Today, September 5th I went to this location and one of the workers she said "how can I help you and how many count are you gonna buy?" so she repeat this question about 3-4 times and I keep telling her three pieces I tell her that I need a plain croissant finally she gave me the order when I get to my car I open the bag to check if it's the right order I did I found out the croissant she gave me had a sausage in it even though I asked for a plain croissant I went back to the donut shop and I told her that I asked her for a plain croissant and she told me "this is a plain croissant" I open the bag and showed her that there is a sausage inside and she says "I will give you a plain one but I will have to charge you" and I told her I asked why? I did not order croissant with sausage I go I need to talk with the Manager so the manager she did give me the plain croissant anyway at the end of the story the service for this worker the one she served me super bad and she's very rude. She has no knowledge about customer service. So my question is how is the management higher? This kind of people after interview and they have no knowledge about customer service thank you. I've been here a few times and ever time I come in the staff is always so nice and smiling. I ordered a few dozen doughnuts, a class chocolate long John for myself and I wanted to try one of their energy freezes. The young man behind the counter said that the Dragon fruit was his favorite, so I went with that one. It had a very fruity flavor and had quite a bit of Red Bull in it. Very loyal customer to this location. All of a sudden they have been adding too much ice to the Vietnamese coffee. Other locations don't put as much ice. This is not normal. Four sips and I am done. $7 for four sips. I paid $7 for chopped ice. Asking for light ice will incur a fee. $1.99 for less ice. Bullshit. I've been coming to this Bosa location for a long time because the staff has always been friendly and the service consistent. But this morning I was a disappointment. I ordered a dozen donuts, and the young lady behind the counter clearly wasn't in the mood to be helpful. While I was still trying to finish my order, she kept shouting "NEXT!" over and over, ignoring me completely, even when I politely asked her to slow down and give me a second. This isn't the kind of service I'm used to here. I'm leaving this review so management knows that some of their newer staff might need better training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy. One bad experience won't ruin years of good ones, but it definitely stood out and not in a good way. read more

My daughter and I received a coupon in the mail and tried their strawberry banana smoothies for buy one get one free. Our assumption would be that it would be made with real fruit and yogurt, but it was made with powder flavor, and we did not enjoy the smoothies at all. A suggestion would be to put the ingredients that you use in the smoothies on the menu or on the counter so customers are aware is made with powder and not real fruit. If you love donuts than this place is so worth checking out. It is a favorite among any or the donut lovers I know! I had to swing in here to see why people are lined up going out the door every morning. I never heard of Bosa Donuts until recently on Yelp. We have a newer location in our neighborhood so when I swung in I was expecting a more modern or updated place. It really has a old school interior. Nothing is wrong with that, jist caught me off guard. They have a lot of storage items in the main area as well on a rack which was also surprising, but it is well used space. All of their yummy baked goods are made on site and are fresh. Customer service here was really good. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I do have to say that while the donuts are the bomb, their drinks are not so much. They all tasted very artificial. Definately worth checking out! read more

I have been a customer since 2020 and currently in 2024, what I can say is their donuts are second to none and this is why they get three stars but their customer service is less than desirable. Especially in the mornings there's this girl with a mask which is already weird to be walking around, looking like she's to be a surgeon and forgot to take it off but what I find about the people who wear masks is that unfortunately it's almost as if they think they can be more rude to people with a mask on like we can't see them. It's a very strange psychology, but I believe there's something to it. In general, I find that anytime there is a rush, they are not trained well at the store and are unable to handle it with politeness. If I'm there to pick up a mobile order, I say thank you I appreciate it and they say yeah and they say with a bit of an attitude. Have a great day, sir. That's what they should say, and it shouldn't be like pulling teeth. This is something I consistently anytime they are busy. Beyond annoying and definitely makes me not go there. The place literally loses money because of their attitude problem. Don't get me wrong it seems to be a theme most places you go, but I don't accept any excuse when there are places like Dutch Bros and Portillo's and In-N-Out where employees maintain a very high level of customer service consistently. read more
