What happened to their pies. The Blueberry Pie was horrible. The pie actually made me feel sick. I paid eight dollars for it and it was terrible. The crust was awful with a horrible texture. The Apple pie was the same with uncooked apples. With a two dollar price increase and lousy ingredients. No more Sprouts pies for me !!!! read more

I love this location. Cyndy and Bri are the best, they are extremely helpful and friendly!

Great store with fantastic variety. Local products and delicious sandwiches. They have irish soda bread which is so yummy. Staff is super friendly and store is very clean. My cashier Diwa was super helpful and bagged my groceries with such care wrapping my meats and veggies with extra bags. A+ read more

I used to love my sprouts in Santa fe. But, I haven't been to sprouts in years because the one on Shea in Scottsdale, which was near to me, is a disaster, in my opinion. But, I stopped on impulse at this one to see if they had fresh Carolina reapers (I heard sprouts had them...) and they did. And omg! I had forgotten what a sprouts could and should be! For the first time in ages, I'm actually interested in food again. Thanks for the reapers and thanks for all the other good food I got as well! One star off because as per usual, all sprouts parking lots are a mess. Lol. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and very misleading pricing. As we entered the store, we noticed a big bin of blueberries with a sign that said blueberries were 2 for $5. As we found out later, the very small print made it clear it was not for the blueberries in that bin, but much smaller packages in another bin. Then we went to buy our primary item, scallops. Because the bags of frozen scallops were frozen in chunks rather than loose scallops, it appeared they may have been partially thawed and refrozen, but we thought we would try them anyhow. Again, lots of signage for other products, but a very small sticker in front of the scallops. You could just barely read it, but it said the price was &25.95 (or something very close) and that the price per pound was roughly $12.95. So, we got 2 bags, plus the blueberries, plus 1 other item. The cashier was less than pleasant as we walked up and was having a discussion with another employee about how the donation bags they were selling for charity were not selling because of the high price. One of the employees made a comment about them dropping from $9.99 to $6.99 in order to get rid of them all and she made a comment about how it was pretty bad when you cut out the charity money. Then we questioned the prices on the scallops and were told they were almost $40 per back instead of what was on the sticker. When we asked for a price check, the cashier asked the other employee standing there "who is in meats today?". The second girl remarked sarcastically, "it's your favorite employee." The cashier rolled her eyes and when the meat guy came up, she asked him to check the scallops. I went with him and he insisted the sticker with the price was for the 1 pound bag of scallops and held up the smaller bag to show me. I pointed out that the sticker had the per pound price and specifically said it was a 2 pound package. He kept insisting they would not sell it for that and this sticker is for the one pound bag of scallops. I went back up to the cash register and we asked to see the manager, telling the cashier what the meat guy had said. As the manager walked up, the meat guy came running up with a sticker and saying this sticker was for shrimp not scallops. Obviously, he was just as confused about the misleading prices as the customers were. The manager just stood there and basically let us know he didn't care, so we left our groceries and walked out. At this point, since we have had a couple of bad experiences in a row, this will more than likely be the last time I ever step foot in a Sprouts Market. I am convinced that the misleading pricing is on purpose and that the employees really have no regard for how they treat the customers. read more

Who doesn't like organic foods at your finger tips. Sprouts is a fresh market grocery store that specializes in organic foods. The fruit and veggie selection was plentiful and everything I wanted was there. Even during the times of long lines and shortage of everything. No hunting and fighting over the last thing of whatever, there was enough to go around. The meats were great and had all you could think of. All grass fed and naturak! Ground beef, turkey, bacon, Turkey bacon, lork, salmon, tuna. You name it they had it! I love the fresh juices. I got the ginger greens and a vitality shot to go! My fridge is stocked and my wallet isn't empty! read more

We go to sprouts all the time. The one on Waddell of the 303. Today we came to this one. No customer service at all in the aisles. Once we checked out. I had to pack my own bags I listened to 4 employees talk about their personal days as they watched me packed my items. read more

How am I just now realizing how great Sprouts is ‍. I saw an add this week for blackberries at 77 cents. Anyone that buys these knows how expensive they usually are so I was so stocked to see this. I also found out that they ad match so I'll be coming so much more. The store was so clean and organized and everything was easy to find. The employees I encountered were so friendly. I ended up with quite a bit of other items to take home and can't wait to try them. read more

Surprisingly, you would not think of a grocery store having good sushi, but it was exceptional. It was very fresh and tasty.

Good produce and quality products. Clean and friendly staff - and the checkout lines move nicely. A little pricier than Winco, and not as many options - but basically they have what I need. Always pleased to shop here. read more

Kind of disappointing. I like the Sprouts on Bell rd much better. I love the choices in soup and sandwiches. This sprouts near Costco is rather barren and expensive. read more

I have shopped here for six years. Always enjoyed. Today, they had all checkstands closed. Pushing customers to use the self check outs. Not impressed. There were at least 5 employees milling about. I hate self check outs. When the item that I purchased would not come up on screen, I was going to leave everything and go elsewhere, but an employee came to help. I'll go back one more time, if no people checking out, I'll head to traders. read more

The store was clean and very comfortable to shop at. I had no problem with self checkout as it was very fast.

I hate coming to this sprouts because all of the employees but 1 have been so rude . I came today to get a sandwich , a lady with super short black hair kept looking at me but not acknowledging me then when she did she seemed irritated .after my sandwich was ready the other employee just put my sandwich on the counter and didn't say anything even after I smiled and said thank you . I debated on calling to talk to a manager but again , the staff all seem to be on the same wavelength. Get a new job if you hate it here . read more

I absolutely love this little market. The prices are fair and the produce is excellent. I literally bought enough veggies for the week for under 10 bucks. They have a bunch of barrels of dry goods also. My wife and I bought scoop fulls of almonds, granola and other like items. Look for their sales because they have some of the best. The place is small but is packed! The cashiers are friendly and so are the butchers. I try to come here as often as possible. read more

Like to shop here. Although it's always busy during the day. Parking could be better. The parking spots are tight. There is too much happening in that small plaza. I suggest going when they open the doors or 2 hours before closing. I have had a few instance when I tried to return a product and the manager takes forever to locate or the cashier is annoyed. Recently, I ordered sandwiches that were not made as I ordered. I called the store 3X and no answer. Overall, customer service can be improved. read more

I really appreciate Sprouts .I like the produce, deli, bakery , vitamins/ health department .Every department looks clean and fresh.

The sandwiches made a the Deli Counter aren't what they used to be. The current selection of craft sandwiches is greatly diminished from what was available until about a year ago. I could live with that fact, but what I cannot accept is that the bread used to make them is consistently stale to the point of falling apart. I brought the issue to the attention of a Manager on Duty as well as the corporate office and nothing changes. read more

Lots of good, fresh produce, and the meat counter is the best in Surprise. This store definitely appeals to the white hairs. At almost 60, I believe I was the youngest patron in the store. Surprisingly good prices! I picked up lamb chops for under $5 per lb. As it is within walking distance of my home, it will be my go to place for food! read more

First visit, tried the deli "Special of the Day" sourdough bread was really dry but the price was very reasonable, I will give it another chance... Liked the assortment in every department. FYI: Not everyone was 102, Deli Staff was cordial and helpful and we got through the checkout in less than 10 minutes. Clerk/Manager was very helpful and definitely encouraged us to come back. read more

The staff shelving and on the floor are helpful and nice. The selection of organic and natural foods is good. The store has been very clean each time I went in. The staff in the deli/bakery are awful. Twice I have stood at the counter waiting while the staff look directly at me and either keep arranging the deli meats in the cooler or continue their conversations. More than once I have given up and walked away. There are Safeway, Frys, Target, other choices for groceries not to mention Amazon for any personal care or household stuff. No reason to put up with being ignored. read more

I went there on a Friday evening and experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a grocery store. There too few employees present to service the number of customers there and many were simply stocking shelves, which made shopping difficult. There was only one women working at the deli meat/sandwich counter and she refused to acknowledge us for about 5 minutes even though she was not busy. When we finally got her attention, she was extremely rude. As far as checking out went, they had only 2 lines open with each line containing 5-6 separate people waiting so it took us roughly 15-20 minutes to check out. I'm not sure we'll ever be going back. read more

I was short on time and my wife wanted me to pick up a few things at Sprouts before I returned home. I found just what she needed quickly, but I needed something to eat. Going paleo, gluten free or just looking for any kind of health food? This is the place to go! I like the layout of the store, it makes it easy to locate everything. The con to that is that the isles are very small & you'll always be in someones way! The pro is that everyone there wants to be there & they are therefore friendly & don't get grumpy when you are trying to figure out exactly 'how' will you be able to go around each other without knocking anything or anyone over :) Also, is it natural for teenage employees to be so,,,,, friendly & helpful??? I was weary of their smiles & friendly questions at first, but I'm now convinced it was genuine, lol! The parking lot is not as big as the demand for this store, so it's actually harder to find a parking space here than at Target! It's impressive :) read more

Fresh Mozarella......check. Good Balsamic.......check. Heirloom Tomatoes.....check. Just needed fresh basil for a yummy caprese salad. Sprouts sells a large bag for almost $4 as opposed to other places that sell those little tiny plastic containers for almost $3. The only drawback was they've been out for about a month and I can never find it. When the manager was asked, he said he would look into it, apologized and handed me 4 of the little containers for FREE! How sweet is that? Abashedly, I had to accept. It reminded me of another situation at the same store when the deli ran out of gyro meat. In actuality, she was too lazy to go back and cut more. The manager checked and sure enough found a huge hard to miss hunk and made the lady cut four packages of the stuff for me. He wouldn't allow me to pay for them, so I ended up with enough gyro meat to feed the world gyros! So one star less only because other employees made me have to talk to a manager, but great reviews for wonderful customer service on behalf of the manager. Now THAT is what keeps a customer coming back! read more

Spouts is the perfect alternative to the crowded, everyday grocery store. I love the shopping experience at Sprouts because of the vast array of fruits/veggies (both organic and not) as well as the freshest of the fresh meats/poultry/seafood. They have bulk items (try the chocolate covered almonds they are to DIE for!) and a large selection of coffees. (although I am partial to a little coffee shop that starts with an "S" so I can't say I have ever tried their coffee) The customer service is really great here and people are always very helpful and friendly. A word to the wise...go on a Wednesday when you can earn the savings from the prior weeks ad IN ADDITION TO the current weeks ad. This often can add up to some great savings! read more

Sprouts is a pretty good option for grocery stores in the area. There are a lot of healthy options, but you have to be careful as I have noticed quite a few products which are mislabeled as healthy options... Including some products, which on the shelves were labeled as organic and non-GMO, but on the packages, they were clearly neither. I was quite disappointed that they automatically started putting our purchases in plastic bags without giving the option of paper. When asking if I could please use my own bag along with a paper bag, the cashier rolled her eyes and gave an audible gasp of annoyance. I feel like sprouts likes to pretend it's loaded with all sorts of fantastic, healthy options, but the healthy products are really interspersed with all sorts of pretend healthy products. read more

This store was lovely to visit and it was my first time shopping with sprouts! The produce looked amazing and all the employees were extremely helpful! Tristan in produce helped me find multiple items and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the store as well as the produce! Chris in dairy was also delightful as he helped me with a couple questions that I had about the different milk selections! Not to mention the meat and fish department, which certainly had plenty of fresh looking options. Overall was a pleasant visit and I'm sure to be back! read more

1st of all, this is a grocery store, not a farmer's market. I think it's perfect other than that. They have awesome produce, and a great variety that you don't find in the supermarkets. They have a nice selection of vegetarian products and bulk foods (mmm baked tofu). Baked goods are out of sight. I am a pastry snob and I cannot say enough about their breads and danishes. Multi-grain croissants? Sounds impossible but they're so delicious. Right now I am eating an undisclosed number of their assorted mini danishes--some of the best I've ever eaten. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite grocery stores b/c I can usually find everything I need here at better prices than even the larger 'discount' warehouse across the street. The bulk section is my favorite b/c it allows me to try out new things without committing to an entire package of something that I may not ever want to use/consume again. The other benefit to shopping here is that the portions are usually for things I can handle as a single person. For example, I bought a 5 lb bag of flour for a recipe that required 1 cup. Now I have a 5 lb bag of flour on my shelf minus a cup. This was back in the day before I discovered the bulk bins @ Sprouts. Now, I can buy cheese in small containers anywhere from $1.25+ and heck, if I wanted flax seed, I could get as little or as much as I wanted from the bulk bins. I probably won't buy flax seed anytime soon but the point is I have reasonable options people!!!! read more

I love, love, love Sprouts! Yes I said that three times! Just make sure you go to this location after 5pm or else you'll be swamped by herds of old people on motorized scooters. Sprouts always has great sales going on and the bulk items are a life saver! The staff is always friendly and welcoming too. Check out the chicken breasts too, they are huge and delicious! They also have a great selection of wine and beer. I stop in at least once a week to stock up and I just simply could not live without this store! read more

What can I say about Sprouts? It's got everything you need--and more. I usually only come here for the deli during lunch, or to grab some fruit and nuts for a snack...but it's always a great experience. Sprouts shops from local farmers, which I feel really makes a difference in the quality of their products. The deli is super cheap--$2.99 for a HUGE, delicious, fresh sandwich.
