The staff were friendly. The store offered a nice variety of items and I was very excited in all the different things we purchased to try. Heads-up for anyone shopping, if you want a cart please bring a quarter and highly recommend bringing your own reusable bags (if you forget they have empty boxes around that you can use if you don't want to pay for a bag.) Nice layout and selection..., but…read more... The a la cart wing bar wings are only thumb sized and badly dried out. They need to just get rid of the whole wing bar. It's actually embarrassing. I almost always find spoiled/badly bruised/moldy produce. Keep your receipts! I don't may even buy milk there anymore. It consistently goes bad long before sell by date. Try to return it and catch crap from customer service. I have found a lot of compromised packaging after getting home. Cracked yoplait in eight packs where it isnt seen, lots of sliced bags: candy, English muffins... Check items carefully and SAVE receipts!!! Lots of floor spills... about a third of the time I go, there is a significant spill. (Blue gel squiggle all the way down the shampoo aisle), etc. They aren't walking the aisles for floor checks. I actually went down hard with a slip on a dropped and splattered butter spread container. Between cameras, but nobody came. Watch out in frozen food aisles for uncovered drain holes

This does not work for me as I budget my money closely and I transfer the exact amount when I'm told the total. Every time I explain that to her she gets a weird rushing attitude huffing and puffing. She also throws my items in the cart harder than I believe is necessary. When I get checked out by the other 3 ladies usually on the register, there are always pleasant and quick but never rushing me. So I do like this store however I do get nervous when I see this specific employee working. I didn't see a name tag but she was on register 6 and wears a glove on her right hand that had something written on it. I hope management can look into this and possibly speak to employees about rushing customers. Thank you!

When the employee brought the groceries out, they did not review the total or the receipt with him. When he got home and I began unpacking, I noticed our total was $237.50 more than it should have been. (23.99) After reviewing the receipt, I immediately saw the mistake. Instead of scanning a 12-pack of protein shakes priced at $23.99, the employee manually entered it as 9.9 pounds at $23.99 per pound, resulting in a massive overcharge. I contacted the store right away and was told there was "nothing they could do" and that I needed to contact corporate. Corporate then told me it would take 3-5 business days to process and that I would receive an email confirmation. This error happened on Sunday, January 11, 2026, and I have yet to receive that email. On Monday, January 12, Angela Lopez from the store reached out, apologized, and asked me to email the details so they could fix the issue. She also mentioned a gift card for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the apology, $237.50 is not a small inconvenience. I live paycheck to paycheck, and that amount of money makes a huge difference for my family. I tried calling this Fry's location to speak directly with Angela and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes, only for no one to ever come to the phone. At this point, I don't know what else to do. I am extremely disappointed by how little concern has been shown over a very clear employee error and how difficult it has been to resolve something that should have been fixed immediately. As a young mom with a teenage son living paycheck to paycheck, this experience has been incredibly stressful. I cannot believe how little this store seems to care about its customers.

I used the restroom before shopping and had to take a picture of the sign after I exited. I bought a bag of Tumeric root and 2 pineapples. I appreciate having a Sprouts close by. The associate I asked for assistance was very helpful.
