At Dutch bros they mostly have walk up windows and drive thru. I have seen maybe one with limited indoor seating. I would not get the basic chai or the matcha here again. The cookie butter chai and the caramel pumpkin brulee chai had a stronger flavor. I am unsure about getting the green apple or strawberry smoothie flavors again. I would get the mango smoothie flavor again. I didn't like the strawberry tea or the electric berry tea as much as the mango smoothie or the strawberry smoothie. read more

We visit this Dutch Bros location and the other one across the way daily. My daughter, our dogs, and I all love their drinks. They are amazing, and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. It's safe to say that we are all addicted to this place! Our favorite drinks are hazelnut truffle with soft top, golden eagle freeze, and strawberry green tea with coconut milk and soft top. Ordered a nitro cold brew, just weird how it's the only place to put ice in their nitro cold brew to begin with. It's defeats the whole purpose of the creamy smooth texture that separates it from normal cold brew. It's why we paid extra and after receiving a large cup of ICE... I don't remember which one she ordered. It was sweet with a hint of hazelnut. I ordered a simple sugar-free vanilla latte. Coffee tasted just as expected. Coffee was smooth. There are two Dutch Bros in this same area but this was the first place that we saw when we pulled off the 101. This was a fun location because their team was energized and motivated. There was a lot of positive encouragement going on inside and our drinks reflected that, they were delicious. The cashier even gave us windmill stickers which was a huge hit with the kids. Tip - I needed a large coffee drink for the long haul home to San Diego and the cashier asked me a few questions about my drink preferences. She recommended a sugar free cookie. Had some time between doctors appointments so I decided to stop and get some caffeine. I had only been to Dutch Bros maybe 2 times prior to this. Not sure why I don't come more often? I went with a large hot coffee with cream and sugar, and one of their little pound cake loaves. I wanted to cinnamon one, but they were out, so I went with the chocolate hazelnut one. Here is how they were........... Coffee- Really good! I have had a lot of "shit" coffee from other drive through places, and I appreciate a "good" cup of coffee. Dutch Bros definitely makes a proper cup of Joe. What I really love, are their cups. The little nipple to drink out of. Makes it super easy to drink while driving and there is little to no chance of spillage, either. Mighty fine cup of coffee. Hazelnut Mini Loaf- Decent. Didn't love it, but didn't hate it either. I prefer a really, really soft and dense pound cake, but this was more like a cornbread? Kind of hard to describe. It was a little crisp on the outside and flaky inside instead of soft and moist like I prefer. Once again, not bad, just not my favorite. Not sure if I would order it again for the almost $3.50 price tag. Service was great, as usual. Super friendly lady taking my order, and super friendly lady at the window. Glad that they cut the curb shorter cause me and a few other people went over the curb when trying to turn in for the drive thru. Also this location is open 24/7. How have I not written a review for this location? So, I live in Central Phoenix, work in North Phoenix, yet this is my go to location. Why you might ask? Two main reasons : the staff and the atmosphere. The staff here is so lovely. Yes, they are busy af, but I have never felt rushed. I have never felt that I wasn't welcomed or loved. They make it a point to actually genuinely care about you. They have tried hard to learn my name and more importantly learn about me, and I've tried to return their kindness. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. I love the atmosphere. This location is busy. And when I say busy, I mean busy. Double drive through and a walk up and they are rarely slow. I've been here at all times of day. They have two concrete tables, and that's it. But I've been sitting there with 25 strangers all under the awning loving life. Don't expect to get you drink quickly during their busy hours. The wait can be an hour or longer. However you don't come just for the drinks (as delicious as they are). You come here for the love. And you will get it in droves. read more

We had a very odd experience today and management should know. We frequent this location very often as we live 2 mins down the street. Today, they had a "window closed due to bee activity" sign on the one drive up so we turned our big truck around and went to the other side where we had to wait quite a while. As we were sitting there a very very kind employee came over, apologized for the wait and the confusion about the drive thru lines as apparently, the other side wasn't closed. The sign just made it confusing. She told us she'd comp our drinks due to it. Honestly, WONDERFUL customer service on her part. Not sure of her name but she had dark hair, French braids, a basketball style Dutch jersey, straight jeans and sneakers. When we finally pulled up to the window there was another worker there who was frankly rude. She gave us our total which is when we told her that her coworker told us she'd comp the drinks. She then proceeded to yell across the building to the sweet girl asking her "are you sure? You sure? You're going to pay for these? It's $18? You sure!?" It was extremely uncomfortable for us as customers because we did not want the girl paying for our drinks after she went out of her way to provide us good customer service and make up for the mess at the beginning. As all of this is happening, there were bees swarming around our car and we were rolling windows up and down to keep them out but have a conversation with the girl at the window. The two girls finally figured out how to get us the drinks for free. Cool. To top it all off though, the girl at the window (red-ish hair) was super condescending and rude telling us that we were the issue: "She's going to cover your drinks this time, but NEXT TIME, you need to go through the drive thru the right way." My jaw was on the ground. Now we were in trouble? What a bad experience. Some training needs to be done at this location. As far as I'm concerned, every drink should've been free today as we had to fight off a bee infestation. read more
