My favorite place to shop! Sprouts Farmers Market on Bell Road in Surprise, Arizona has become so much more than a grocery store to me-they are my friends/family. I know I can trust their judgment, recommendations, and genuine care. I'm always greeted with smiling faces, kindness and a willingness to help. That means so much to me. I'd especially like to commend just a few of the amazing people who make this store so special:** Brenda, Diwa, Scott, Annette and Kristina (the store manager), just to name a few.** Thank you, thank you for everything you do! You truly live up to the core values that Sprouts stands for, and it shows in the way you treat your customers and each other! You are all amazing read more

I dunno . . . can't figure out what they are. I know they've claimed to be a farmers market and sometimes a health food store. All I know is I like that one section where you can get nuts, seeds, dehydrated fruit, etc. in those bins. I always do a walk thru, but it seems no different than a traditional national chain grocery store, but with higher prices. Can't what I get here at those other places, so I hope it makes it. read more

My family and I have visited this location several times, with our most recent trip just a couple of weeks ago to pick up ingredients for a meal we were making. During our visit, one of the employees let us know about a great special on fresh oats that were only $5.00 per pound, which was much less expensive than the packaged options in the aisle. We really appreciated her taking the time to point out the savings. A helpful tip is to download the store's app and sign up for their rewards program. You can clip digital coupons before you shop and take advantage of additional discounts, promotions, and special offers. They also had a manager's special on fresh ground beef for $7.99 per pound, which was another great value. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The meat, produce, and other fresh items all looked fresh and well-stocked. We were able to find nearly everything on our shopping list. The only item we had trouble finding was plain vanilla yogurt, as there seemed to be more dairy-free options, such as cashew yogurt, along with several varieties of Chobani. Another helpful tip is that the store charges $0.10 per bag, although the bags are sturdy and reusable. You can also bring your own reusable shopping bags to save money. This location is conveniently located in the Prasada Shopping Center next to Cobblestone, Ross, and many other shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking, making it easy to get in and out. There was one employee who used the bathroom. She did not wash her hands before leaving the restroom which was disgusting and also they should have a sign in the bathroom for all employees to wash their hands before returning to work since they are handling food and products and also bagging groceries. Overall, we had another positive shopping experience. The friendly customer service, clean store, fresh selection, and money-saving specials will definitely keep us coming back. read more

I travel an extra 10 minutes to experience the service that is provided by the Sprouts on Bell Rd in Surprise. The person most responsible for that experience is Bri, one of the cashier's. She always has a warm and sincere greeting and asks questions to ensure that you were able to find the items that you needed. Bri has exceptional customer service skills. Sprouts would be well served to have her lead a customer service training at a corporate function. I am a loyal customer of this store thanks in no small part to Bri. Vern read more

Just because it is an organic/health-conscious store doesn't mean it's expensive. They are always deal to be had there with manager specials and monthly deals. Plus, why not pay a little more sometimes for healthier choices? Shout out to a couple people who always make my experience shopping at Sprouts so positive. The vitamin staff are great, and Di and Riley are so helpful. read more

Store was well stocked today. Checking out was extra pleasant and helpful. Great to see fall fruit and veggies coming in

This Sprouts store is a notch above other Sprouts. Seems like better selections. Customer service also seems a cut above. Wanted to mention Kristina the manager...she is just the best. Also, my favorite cashiers are Tim and Di ( Diwa) Who always provide a smile and great interactions. read more

The older lady that is working in the sandwich area needs to have a better attitude. She was rude when i was looking at the menu and the order i placed came with chips and a water. She threw my sandwich on the counter and walked away. Didn't bother telling me to have a good day or that my sandwich was ready. Just threw it on the counter without even calling my name. read more

Bri gave outstanding service! I would go back to this specific Sprouts just for the friendly faces.

I want to recognize Bri at Sprouts on Bell Road for providing what was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences I have had in over 20 years. From the moment I stepped into her checkout line, Bri was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she stands out in a way that deserves recognition. She greeted every customer with a smile, maintained a positive attitude, and made everyone feel valued and appreciated. What impressed me most was how naturally she connected with people. She wasn't just scanning groceries. She was creating a positive experience. She was attentive, efficient, and engaging, all while keeping the line moving smoothly. Her energy was contagious, and it was clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customers she serves. I have shopped at countless stores over the years, and I can honestly say Bri is one of the finest cashiers I have ever encountered. Employees like her are a rare gem and are a huge asset to Sprouts. She represents the kind of service that keeps customers coming back and recommending a business to others. Thank you, Bri, for turning an ordinary grocery trip into an exceptional experience. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Sprouts is fortunate to have you on their team, and I hope management recognizes the outstanding job you do every day. Keep up the amazing work! You made a lasting impression and earned a customer's highest respect and appreciation. read more

Love this store! Clean, plenty of organics to choose from, love the self help bins. Was there on vacation, didn't want to buy a whole bag of sugar for coffee, only need a tiny bit and was able to scoop a tiny bit from the bins. Awesome granola too! Try them! Wish there were a bunch of these stores by the Wi/IL border... read more

We ordered two sandwiches at the Deli which are usually very good and made to order. The sandwiches were made with bread that appeared to have been sitting out for some time, very dry. We were very disappointed with our lunch. read more

Bought 4 boxed chocolate croissants supposedly fresh everyday ! So advertised .... Took them home , open box ! Try to eat them . Felt like eating concrete ! I'd like to thank Shaunmarie at the Surprise location on Bell Rd. She is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to customer service! I called every Sprouts in the Valley, and she was the only one who took the time to truly help me. She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her. stopped by Chick-fil-A on our way to an appointment, didnt triple check my order because this location *never* misses. Well somehow the order wasn't taken correctly. I'm gluten free and there wasn't anything else on our way to the appointment or on our way home so I'd have to come back to chickfila regardless. So we called, the manager was amazing and not only did they completely understand and make new grilled nuggets but they remade the entire order-drink + sauce included! Not only was it made immediately but was made to perfection -no notes! Thank you so so much for the generosity read more

By far some of the best customer service at this location lately. There are two women who I wanna give absolutely five out of five stars too. -Maya she is very helpful and very courteous and was able to answer all of my questions Erika- extremely knowledgeable with vitamins and herbal tinctures, and you could tell that she really really cares about helping you as a customer, i've done a little bit of my own research before I showed up to sprouts, and it was extremely helpful and nice that I was able to talk to somebody who actually enjoyed talking about this stuff as much as I do. read more

I won't be shopping at Sprouts any longer. Sprouts issued a deadline for signing up with them or you don't get the discounts. Fry's, Safeway, Bashas', and now Sprouts have all implemented this new way for corporations to make more money. It's a brilliant scam and reaps millions in profit because there will always be people who don't sign up, who won't sign up, or who don't know how to use the telephone method of shopping by identifying items online for the discount which is required in many stores across the country. Why not just give people the discounts without having to jump through hoops? Because it's a scam to skim even more profits off the public. Sprouts has great employees who don't make the rules so don't take it out on them. read more

I went in today looking for protein supplements, and usually there is someone in the vitamins department available to help out. I couldn't find anyone in the aisles and the poor cashier was up front alone so I didn't want to bother her. There were 3 girls sitting some sort of office nearby in the hallway, all loudly laughing and pointing at stuff in their phones. One of the girls (with the worst eyelashes I've ever seen might I add...) made eye contact with me and simply turned around back to her conversation! I've never experienced such poor service at this sprouts before I was sorely disappointed. I left tonight without buying anything, but hopefully if I go back in the morning Scott or Karen (who are always so helpful in getting me exactly what I'm looking for!) will be there instead. read more

Today I went to Sprouts Farmer Market before work at 7:36am to beat the busy time. The store was clean per usual. I mainly went for chicken tenderloins because I trust them over Walmart and Frys when it comes to chicken. Well anyway I made it home and was checking dates to see if I needed to freeze right away or refrigerate. I immediately noticed the SELL BY date was 5/29/24, today is 5/31/24. This is unacceptable especially considering elderly people shop here and may not even notice it's past the date. I called the store and he simply apologized and offered to exchange or refund. This is an inconvenience to me. Gas is high, food is high, and my time is limited. Going forward I will take the drive to Winco and purchase the Just Bare brand. read more
