During this time two of us had finished our water as they continued to have a conversation. Finally she looked up and went over and brought the drink over, as she started to walked away, we asked if we could get more water. My wife and daughter would have had another drink, but didn't want to sit and wait for it at this point. After the check came, she walked by a few times to see if it was ready to cash out, I felt that was the most she came by the entire evening. Didn't let this turn you off from going, the food was delicious both times. Maybe they were losing track of time based on it wasn't overly busy and felt they had everything covered. We were seated promptly, but that was the only attention we received the entire night. We sat at our table for 16 minutes without a single server, busser, or manager coming by. Not a word, no acknowledgment, not even a glass of water. The restaurant was not slammed, there was no line out the door, and there were multiple servers actively working our section. Yet, we watched groups seated after us receive menus, water, drinks, and full service. The table of seven right next to us arrived after we did, and their server attended to them multiple times without ever once glancing at or acknowledging our table. To make matters worse, I saw the owner sitting right beside us chatting with that table of seven, completely oblivious to our presence. No one stopped by to say it would be a brief wait, and no one made eye contact. After sitting entirely ignored for 20 minutes, we finally got up and walked out. Not a single employee acknowledged our departure either. As good as I know the food can be, the complete lack of basic service and awareness is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience, and we won't be back.
