One Stop Nutrition is an awesome location, they are off Bell Rd and Reems Rd in Surprise...Super friendly staff every time I come in. Today particularly, a young lady name Emmy made some really tasty Sugar free Butterfinger meal replacement Shakes for my husband and I. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Emmy was welcoming, friendly and super fast. She had great communication by letting me know how she was going to make the shakes and which shake had the thermo (Fat Burner). I thought I'd let others in the area and around the valley know if they want a good meal replacement shake this is the location to come too. They have so many other yummy flavors. You cannot go wrong with any One Stop locations but I believe this location ranks as the best/ I recommend doing the reward program, buy 9 shakes and get one free. read more

I just experienced the absolute best service l've ever had along with the most amazing smoothie l've enjoyed in years. To add to the amazement its super healthy, low in calories and absolutely delicious. One Stop is a great place. The manager Easton is as special as his menu and special smoothies. This welcoming space is right across from Esporta is extremely convenient for after my workouts. Just try the smoothies and grab some snacks as well. I was so very surprised by how tasty and wonderful healthy a lunch/meal replacement could be and with the wonderful staff I will definitely be back! I have never in my life put a review of a food service/ store but I would have to say at 5pm on 8/28/24 the two individuals working at this time gave me extraordinary customer service that I would not have expected at a one stop. The person making the order gave me plenty of time and recommendations and the person cashing me out gave me great customer service as well conversation, with great recommendations for our next time. The past couple of weeks though the people who have been working havent been super friendly and was going to try a new location but, I wanted to give them one last try. Im so very glad i did. Love the customer service and the girl named Tarin (spelling?) Although, I don't like my protein shakes when she's not there. They don't taste right?
