You order, pay at the counter and grab your beverage from the refrigerator. Your meal is packed in styrofoam so you either take out or eat in at one of the few tables inside. Parking is very easy because they are at the end of a strip mall in a big parking lot. Our food was very fresh. Portions were very large. The chicken in our dishes was masterfully moist and very tender. The food is a very good value if you like it. We ordered the yui shan chicken and the garlic chicken combos (only around $1. more to get soup, crab puff, egg roll and an upgrade from white rice to fried rice.) Based on only trying two dishes my conclusion is that they serve Arizona Style American Chinese Food. It is far less complex, less flavorful, and much less spicy than east coast American take out Chinese Food. It's not bad food in anyway so if you are from Arizona it is very good food. We started eating at the restaurant but I got the idea that I could take the food home and improve it for my taste. The food stayed piping hot and it did taste much better with just a spoonful of chili crisp added more flavors and some needed heat. The people working there seemed very nice and the restaurant looked sparkling clean. 3 stars is a positive review and means A-OK on Yelp. Give this place a try if you are good with Arizona Style Take Out Chinese Food.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful meal there after five months of strict healthy eating. I had been cautious about flavorful food because of health concerns, including three strokes. When a friend invited me to lunch, I first said I would go to Angie's for a salad. She kindly offered to ask the chef to go easy on the salt and soy sauce, which put me at ease. The food turned out to be fantastic. Every bite felt like a treat after my long stretch of simple meals. The flavors were bold and satisfying, and I loved everything. The service was just as good. The owner walked around the dining area serving tea to guests, which gave the meal a warm, personal feel. His friendly manner made the experience even better. I'm already planning my next visit to try their dumplings. This was the best lunch I've had in five months. My friend covered the bill, so I don't have a receipt to share.

It was a bit tricky to get here, based off Grand Ave., but it was doable. The place is small, so I'm guessing they have a lot of take out orders. I arrived a few minutes prior to my scheduled pick up time. They were actually in the process of boxing my order up. I had a conversation with the lady at the front, she let me know she's a fan of the Kung Pao Chicken herself. The dinner options come with fried rice, soup, a cream cheese rangoon, and an egg roll for a similar cost of the all day special. The dinner option was a good way to try more food.

I spent over $50 on food, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The General Tso's chicken was basically nothing but breaded chicken pieces -- no vegetables and barely any sauce. The Orange Chicken was also dry and lacked sauce, making both dishes bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, each entrée is supposed to come with rice, yet only a very small portion was provided. At this point, it feels like this restaurant is cutting corners and poorly managed. I'm generally not someone who leaves negative reviews, but the lack of care, consistency, and food quality is impossible to ignore. This was my last time giving this establishment my hard-earned money. I'd rather spend it somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in the food they serve.

If you need to hold a conversation with someone, the music isn't too loud preventing that. Music was a mix, they did have "Golden" in the mix and ngl, I had to force myself not to sing along. They have lunch specials, even on Sundays. It's a great way to try a lot of options for cheaper. The lunch menu comes with a generous size entree, 2 scoops of fried rice, egg drop soup, a veggie spring roll and a fried cream cheese wonton. I got a few items, and we had so much food it's still in the fridge. Walnut shrimp was crispy, sauce wasn't overly sweet, nice crunch from the candied walnuts. You get a good portion. The shrimp was not overcooked. Yum. 8/10 Shrimp with lobster sauce, it was a little salty for me but had a nice mix of veggies, and the sauce didn't have too much cornstarch, so it wasn't gelatinous like at some places. Nice flavors though. Nothing overpowering. 6/10 Beef Chow Fun -not on the lunch menu but I literally get it at every Chinese place that has it. The rice noodles were not overcooked, beef was seasoned well and tender, not chewy. 10/10 would get that again. Hot and sour soup was pretty good. I could stand for it to have more "sour" to it. The flavors were a bit mellow for me. I like a more aggressively flavored hot and sour soup. Not bad though. 6.5/10 Mongolian beef. Nice tender beef, well cooked and seasoned. Good beef to onion ratio. 8/10. Chicken with mushrooms-saucy, full of veggies with a mild brown sauce. They had zucchini in it, and I love zucchini and mushrooms together. There was a lot of chicken, and it was seasoned well, not too salty. Definitely tasty. 8/10. Would I be back? Probably. I'm glad I found this spot.
