I visited this location with my spouse so they could purchase their usual supplement. While this isn't their regular store, they generally enjoy shopping at One Stop Nutrition. During this visit, the customer service felt more limited than expected, as staff did not offer assistance or product suggestions. This stood out because we've had consistently positive, engaging experiences at other One Stop Nutrition locations. With a bit more interaction and support, this location could better match the level of service we've experienced elsewhere. I would likely return if I knew exactly what I needed, but would appreciate more guidance during future visits. read more

Both times I've been here I have been happy with service and products. Love the meal replacement shake. Also, they are not open past 7pm. Some days, 6. read more

Girl at front counter today gave me the wrong bucked up pre. After I asked her to give me the right one she said I'd have to pay then called her manager I waited 15 mins just to get pre workout just for her to tell me nooo. girl had no customers service skills at all fix your mistake $11 for some scoops of pre 1/3 the cost of an entire tub. Gtfo never going back here. read more

Melody had the most unnecessary disrespectful tone and attitude for no reason. She looked at me like I was stupid when i ordered a post workout with peanut butter and didn't name my base right away. Someone with absolutely no customer service like her should not be working at a place where she has to interface with people. Put her in the back stocking shelves. read more

This place has pretty decent shakes, but the employees are terrible. The "I hate my job" type vibes. No customer service, more like pls don't make my life difficult by placing an order. read more

Whoever took over operations of one stop nutrition has done a great job revamping these stores and pushing good customer experiences. The products on the shelf are convenience buying. Not really the best prices. I personally use their smoothie bar to get a high protein shake. $6.25 plus tax for a meal replacement with 50 G protein. It's high prices but for the amount of protein and supplement options, the price is still reasonable. I admittedly pay a $1 more for the cotton candy flavor. It's quite good. I hope this time around these shops are able to continue the good service and prices. We get shakes at least 3X a week. Especially in this hot weather. A cold icy protein smoothie is awesome. read more

Usually the staff is helpful and nice. Can get a bit dicey near closing time if they are willing to make a shake. Prices are in par with other nutrition stores read more

Great smoothie and great service. I will be coming back. Store was clean and tidy. Smelt great. And love the choices they have.

Very rude older lady (prolly 50s, brown long curled hair and thin, her coworker didn't seem happy working with her either) I don't feel comfortable coming back to this location. read more

Just noticed this location opened up by the gym I go to! This place is super cool! The staff are high energy and super friendly here. I was very amazed by the amount of supplements they have here and how they display it all for you. I ended up stopped by here because I needed pre-workout. They have a lot to select from. I also ended up purchasing two of their One Stop Shaker cups because you can get 2 for $12 That's so badass! I will definitely be a frequent flyer here! read more

Good customer service. Vegan shake tasted good but found 2 pieces of plastic mixed in.

Best place for meal replacements. Tons of flavors. They have the ability to make gluten free meal replacements too. Highly recommend the chocolate, peanutbutter , banana flavors read more

Depends on which location you go to. My favorite is the Scottsdale off the 101 and Raintree. They're not stingy and greet with the manliest man bro hello. They make sure I'm either pumped for the gym with the pre workout, getting a pump of sweets post workout with the shakes or just want to take my little dude for a kid shake himself. read more

Menu is not on Has to give my order three times Lazy and disengaged I mention smaller cups but same price and got "o ya they changed" Awful service and now awful value Lost me as a customer read more

I hate when customers come in at the last minute too, but tonight sucked. God forbid you had a busy day and come in 2 minutes before close, you'll be met with dirty looks and a shitty attitude. After she kicked the customer behind me out, Natalie waited at the door for me. I told the guy behind the counter that she needed an attitude adjustment and when I walked out the door, he said "hey fucker, are you talking about my coworker?" Dude actually came out from behind the counter like he was going to get in my face. I will never come here again and I'll make sure my friends don't either read more

So glad Madison is back. LOVE seeing her smiling face. Her smoothies are the BEST..

Will never return to this location. they never have greens.. last 2-1/2 to 3 weeks when i or my wife have gone in, they don't have something that we want in our shakes. will drive the extra 4 miles round trip to the 83rd and Union Hills location. when i asked when they might get them, they just said they have no idea.. shrug.. read more

Terrible customer service from management. Hello, My son frequents this location at 83rd Ave in Peoria, AZ about 2-3 times a week to get a shake after his workout. He uses our joint credit card for this. On March 31st he was overcharged for a shake at a price of $90.16. The price should have been $9.16. Both of us have left messages for the manager to resolve this issue since April 3rd!! It is now April 21st with no-one calling us back to resolve this issue. I have now reached out to corporate for assistance. It's a shame that customer service no longer exists in our day and age. read more

I LOVE THIS ONE STOP!!! Maddie & Johnny are the best Will go out of my way to go to this one , they both know our order when we walk in the door, my hearttt!!!! read more

I have been going to one stop for about 2 years. I have spent so much money with this company. This particular location seems to have the worst attitudes and can not make a shake for the life of them. It comes out splotchy, almost unblinded to even call it a shake. The owners need to go back into the store and recheck operationally training. The girl who trains people is the main one that is teaching everyone these splotchy, disgusting drinks. read more

Come see Kenedee she's amazing!!! Service is quick and efficient, she offered wonderful advice towards the correct shake for me and she's product knowledgeable. read more

One Stop Nutrition - a woman wearing a face mask - Vitamins & Supplements Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

I made a mistake of entering the store 10 minutes before closing the young lady that was working slammed the register as if she had just counted it. Not once did she greet me but yet continue to slam things around I asked for a peanut butter chocolate protein shake and I literally got a milkshake. Guess I should've just walked out instead of receiving bad customer service. Sadly I will not be returning. This is a place I literally go to once a day for my lunch breaks I will not be returning. I believe the young lady name was jasmine (Long blonde hair was wearing a cap and a ponytail) read more

My girlfriend and I went in to get a smoothie but we wanted to look at the pre workout stuff. The store was completely empty, no one was inside( we weren't greeted upon entry either) we started looking at the pre workout and instantly the girl up front asked in the rudest tone "are you guys gonna order a drink or look around". We instantly turned away from the preworkout and ordered our drinks. Likely a good reason why some of their pre work was close to expiration. Gladly ordered pre workout at The Vitamin Shop. The never coming to this location again. read more

The people here are super friendly and never mess up my orders! ALSO THE DRINKS ARE SOOO FREAKING GOOD! Must try!

Very good service great upbeat and positive people gave me some great recommendations on pre workout as well

Love coming here after my workouts! The girls are really nice. I usually get the post workout smoothie with an ice cream base & piña colada. So bomb! read more

I was not impressed. Not only did they round up the price when I made a visa transaction without it posted or telling me but my 3 smoothies were horrible. I go to the one on Union and 83rd and it's way better . I have never been disappointed with my smoothies before and I would have waited to have them remade but there was only one person working and 7 people in line . I will never go there again because the smoothies were garbage and I just tossed them . read more

Emma was absolutely amazing and made me the best shake! I had no idea where to start and she walked me through the process and gave me great advice and made me the best fruity shake. Definitely will be going back to this location! read more

Worst Customer service ever, not helpful at all. The 2 girls working had attitudes like they were better than us. So so rude.

The best place to get a protein shake! Right by my apartment and gym I love the workers there!

I buy my supplements here but I don't purchase any of their nutritional shakes though because there is no information available on the calories in each shake. I asked the associates about it. They were nice, but not knowledgeable about it and there isn't full nutritional information on their website either. If you are trying to sell to those on a diet, it seems like basic information on calories would be provided just like it is with every food franchise these days. read more

My smoothies were great, but I got attitude from the two girls working. They gave terrible customer service, and didn't even smile once at me. One was shorter with blondish hair and one was tall with blondish hair. Very rude, unfriendly, and could use a new job or a change of attitude. read more

Worst one stop Nutrition I've been to been her two time and the first time I had to have another location remake my smoothies because when I asked I just got attitude from a tall blonde at this locate. And then today I de use to give them a chance again since they are right next to my gym by one again it was made wrong and then I asked to have to remade right and it still wasn't made right. I would rather drive 5 more mins away then come to this location. read more
